Jack> ***** Welcome to the Key Sound Multiple Orgasm Trigger™ Discussion and Training Chat of 20091122 hosted personally by Jack Johnston MA™
Jack> Hello! Nice to see each of you!
Jack> Welcome back for the double whammy this weekend, moregasm! :D
      Laly> hello Jack.
Jack> Who would like to go first this evening?
      tandello> howdy everyone.
      Laly> hi tandello.
moregasm> Hello, all. I am bodaciously purple this evening.
Jack> Very nice to see you here again, tandello!
Jack> Thank you for sharing, moregasm... LOL :D
      Laly> looking good moregasm.
      moregasm> Thanks!
Jack> Who would first like the Talking Stick?
      moregasm> I have a small report ...
      Jack> Great!
moregasm> busy day, Saturday in a family of five, and Mrs. is out of the house
moregasm> right now I am "suprevising" the two younger kids, so I will have to go shortly
moregasm> Today I re-read all material from Jack's feedback on my mp3, the original PDF lessons ...
moregasm> and most of the training audio. Still need to review the "Track 03" audio lesson on KS articulation.
moregasm> Have not performed any more KS yet, still thinking it through.
Jack> Wow! That's a very good idea to do periodically, as you acquire more experience through practice, to relate what it is described in those sources!
moregasm> What I am most impressed with at this point is the relaxed nature of the rolling phase.
Jack> Yeah it's a male tendency to think through a task first before actually doing it. :)
Jack> Yes! VERY good point! Quite the opposite of what people often expect in hot sex!
moregasm> It sounds to me as if one does not go for a rising pitch intentionally, rather the rolling nature of the breath leads to the rising pitch?
moregasm> Ha! Yes, so many paradoxes here.
moregasm> So, when I get to the actual sound again, I will be watching the dynamics of that rolling phase and its impact on the sound but without trying to do anything to the sound. Yes?
      Laly> watching the dynamics?
moregasm> Yes, I mean the way the rolling-ness affects the sound; watching what happens to the sound instead of leading with the sound. Otherwise, if I attempt to match the audio example, I elevate the pitch on purpose.
Laly> i think its rather this morgasm-listen and feel the rolling rather than watch
Jack> Quite Astute, Adept Laly! The distinction she's making is non-trivial, moregasm.
moregasm> Good point. Do you have any thoughts on the rising pitch of the KS? I ask because Jack's feedback on my mp3 stressed not tightening the vocal cords to raise the pitch ...
moregasm> so I am guessing the pitch I am hearing comes about from the rolling compression instead?
      Jack> What does it matter?
moregasm> If it does not matter, then I am still not understanding ...
moregasm> I am responding to your feedback about tension in the vocal cords when the sound gets higher.
Jack> I suggest you take a look at the wonderful classic Zen Story of the Empty Cup. ;)
Jack> I think the point that Laly (please correct me Laly if I'm mistaken) and I are making is that at this point you're trying to think your way through the experience rather than just allowing it to happen.
Jack> When Laly suggested that you allow yourself to just listen and feel rather than be thinking or evaluating,
moregasm> (loaded the story to read in a bit) ... undoubtedly, too much thinking, would not be the first time ...
Jack> she's trying to help you transition out of a one-step-removed thinking mind, into simply experiencing, and adjusting the Key Sound until you notice Echo Effects. Usually, less is more.
Jack> Am I in the neighborhood with that, Laly?
moregasm> Still, I need some "picture" of what is happening in the rolling part. Prior, my picture, based on audio lesson, was "raise the pitch," so I did that using vocal cords and got Echo Effects, very nice ones at that, but still my sound is off ...
moregasm> So I was trying to reassess my picture of what is happening with the pitch.
Jack> One picture, is that of the Empty Cup of The Mind... to release fretting, and trying, and the tension wanting to make it happen, and figure it out, and... and...
moregasm> When I hear Jack's KS, it reminds me of singing technique, the difference between increasing pitch with ab pressure vs. vocal cord tightness.
Jack> Like that... It's not at all unusual for a KSMO practitioner to experience a new breakthrough, when they let go of trying.
Jack> One of the most common statements associated with a new level of breakthrough for the 18 years I've been teaching this is: I wasn't expecting anything, and then it happened!
