I'm a noob and would just like to say hello to all and ask some questions.
I actually subscribed some time ago but never really got into practising and have decided to give it a bit of a go now but I have a couple of immediate issues I'd like some opinions on if that's ok? The first concerns Libido or more specifically the lack thereof. I'm 38, male, 6' 200lbs Don't drink much or smoke at all, exercise regularly. Sometimes eat very healthily, sometimes eat rubbish (especially chocolate) but I recon it evens out. I'm self employed (cause of some stress) married (Nice girl no stress) and I used to masturbate 2/3 times a day till I was about 24. Now I have very little sex drive and only a fraction of what I used to have. Say 2 out of 10. This obviously makes all the Issues of practising "seem" a little different from my perspective eg Do I have my technique wrong or am I just not excited enough??? I've tried all sorts of things from supplements to EFT, hypnosis, went to the docs who told me I was showing signs of depression and stuck me on Prozac for 18 months which did not help at all. I know this opener sounds depressing but really I don't consider myself depressed at all What I'm really asking here is: has anyone else had such experiences and any resolutions? I'm currently looking into the possibility that the fluoridated mains water supply we've had here since '71 might have something to do with it or possibly the fact that I have 5 grams total of mercury in my mouth by way of amalgam fillings (since late teens) The only couple of significant factors I can bring in are: If I do a lot of exercise it gets even worse. If I get VERY and I mean VERY drunk (as in falling down/major hangover) I'd say 70% of the time my libido gets significantly better say 7/10 at some point the next day. I must stress it does not improve when I'm actually drunk only afterwards. If this is too off topic I'll completely understand if the post is deleted. On a lighter note, my other issue is that when I practice my technique I find myself hypno breathing, ie long slow controlled breaths in and out and find I actually have to sort of gee myself up a bit every now and then to breath a bit quicker or otherwise even at every 2 breaths I'd only be making a keysound per minutes or thereabouts. Have I just relaxed too much??? Anyway hope I've not blathered on too long. Cheers D |

Sometimes eat very healthily, sometimes eat rubbish (especially chocolate) but I recon it evens out.< Judging by my own experience I would not think that your low libido should be thought of as a barrier to acquiring a quality KSMO skill. I'm more than twice your age and before I started on the KSMO trail some four years ago my libido had descended to slightly higher than zero, and this I accepted as an inevitable consequence of the passing years. How wrong I was. Jack's KSMO has given me back my youthful capabilities in more than full measure - much, much more! I don't exaggerate here because my MMO sessions now result in orgasmic experiences which far exceed those of my youth or at any other time and which I had never dreamt were possible. IMO you would have to be in very poor shape not to derive some benefit from KSMO training as long as you approach it with the right frame of mind. >.........but really I don't consider myself depressed at all.....< There's hope for you then! >.......Have I just relaxed too much???< At first sight that would seem to be a plus because total relaxation (not everyone finds this easy to achieve) is the key to progress in your training sessions. Looking back on this now, I think it was the right decision because I wasn't quite ready for it. Now I KNOW I am. I'm hoping you will realize the same?? I've heard quite a few people saying how it increased their libido/sex drive, although I haven't personally tried it myself. If you haven't looked into it, maybe it's something worth looking more into? And about hypnosis, I recently began looking into this so I don't know too much about it. Could you please explain your experiences here and if it affected you any? >The only couple of significant factors I can bring in are: If I do a lot of exercise it gets even worse.< It is my understanding that when people use their muscles more your body will release more testosterone into your bloodstream. I think this is suppose to increase your sex drive, unless you have too much testosterone then a lot of problems may arise. However, I don't have much experience with a lost sex drive being only 18 and all. >Have I just relaxed too much???< I highly doubt that's the case. The more you relax the more you will feel. Mog/CRUCKYEAH, thanks for the words of encouragement folks. I'm looking forward to new experiences! It sounds like I just need to practice then and not worry too much about the things I mentioned. I tend to get time off in fits and starts so I'll do my best to get on top of it. I do find it quite relaxing and explorative. Crunk, I used to practice self hypnosis and whilst there were some results the method is slow and time consuming and dependant to some extent on good technique and the ability to "visualise" well. I seriously recommend EFT instead (unless your just wanting to do Hypno for fun/interest) Have a look at EFT Home - World Center for EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) you can download the free PDF guide which gives you a really good start into the technique. I have to say you feel a right plum at first but the benefits can be immediate and pronounced. Theres tons of stuff on youtube about it too but dont pay for anything the free info is about 90% of it and more than enough for results. The cool thing is, it's no where near as technique dependant and in fact works quite well on people who don't believe its gonna work. Cheers again. D |

Hey eejit7, Stay with it brother! I struggled to feel anything when I first started practicing KSMO but now I experience and feel very intense and fulfilling orgasms with KSMO. And I want more and know that they will become intense and more profound as I continue to practice. Additionally, I've found after each session that my libido dramatically increases. I had one experience where I was so charged and aroused that I literally didn't know what to do. (A good place to be) Regarding your situation... and this is just from my point of view.... I think as adults we can over analyze a situation or say something to the point where it becomes true. For instance, if you have no physical problems restricting your libido than I would guess that it might be more psychological. I know that if you keep telling yourself, "I don't have libido," that you won't. Kinda the self fulfilling prophesy thing. But if you tell yourself, "I have great libido" and continue to practice KSMO, relax, follow protocol then I know you'll find that your libido was there all along. It just needed re-awakening. Now with all that previously said I know eating healthy, staying fit, relaxing and minimizing stress is key as well. Additionally, from experience I know that I can overwork my body at the gym. This leads to muscle and nerve fatigue and can make it hard for me to relax. If you are doing a mid to heavy workout regime of 4 to 6 days a week then it's good to take a 'rest week' every 4th week to let your muscles and nerves recoup. So those are just some of my thoughts. Definitely keep practicing with relaxed expectation of something happening. It only gets better! Mog is a great example! Read through some of his mind/ body blowing posts.
