Dear Jack, I've been undertaking some more field research and have come up with a couple of things which I'd appreciate your feedback on. Something I've been doing for a year now is squatting to shit, this is so much more natural and makes the whole experience far more enjoyable and less of a strain on the body. Most indigenous populations do this and get very confused with our toilet bowls! I've found wiggling two or three fingers up your arse at the start of a session is extremely pleasurable, and helps open up your body and mind to the erotic energy. Then massaging the point just beyond and under the end of the spine whilst doing the key sound a few times, sets-up a good focus. Once into doing the key sound, on the inhale pushing your lower jaw out as far as possible and then relaxing on the out breath, there is a ringing sound in the head as the lower jaw is pushed out - this has come from reading Hyatt's book on energised meditation and perhaps ties in with your own experience of grinding your front jaw when in extremes of the energy flow. |

Yes, I've also read several authors who claim that voiding the bowels in this position accomplishes a more complete evacuation, and is therefore desirable for colon health, and overall health of the digestive and immune systems. Guess what? They also relate these "more empty bowels" to an increased ability to experience erections, especially in advanced age. It's supposed to reduce the tendency toward developing constipation which may accompany advancing age. Yes in fact I mention this in the Male Multiple Orgasm tape - that erotic massage of the anus can be pleasurable if your comfortable with same. IMHO the World's experts on this subject are two wonderful men, Dr. Jack Morin, who wrote Anal Pleasure and Health, and Chester Mainard, who has produced videos on the subject and is senior faculty at the Body Electric School in Oakland CA. This helps accomplish the "rolling quality" I've described in past chats, etc. For me it is effectively accomplishing this rolling quality in the middle of the Key Sound that stimulates the feelings of physical "resonance", the "ahhh THAT'S more like it!" feelings, which in turn stimulate the increasingly pleasurable "Echo Effect" responses which ultimately become intensely orgasmic as I increase erotic stimulation. You might also want to try the jaw exercise THAT way, and see what you discover. Please let me know how it goes. Also, other readers, please comment on this thread as well. What's YOUR experience?