Jack> You're mind still seems to be working overtime trying to build a cognitive model in advance, and that action may be the very thing that is holding back your progress a bit.
moregasm> Yet, my gold standard right now is the Key Sound, yes? I am ready to give up trying for the "O" goal, but how do I give up trying for the KS if my problem is precisely the KS articulation? Don't I need to be at work improving my KS?
Jack> Laly, was this essentially the point you were implying? Anything you'd like to add, please? You're quite welcome!
Laly> (yes Jack- is what I was saying re: listen - sorry lost internet , had to reconnect)
moregasm> My off-protocol period was the result of not really caring how things unfolded, as long as I kept getting those nice echoes. I did get *very* nice echoes even with all the crazy things I was doing ...
Jack> (np, Laly... glad you're back!) Moregasm: Let go of the cognitive frame of work!
moregasm> So I feel like my challenge now is to reign it in and get on the protocol with the "real" KS ... okay, okay, I hear you ...
Jack> Yeah re: the nice echoes... so at that time, in a way, you may have been more on the signal line that you may be now with all of this trying.
Jack> I realize that it can be frustrating and mystifying. Sometimes the path through is to just let go and enjoy the mystery of it.
Jack> Another cognitive trap is to begin by saying something to yourself like: Ok, TODAY I'm gonna NAIL it!
Jack> ZOOM! Off the fawn goes, back into the woods!!!
Laly> I concur with Jack moregasm.
moregasm> ... sorry for delays, scrolling around and rereading bits ...
Jack> Especially we males - yet it's also often quite true for women as well - is the contaminating influence of the sensual/sexual habit of going for it... That is, of trying to make it happen... of trying get IT to happen.
Jack> No worries re: the scrolling etc. It's fine to thrash around a bit, until you're ready to relax enough to give up and see what happens.
moregasm> Well, if the IT is the "O," I am totally with you. But if the IT is the correctly articulated Key Sound, then I am lost.
moregasm> What I understood is that I should not practice the protocol until I am making Key Sounds that sound like the ones in the audio lesson ...
Jack> Well I guess the IT is the O then! Of course, allowing yourself to slide into the totally lost zone maybe just what you need to find your newly awakened multiorgasmic self!
Laly> if i may offer an insight?
Jack> Sorry I didn't mean for you to think that you should not practice until x or y condition is met. You learn from the practice... what IT has to teach YOU.
moregasm> Hmm, so if you were in my place, what would you do next?
      Laly> (Hi deva)
      moregasm> pls go ahead, Laly
Jack> And yes, it is likely to become more fruitful practice as you refine your effective articulation of the Key Sound. The Key Sound articulated within an effective range is pivotal, crucial, KEY! :)
Jack> yes please, Laly. Hiiiii deva!
Laly> be patient with myself moregasm
Laly> first and foremost-- don't worry about "is my KS like Jack demonstrates
moregasm> right, now you're talking! So, I should be honing the sound, yes? Which I do by getting to that rolling phase with more relaxed vocal cords, etc.
Laly> " in the cd track
      Laly> good :)
      Jack> Yes moregasm, correct!
      deva> hi
Jack> LOL, well moregasm, there's at least two Adepts who vote YES! Laly and I. :D
Laly> My KS is much deeper than Jack's tone and I can't hold it as long as he demonstrates
      Laly> *giggles n blushes
      Jack> :)
moregasm> Okay, I may not have expressed it well, but this is what I was trying say at the outset ...
      Laly> re: jack's comment.
moregasm> My talk of "trying" and "working" etc. was re: honing the Key Sound per the relaxed husky tone in the lessons ...
Jack> Yet, apparently, Laly's Key Sounds are within an effective range because the more powerful effects ARE occurring, according to her reports.
moregasm> ironic use of language perhaps
Jack> yes, ironic and non-trivial since word choice, metaphor choice, frames the experience, thus affecting it.
Jack> So if you're working and trying and trying and working and evaluating and... whew!
      Jack> Here's an approach.
moregasm> LOL ... you are talking to an Ivy League overachiever ...
      deva> (hi laly)
deva> (and hi jack and moregasm)
Jack> Just do a Key Sound and notice the results. Do you like them it all? If so, repeat what you did, more or less... If you didn't feel particularly impressed, change something a little - especially toward the direction of relaxing and quieting your mind - what some teachers call quieting the chattering monkey mind - then check your results again.
      moregasm> hi, deva!
Jack> If you're liking the results do some more of approximately the same thing... if the results are tending to fade, then change something a little... Just do these changes intuitively, on the spur of the moment.
      moregasm> Ah-ha. This I can do, Jack. :D
Jack> LOL re: the ivy League Blues... It's cool, we'll still let you in the door here! :D
      Jack> HEY!
