Have been experimenting again
Here's my take on things (based on the successes I have had-notwithstanding all the pleasure that still awaits!) Normal penile ejaculatory orgasm involves penile stimulation amplified by MODERATE PC contractions. MODERATE PC contractions also amplfiy any erotic sensations produced by non genital stimulation as in KSMO. However penile stimulation can also produce non ejaculatory orgasms as long as the PC MUSCLES are VOLUNTARILY controlled-either to relax completely or to CONTRACT EXTREMELY INTENSELY through the PONR. Uncontrolled moderate pc contractions along with frenulum stimulation is what triggers ejaculation for me. However this process MUST start with complete relaxation in the arousal phase and a complete LACK OF EXPECTATION ase well as an ACUTE willingness to trust the process and enjoy every pleasurable sensation as it comes. This is greatly aided by mentally slowing down the heartbeat and breathing. I shall be happy for any feedback/suggestions and shall be happy to guide anyone still learning Cheers A |

This is greatly aided by mentally slowing down the heartbeat and breathing. I tend to agree. I've played with all this stuff a lot in the past few years. I really like KSMO method. One thing I think plays into the amount of pleasure I feel and the way I feel it is trust. I end up developing trust over time, through experiencing the pure pleasure itself. I trust my body to rock and roll and really soar through the world of pleasure and leave my hips loose as jelly for the next day. Because I know I can go there, and I'll eventually get there (and if I'm not too turned on at the beginning, it can take me a little while to get to those big ones), I feel comfortable through the tension, through the building pressure, through the wanting and desire... in fact, I enjoy it... I noticed this generalizing into my whole life, as a kind of core confidence. First of all, I pay so much attention to erotic stimulus, sexual pleasure, and what feels good, that I'm pretty good at finding other hedonists to play with. But more importantly, I go out to a club, or a bar with a certain feeling... God, the peak state breathing, KSMO, Reichian breathing, whatever method I end up using, is SO SATISFYING... I roll in feeling like I don't need to hook up with anyone to get pleasure, and I can often carry that huge charge of being turned on, ready to rock, WANTING to rock someone's world.. and be really secure and comfortable in that feeling. Then it's pretty easy to hook up :-) Cool place to come from. Not that I'm always able to pull using this particular basis of confidence, but combined with some other stuff I've learned, it works that way more and more for me lately. MMO can boost core confidence in that way because I'm not dependant on someone else to provide ultimate satisfaction to me... Which I think is similar to maintaining the charge into and through the KSMO session. All the same, IMHO, Ambient::: |
