When I make the KS that rolling quality makes a wave that moves down my body and causes me to squeeze my PC muscle. Just a gentle involuntary squeeze. Sometimes when that happens I feel kinda icky and a bit sore in my PC muscle area. I don't squeeze hard it happens automatically when I make that rolling quality. Is this familiar with anybody here? |

Hey Anonymous, about that gentle PC squeeze during the, "rolling quality," of your Key Sound, that's pretty commonly reported around here. It can be a sign that your Key Sound is beginning to initiate an erotic response within you. However, it's not something that has to happen every time you make your Key Sound. I noticed that happening more at the start of my practice, than later on. For me, it was like eventually, the orgasmic sensations I got from my Key Sound seemed to happen more independently of my genitals. So, although I still get that reaction sometimes, it doesn't happen all that often anymore. About the, "icky," sensation and soreness, that's a bit more unique. Could you talk a little more about, "icky?" I'm kinda unclear on what you mean. As for the soreness, do you feel sore when you squeeze your PC muscle normally? Like when you're urinating and stop? Or does this only happen during your KSMO practice? Is this sensation always unpleasant in your PC muscle? Or do you ever get some sensations during your practice which just feel good? Do you get these uncomfortable feelings when you make your Key Sound WITHOUT using stimulation? Hopefully, with a little more information, we can figure out what's going on... |