Jack> I'm really LIKING that AHA!!!
Jack> SOMEthing or SOMEbody inside of you said YEAH, BABY!!! :D
moregasm> So, there is one knob: the relax knob. If my KS does not feel quite right, I just turn that knob. It only goes one direction, of course: more relax.
      Laly> (hi mishy)
Jack> That Ah-ha in itself was a little mindgasm letting you know you've stumbled upon a new awareness... that you have shifted your cognitive frame! MORE BREATHING ROOM! AHHH!!!
      Laly> YES!! exactly
Jack> LOL yeah that's a good one, that relax knob. By all means explore that for a while...
Jack> Take a moment to do a little experiment.
Jack> Take a relaxing breath and let it out.
Jack> Then think: OK, I'm going to redouble my efforts as I work on learning this!... and notice how you feel - especially in your gut.
moregasm> Well, that was quite some mindgasm, then, because I just hit the wrong back button and fell totally off the chat page ... :p
Jack> Then take another breath, and think: I'm just gonna turn that Relaxing Knob whenever I need to... And notice how you feel you say THAT to yourself.
      Laly> hmm
      mishy> Hi everyone.
moregasm> Just tried your experiment. Yes, I see what you mean.
      deva> (hi mishy)
Jack> RE: Falling off the chat page - That is a GREAT gift from your subconscious!!! You turned the knob, n00b! :D :D
Jack> Hey that's very VERY cool that you got a new vision when you did that little experiment! What did you notice that is different for you? What shifted?
Jack> (Very Warm Welcome and G'day, mishy!)
moregasm> LOL ... thanks for talking through this
      moregasm> the experiment ...
Jack> You're VERY welcome! Wow does your energy EVER feel DIFFERENT now! I'm relaxing more! LOL!
moregasm> as you said, in the gut, when "working it" the second time, there was less freedom
      Jack> Yeah! QED, dude!
moregasm> the third time, turning the "knob," it almost began to feel like an echo already
      Laly> :D
      Jack> Now THERE's a clue, eh mate?!
Jack> Do you see how READY your sexy sensual subconscious is to participate in this!!!
      moregasm> Verily
Jack> All you need do is give those realms of your being that extra little breathing room and Wah Lah!!!
      Jack> :)
Jack> While you're incubating and integrating, may we offer the Talking Stick to tandello or to one of the M'am'selles?
moregasm> All right! That ought to keep me off the streets for a while ...
Jack> ROFLMAO! Yeah Brother... wouldn't say it'll keep you out of mischief, but it'll keep you off the streets! ;)
moregasm> I need to go, owe my son a game of Rock Band. You all have been most helpful. Thanks for chatting with this brick wall! ;)
Jack> Hey moregy you did GREAT work this session! You know that of course, do you not?
moregasm> Yes, I am very happy about this whole weekend, starting with that mp3. Jack, artform, Laly, you have been great too supporting a fellow traveler with patience.
      Jack> Wonderful! Cheers moregasm!
Jack> Thanks again for sharing of yourself so authentically!
Jack> Ok, would would next like the Talking Stick?
moregasm> Hereby giving up the floor, I mean the stick. Will catch the transcript later. Good luck all!
      Laly> night moregasm.
Jack> Thanks moregasm... to you as well!
      Jack> Welcome Drew!
      Drew> Thanks Jack
Jack> You're welcome! I'm glad you could make it this evening.
Jack> All right friends, who would next like the Talking Stick, that is to have the floor, to share?
tandello> I'm just listening for now, Jack.
mishy> Me too, as I am expecting visitors sometime soon.
Jack> Ok, anybody care to talk? :)
      deva> Hi drew
      deva> I'm munching.... :D
deva> not much to say, so I can wait....
deva> so with this time change does that mean it's earlier for you guys in the states?
      Laly> yes
mishy> Where are you from Deva?
      Drew> Hi deva!
deva> that's good - Laly I think you're ususally falling asleep around this time, so nice to be in the same chat with you for a change!
      deva> :)
deva> long story mishy, for now, asia...
deva> okay no-one's talking and I type fast so I'll go
Laly> yeah deva-- i've been up for 16 hours so far
deva> is it late your way?
      Laly> 21 30 hours or 10 21 pm
deva> ah.... well, if you're about to hit the hay soon, go right ahead and chat!
