Key sound and premature ejaculation
Hi all,
I have just come to Jacks site and have bought the audio seminars and have been on the live discussion and have done one practice session so far which was interesting. I came to the site as I am having majors issues with premature ejaculation at the mo  . I am trying to address it using deep belly breathing, relaxing the perineum, feeling the sensations and learning how to maintain a relaxed body state during intercourse.I am interested to hear about people who had problems with premature ejaculation who have used the key sound to help, what happened, what the journey was like and how long it took. Bobbyonabreak, a real good way to start is after logging in to this Forum, to use our VERY powerful Google Site Search™ tool, and search on the phrase in double quotes:
"premature ejaculation"
NOTE: Make SURE you spell it correctly and that you put those "double quotes" around the phrase. You'll get links to about eighty posts where it is discussed. Also start your blog so you can journal your progress, AND post a sample in .mp3 (only!) of your Key Sound™ articulation to the Free Private Key Sound™ Validation area, which entry area appears in a box after you've logged in just below the ChatBox near the top of the Forum home page.
