Hello, newbie here - I'm curious if anyone here has noticed a correlation between expansive thoughts (or perhaps simply an expansive state of mind and increased echo effects.
Here's my experience. I posted this in my blog as well. --------- This afternoon I did the first KS session in about 4 days. As seems normal for me with actual KS sessions (so far), I get some slight echoes, but nothing substantial, I've had far stronger and longer feelings in days between, though I hadn't felt anything in the way of echoes yesterday or today. Then tonite, some echoes started to come again. I'd missed them! Interestingly enough I was also having expansive thoughts at the moment the echoes began again after their 2 day lull. Last few days I'd been trying to figure out some holiday plans for next month, and was concerned about lost income from cancelling work. Today I was feeling more and more to not worry about work and tonite I had literally been imagining just cancelling everything and travelling when I felt the first tingle again in my pelvic floor, which gradually built up into stronger echoes, not super strong but enough to say 'I'm back!' What joy to have them back again! The timing of it makes me curious as to whether state of mind can have anything to do with echoes appearing. -------------- So I'd love to hear from others if this has ever been the case with you!

Hi Deva!
I would say there is definitely a connection. I tend to notice times when my KSMO energy is most prevalent and available to me seem to correlate with times when I'm most able to engage in creative, constructive and, as you say, expansive thinking/feeling. That is, relatedly, when I would say my capacity for joy is heightened. I think, in a sense, what the key sound helps to awaken is directly related to joy and expansive creativity. Sort of the physio-emotional manifestation of a kind of creative and healing energy. It's also an expression of release, like when you let yourself off the hook regarding some idea, like what you said about "I just don't need to worry about that right now" or what have you...it's a kind of release. I think that can release energy in that sense. What you mentioned also reminds me of Neil Slade's amygdala clicking technique. Are you familiar with that? I know that at least Pan and Zaneblue on this forum have mentioned it. It involves visualizing lightly stimulating the front of each amygdala in your brain to send more energy into the highly evolved frontal lobes. Go to www.neilslade.com...lots of good FREE info there. Very easy to learn and practice. I would love to hear your thoughts on using that to help "expand" thoughts and feelings even further. I love to use it myself. Thanks for your post and good luck! |

Hi Roderick!
Thanks for your reply - that's fascinating what you say about KSMO energy and it's connection to the capacity for joy and expansive creativity! What a wonderful path, I'm so glad to have just started exploring it! I would then surmise that over time KSMO not only expands the body's capacity to experience higher and higher heights of pleasure, but perhaps it also expands one's capacity to allow more and more joy (and creativity) into one's life too. I could easily imagine how different life must feel. I think I remember seeing a post of Laly's somewhere of how much it's changed her (welcome to chime in Laly if you see this). I'm also happy for this to become a thread of other people's experiences with all this. I've not heard of Neil Slade - him am off to take a look at his site, thanks. If I try anything out I'll let you know! |

Hi deva
>I would then surmise that over time KSMO not only expands the body's capacity to experience higher and higher heights of pleasure, but perhaps it also expands one's capacity to allow more and more joy (and creativity) into one's life too.< I’ve found that to be true. Being able to generate multiple orgasms of a kind that I’ve never experienced before and at practically any time I want has certainly added a completely new dimension to my life. I walk through the village doing the shopping feeling orgasmic, and just relishing the thought of the next bit of private time when I can embark upon my next session. That feeling is with me all the time as a background sensation and if my amigdalae had the ability that Neil’s have to click I would sound like a walking Geiger counter. I’d get arrested on suspicion.Conversely though, if events prevent me from getting my daily shot of multiples I can become a bit depressed; but not seriously so, fortunately. Neil Slade’s teachings are worthy of consideration for a KSMO enthusiast and I know that, for me, they have helped me focus the mind, not only upon orgasm but issues in general. But the actual “clicking” I’ve never experienced. Your lucid blogging make interesting and pleasant reading – keep writing! Mog |

Hi Mog!
Just wanted to comment that, although they call it amygdala "clicking", that's really just metaphoric. Though there may be a few people out there who think they can hear a "click" in their mind when they click their amygdala forward, I think that's a very small minority. It's just the idea of titillating or switching forward from the amygdala up toward/into the frontal lobes. I think if you can feel it or notice positive shifts, you're "clicked" forward, sound or no sound. Another thing I've wanted to ask you, regarding the joy and energy generated from KSMO is whether you've ever experienced any spontaneous or intentional healing from that energy. Some of the eastern traditions talk about the healing power of such focused and intensified sexual erotic energy, kundalini, yogic traditions and the like. I was curious to know if you've ever tried to "use" or focus that energy and bliss you can call up to heal any part of your life or body. You seem to speak of some of the most intense and overpowering experiences I've heard of, so I thought you'd be a good person to ask.

Hi mog, thanks for your input and your nice feedback on my blogs! Glad you're enjoying the read. Roderik I haven't had a chance to do any serious reading on Neil's site yet, but it looks very interesting.
All this makes me also wonder if there's a connection between not only expansive thoughts, but perhaps increased echo effects (and increased MOs for you adepts!) in turn bleeds over into daily life making it more expansive, more abundant, etc. Loving this path!

Hi roderik, deva and Laly,
>Just wanted to comment that, although they call it amygdala "clicking", that's really just metaphoric.< Trust me to get it wrong! I think I remember Pan saying that Neil Slade came to regret using his “clicking” metaphor. >Another thing I've wanted to ask you, regarding the joy and energy generated from KSMO is whether you've ever experienced any spontaneous or intentional healing from that energy.< I can’t say that I have, but being in possession of a brain similar to a congealed rice pudding I probably wouldn’t notice anyway. But, unlike many other skills that I’ve attempted to develop, my MMO capability is the one that I can claim to be good at, and that, together with the feeling of sprightly well-being that it gives me does allow me to “feel good about myself”. >You seem to speak of some of the most intense and overpowering experiences I've heard of, so I thought you'd be a good person to ask.< Yes, extreme and unprecedented erotic events are frequent visitors these days in my sessions, and a few, just at the moment they hit can even be rather alarming. But I cannot claim to have yet encountered in my KSMO practice any evidence of healing power. But there can always be something new waiting around the corner! I see that two learned institutions claim to have found evidence that; “…two or more orgasms per week can increase human life span by 8 years”. I hope that is true! ![]() Mog |
