To read transcript of most recent chat now concluded

Click the Archives link.

To choose which channel's transcript to read (last post first) or to export (first post first, i.e., in descending order like reading a regular page):

Click the Archives link, then scroll down until in the left column you see a dropdown box that says View all shouts, click the dropdown arrow and choose the View only general shouts to read the chitchat channel, or View only team shouts to view read or download the transcript of the latest Training Chat hosted by yours truly, Jack

To export the transcripts in descending order
Scroll down to the BOTTOM of that Archives page, and use the downloads options at the lower right bottom of the page.

You have 3 formats to choose from! And the export will be in normal reading order, i.e., the beginning of the chat will appear at the top of the page and flow down to the end of the chat at the bottom (aka descending order).