      Jack> 3 hours earlier, here.
mishy> So your time zone wouldn't be so different to mine. It is 2.22pm Sunday here.
deva> Now I'm curious about different types of keysounds, you talking about your one being deeeper than Jack's!!!!
deva> I guess we all really have our own unique one that works best for us.
      Laly> yes deva--
deva> I remember in our coaching call Jack, that it seems I didn't need to make the sound as long as I had thought (with yours as my example).
Laly> my inflection and vibration of the KS is deeper...like JAck mentioned to moregasm earlier
Laly> i tuned and tweaked my key sound to what "vibrated" the best reactions for me.
Laly> to what "felt" right or good.
      deva> mmmmm
Jack> Yeah! tune for the mmmmm!
deva> I've been away for quite awhile so I haven't been doing the KS very much at all. But when I have sometimes I explore other things with it rather than simply a 'good' (for want of a better word) relaxed sound
      Laly> :)
deva> actually, that's one of the things I've been doing Jack! :D
deva> the sound to an mmmmmmmmm will often give me stronger feedback than the sound on an ahhhh!
Laly> my problem in my practice never was the Key sound itself
Jack> cool! Have you been noticing stronger results with certain variations in contrast to others?
      deva> so I explore....
deva> Yes, though as I said I've not been doing it much lately... but now I should have more time again.
Jack> Yeah mmmmm requires a more relaxed throat, methinks, while ahh has a fair bit of tension in the vocal chords. That's why there's no ahhh in the Key Sound.
Laly> (since Jack and deva seem to want to continue- I'll bow out)
deva> one is openmouthed the other isn't. When I say ahhh, I simply mean the keysound (however you pronounce it)
deva> oooooh Laly, please don't if it means you don't talk later cos it's getting late for you! I have plenty of time.....!
Jack> I hear ya deva, but it can be confusing to others to associate ahh with the Key Sound.
deva> ah then I guess it's better not to write down any sound in association with it! Sorry for any confusion!
      Jack> no worries! :)
deva> Laly are you still there?
      Laly> barely deva..
      deva> go for it!
deva> ie please take the stick if you want it before you retire ;)
      Laly> if you wish :)
      deva> :)
Laly> for me-- i had (and sometimes still do) have difficulties in initiating a caress- bodily touch
Laly> due to sexual molestation. rape issues in my past- childhood
      deva> totally understandable
mishy> (visitors have arrived - I may return later. Bye for now)
      Laly> (take care mishy)
Jack> thanks mishy have fun. I hope we'll see you again soon!
      deva> (bye mishy)
Laly> and I thought to myself - and shared with a friend - my concerns
Laly> and for the first time in over 20 years..i shared that deep , dark secret
Laly> instead of letting this keep me down-- ie not practicing
Laly> i instead , slowly and many times painful, i shared my thoughts and feelings
Laly> completely with the KSMO family
      Laly> i left nothing out--
Laly> so in essence-- i wrote a healing journal
Laly> from an abuse victim to a woman with courage
      Laly> then acceptance and love.
Laly> from a woman so full of anger at everyone including herself
Laly> to who i am today (tears up)
Laly> *sets talkign stick down and grabs tissues
Laly> sorry- always get teary talking about the beginning of my ksmo journey.
Jack> Never any apology necessary, Laly.
deva> I'm always in awe of your amazing healing journey!
Laly> did i stun everyone into silence or sleep?
deva> and what you've been thru
      deva> into deep awe perhaps!
      Laly> thanks
Laly> i really must sign off for now--
Laly> so darn tired cant see straight
Jack> If ever the expression "You've come a long way!" is apt, it is re: your story and your evolution and healing journey to today!
Jack> Thanks again very much for sharing your truth Laly! Way to GROW!~
Jack> Have a sweet Sunday and a lovely week.
Laly> thank you Jack - and deva
Jack> You're very welcome, Laly... Always!
deva> thanks to you too Laly!
      Laly> many blessings to all
      Jack> And to YOU!
Jack> Ok! Is there anything else for discussion at this time?
Jack> Ok! Laly, you're welcome to reset the Chat clocks for two weeks hence - at your convenience. Thanks!
deva> Just wanted to say it's been ages since I've done a chat! Nice to be here :)
Jack> That's a wrap then, for two wonderful and moving chats this weekend. Thanks very much to each of you for bringin' the REAL!
