Lightbulb Lost puppy looking for guidance(newbie)

So where to start?..

I should probably start by saying I purchased the seminar a couple of months ago(November), and I haven't exactly had time to 'start' it.

Some background about me:
I turned 18 back in late August, and I have a girlfriend who lives in Hawaii. After my birthday, I saved up some money for a plane ticket and spending money, and decided to go see her for winter break(she's still in school). Now she's back in school so I have some free time to practice KSMO, while she's away. I would ask her to do it with me but as Jack advises it's easier to start solo.

I have a few newbie questions..
  1. When you make the 'roll' in between the two sounds, what does that do to your stomach muscles?
  2. How do you know you're breathing right on the breaths between the Key Sound?
  3. How long did it take YOU to realize there were little sensations going on?
Any tips, tricks, or any advice would be tremendously appreciated. I'm very open to almost any question/s so feel free to ask if you want. I'm hoping I can find a 'home' here on the forums.

And umm I think that's all for now (I can check the forums daily so I might not respond until the next day depending on what time it is)

Thanks

Some things that will greatly enhance your practice.

1. Start the exercise with some deep breathing. The whole body MUST be relaxed and vibrating at the same frequency for waves to travel throughout the body.

2. Take note. The keysound will guide you to where these sensations are coming from and how they should circulate through the body. Pay attention to everything. Every little sensation that feels good. DO NOT disregard anything.

3. Also, I've noticed that some people are having trouble applying the method to prevent premature ejaculation. This takes time. I tried to introduce stimulation almost immediately because I got too anxious to feel the orgasms. I wanted more basically. Needless to say I ejaculated. But it didn't come out as a forcefull ejaculation even though the orgasm was intense. What happens here is that the prostate accumulates the sexual energy causing a release in the form of an ejaculation. The tail bone should be the focus of attention to recirculate energy throughout the body. There are nerves there just as the ones in the penis and the prostate. When you focus here you'll find that you also get the same pleasurable sensations but they manifest throughout the body. And again, this takes time. Men over time associate the pleasure with release. You can achieve the same release in the body with orgasm but without ejaculating when you establish a relationship with the tailbone nerves.

Hi Crunkyyeah,

Congrats on joining the journey and the forum. Keep coming back to the forum, reading, asking questions and participating. It totally helps and is a huge reason why I've progressed from the starting position to where I am today.

A HUGE key to KSMO is, as Hermit1 has mentioned, to learn to relax and be open to every feeling of pleasure, from the slightest tingle to the pulsating of an orgasm. Don't discount any feeling or sensation even to the smallest degree.

As far as the roll goes in the keysound and opening up your belly, it feels alot like belly breathing or when you force your belly out, but without the forcing and just freely and naturally.

In terms of breathing between keysounds, just breath naturally and relax.

When I first started KSMO I was concerned with getting 'there' and achieving everything right off the bat that I got frustrated. I later learned that the process is a journey of learning, rewiring and growing. Once I learned to relax, enjoy myself and just be open top whatever comes along, the more progress I made. As a number of people have said on the forum, it's like watching a deer/fawn and wanting him to come close to you. If you force it, he will bolt but if you be patient and just let him approach you then it will happen in time. It's a matter of Zen so to speak. So just continue to listen to the KSMO seminar, visit the forums, as questions, pay attention to your body and all of its sensations and just relax into them.

I see you got some good advice ...

<quote> have a few newbie questions..

How do you know you're breathing right on the breaths between the Key Sound?
How long did it take YOU to realize there were little sensations going on?</quote>

I see Canuck75 is right on target with his advice regarding the breathing on both counts.

For me-- it happened in only my second time of doing the KS practice.
For each person this experience is different in terms of how and when the echo effects appear.
I think for me it came quickly because I came to the KSMO with no preset "i want to do this- or I hope KSMO does this for me"....that is as a newborn just learning how to walk. No expectations what so ever. I trusted the process and had the patience - to know I couldn't rush myself. That i think has served me quite well in my KSMO journey.

Thanks for all the wonderful replies everyone

I have a few more questions though...whats the easiest way for YOU to get relaxed and in the right state of mind to start a session?

"Start the exercise with some deep breathing. The whole body MUST be relaxed and vibrating at the same frequency for waves to travel throughout the body." Hermit1, what exactly do you mean by vibrating? Like the vibrations coming from your chest when you make the KS or something else entirely?? I'm not exactly sure how I would go about getting my body to the right frequency so ummm help?

