I can't think or count the number of times I've said this in my posts...KSMO saved my life-literally. The best way I can describe it is-- the reverant Venus de Milo and that exquisite sculpture and how awesome and revered it looks now...well that's how I feel KSMO has transformed my life-- chipped away at the un-necessary pieces, the roughness to reveal the "true" beauty - inside AND out.

THAT's what KSMO has done for me. *cries

re: posts, blogs and such....yeah there ARE alot of them...well considering we have close to 500 members (I can't recall actual figures right now) world-wide in the forum and using this method.

When Jack switched over software programs to what we currently use, I went through the entire forum and updating web-links that no longer worked or were outdated and fixed them. It was a project, but a fun one as I went through and read some of the first chats that jack had and I found myself just weeping at hearing some of their responses and how they were the first people learning this method..to how I related to some of their reported sensations and responses.

When I first joined the forum in 2005, I was one of the few women practicing at the time. So it made me in some rather elite company; however, at the time I (being honest here) didnt (and at time still don't) know what it's truly like to be feminine. I don't wear makeup, don't paint my nails (drives me nuts lol), hate dresses (will wear them when necessary), and speak my mind. This all comes from growing up in a neighborhood of all boys and being the only girl. So that maybe says alot- maybe not .

KSMO allowed me to open up and truly embrace my female side- probably for the first time in my life...

I had to let go of ALOT of pre-conceived ideas and ideals that I picked up along the way in my life...things that conflicted with who I truly wanted to be... ME. That is the true and unquivicable person I knew was inside me- just waiting to shine-but until now, hid in the shadows.

There are things in my life , for a long time, I wish I could have gone back and changed...but really - after a LONG in depth soul search- only one thing I wished I had done sooner and that's spoken up for myself sooner...released the pain inside; instead of letting the pain control me for so long.

*wipes tears that form.

I'll continue this at a later time....

Short answer: Yes.

I actually do a lot of Qi Kung centered around the breath

And I do some really "centering" daoist meditations I've been working on for a couple of years.

I feel that the Key Sound technique has a certain synergy with a connected state throughout the body.

It almost ceases to be "orgasmic breathing" and becomes "peak state breathing" where it all just rolls together into endless bliss.
