Description:- I emphasise this is without any stimulation other than mental encouragement and being relaxed, quiet and calm, either seated or lying down. The balls begin to move by themselves, slowly and subtilely and begin to massage the hot spots Jack speaks of in that lower region, the balls seem to naturally know where to move and how intensely to give the most pleasure. Then ecstatic feelings start to radiate out from the groin across the whole body, from one experience I have had the electricity I feel can increase, pass up the spine, set the teeth tingling and ultimately create internal light in the head, inner visualising of white light, should help this process. For me this has only happened once a long time ago. Allow the energy and this process to unfold naturally. Let your body be your guide as Jack has emphasised and as I am slowly learning open to the key sound. Personally I have experienced the auto-massaging balls about every 4 weeks, I would be interested to know whether others have experienced this phenomenon and also whether there seem to be particular times when they feel more tuned in, throughout the day and the month. The regularity and intensity appear to be increasing and much of that recently is due to finding this brotherhood of exploration. Allowing yourself to open to the process, realising you are not alone is a great joy and wonderful encouragement. I also have a gut feeling that the more of us who regain this ability the easier it will be for others. |

This sounds very far out and wonderful. So far, my balls have never done anything on their own but move up and down a bit. Perhaps they will take a hint here and start being more productive. I'm tired of doing all the work! Jesse |

Well guys I think I've found a way to prompt this type of activity more readings of -?Taoist Secrets of Love : Cultivating Male Sexual Energy? by Mantak Chia - he has a whole chapter entitled "The Dance of the Testes" - therein he describes one exercise which he names "Testicle Breathing". I suggest you refer to the book for the full details, which are explicit - the essence is to mentally feel and visualise your balls rising and falling with your inhale and exhale respectively. Do not use your anus or penis muscles to cause this, but simply put your attention on your balls and the mental process, after some practice the balls will indeed start to move and fall and rise in synchronisation with your breathing and then they will start to massage themselves. Try this either seating or standing with the balls freely exposed, just let it all hang out and do some ball focused breathing for some amazing feelings! |