I've been relaxing about 20 minutes a day for a few weeks trying to get used to feeling completely relaxed. It seems I'm able to manage this after I lay there and try to shut out thoughts that my mind is trying to wander to. After I can manage to get my mind 'quiet' it's pretty easy to relax all of the muscles in my body to the point where I could lay there and not move for a very long time.

Is this exactly how I should be before I start making the KS or should I be laying or sitting in a different position??(I normally lay completely flat on my back with my toes pointed at the 9 and 3 positions on a clock) I see the protocol says you should have your knees bent but if I can get completely relaxed without having them bent is that okay too??

I'll be giving it my first real session in the morning after I wake up so I have lots of energy. Wish me luck, and I'll keep you posted! Thanks all

Hi there Crunkyeah
I found the "hypnaerosession" mp3s by rumel very relaxing for me during my rewiring. Some recordings are aneros specific (Aneros Prostate Stimulator Massager Male Sex Toy) but can be used for relaxation purposes. However, you may find them a distraction cos of the need to listen to them.
Have a listen to the free samples (cdbaby.com) and see what you think.
I would avoid genital stimulation while you are learning.
there will be ample time to introduce it later, but it will hinder ur learning curve until you are fully familiar with non genital sensations and pleasure
Happy rewiring

Hi Crunky,

>I've been relaxing about 20 minutes a day for a few weeks trying to get used to feeling completely relaxed. It seems I'm able to manage this after I lay there and try to shut out thoughts that my mind is trying to wander to.<

Good deep relaxation can be a bit hard for some students - that is before serious echoes start to develop and give you something to more easily focus on. I've used, and still do, Kelly Howells "Ecstasy" CD (among others) - an excellent production which incorporates a subliminal beat.

>I normally lay completely flat on my back with my toes pointed at the 9 and 3 positions on a clock<

That's my first favourite for best relaxation and also the very best for promoting arousal. A pillow under each leg to bend the knees slightly is OK if it helps with comfort, but be aware of circulation in the legs if you ever do that for long periods.

Keep us all posted on your progress.

Mog

Session #1:

I started off by putting on some relaxing music and situating myself so I could get comfortable. I laid on my back with a pillow under my head and one under my knees. For some fortunate reason I relaxed relatively quickly so that helped me a bit.

I started making KS's as soon as I felt relaxed and didn't want to move even an inch. There were a few little sensations after some of them I felt a ripple of what felt like warm blood going through my calves and feet and then through my forearms and into my hands. It quickly dispersed as I was taking relaxed breaths but it was a sensation no less. After one KS I could feel a prickly kind of tap on the bottom of my left foot. It didn't really feel good but I'm sure it's good to take note of it.

Also, the whole time my stomach was making churning noises like it makes when it's hungry but it didn't exactly sound the same. It was a lot less dramatic and it was worst after making a KS. (I'm assuming the vibrations from the KS had something to do with it??) Has anyone else had a churning stomach during a session??

When I realized how many relaxing songs had played I decided to call it because I'm sure I was relaxing for a lot longer than the suggested 20 minutes. But I enjoyed the relaxing part so that's always good?

Finally, for any of you curious about my progress I'll be putting all of my sessions into blogs so I can go back and review them later. For a while though I'll still be posting into this thread because I still have lots of questions.

One being, does your level of physical fitness have anything to do with how fast you progress?

Sounds like you are off to a good start....

It doesnt really matter if you're laying down or sitting upright when practicing-- it is whatever way you feel most comfortable practicing.
For me I find that I can do it either way-- laying down or sitting in my chair.

In my opinion- no. It is mostly about your willingness to surrender to the feelings...that is NOT think through it-- just feel what is happening as you do your KS practice-AND days in between practices--be aware of any new feelings or sensations that may arise. A tingle or prickling anywhere on the body.

Alright Laly (or anyone who wishes to answer) I have a quick question for you then since you're comfortable with both methods.

Do you find it easier to make KS's while sitting rather than laying down or anything like that?

I was practicing making KS's while listening to the seminar (not really doing a session so to speak)

And it seems I can make the clearest best sounding KS's while standing and then the next best thing is sitting down. While I'm laying down I can get the roll in between the two parts and the second part is fine. But the first beginning part of the sound seems shaky or like I have to put more air into it or something.

Any elaboration? Thanks
