Biology of Kundalini - contributed by Pan
I recently (Dec 2006) came across a website that I found to be an excellent resource of information about Kundalini from both a personal and a scientific perspective.
It has an impressive number of well written articles that, at least for me, helped answer a LOT of questions about what's happening, on a physical/neurological level during certain phases of my KSMO practice.
It's really a great website for just about anyone who's involved in ecstatic energy practices.

Here's a link to the front page of Jana Dixon's website: The Biology of Kundalini
I'm still reading articles there, but I recommend a few for specific issues such as:
Kundalini Bliss - Being in the Zone of Continuous Multiorgasmic Waves
Bliss for a bio-chemical analysis of what's happening when you're in The Zone of KSMO.
Kundalini Heart Expansion - Heartgasms
Heart Expansions is a great insight into what we Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol practitioners refer to as Heartgasms.
Inner Conjunction - The Big Ones from a Kundalini perspective
Inner-Conjunction is a fascinating account of The Big One as experienced and described by the author of the website.
Grounding the Kundalini - Tips on coming down from a Multiple Orgasm Trigger practice session
Turning It Off is pretty self-explanatory and may be particularly helpful for those of us who run into the problem of having trouble coming down.
I especially agree with her recommendation for using Valerian. I also would advise considering having a meal already prepared (i.e. no cooking) and waiting prior to beginning a session. On many occasions I have that food is the fastest way back down to Earth when you need a quick grounding.
Summary - Jana's Biology of Kundalini Website a rich resource of added self-understanding for Multiple Orgasm Trigger practitioners
The above references are just a few of many, many excellent and enlightening articles I've found at Jana's website. I highly recommend it for anyone who is interested in learning more of the science behind the adventure.
Also, I'm considering contacting her in the future to ask her opinion of KSMO, and in case I get side-tracked in the process, I would like to invite fellow KSMO practitioners to do the same.
I would just love to hear her opinion of KSMO and any advice she might have to share with us, as someone who has apparently "been there and done that."
Best Wishes,
Pan:-)
