Hi all,
I'm learning singing and hence was introduced to belly breathing. Have since adopted it (or re-learnt it) as my primary method of breathing since it is so relaxing and effective. Am wondering how to combine belly breathing with production of the KS. Since the belly compresses on the exhale, doesn't that contradict the idea that the belly is supposed to expand during production of the KS? Or should I just focus on making the sound and not worry about the belly movement? Also, when I lie down and practice the KS, I notice that the sound tends to break up after the "swell", perhaps due to a lack of air support. Yet when I sit up and practice the KS, I have enough air to last me through the entire sound... Is the breaking up towards the end OK? If not, are there any suggestions for what to do? Thanks for the help! |

Friends... you need not be concerned or distracted (as in Mind Noise) by inflection or belly breathing issues.
Please submit your mp3 Key Sound™ articulation samples - about 5 examples is all that's necessary - to the Free PRIVATE Key Sound™ Validation Area for my personal review and feedback. Once I confirm that you are indeed articulating the Key Sound™ correctly, inflection and similar issues will take care of themselves. Then you may simply articulate the Key Sound™ and follow the rest of the step by step Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol™ according to the pdf Summary by that name that I have provided you, and direct your attention to relaxing and tuning into and enjoying the appearance of the Echo Effects™, no matter how seemingly faint or inconsequential they may initially appear to be. And please keep in mind that it is almost always the case that the stronger Echo Effects™ tend to occur - not during the actual 20 minute practice sessions - but afterwards and sometimes even moreso - on the days between practice sessions - when you least expect them to. Wishing you the very best! Jack Here are detailed instructions for providing the Key Sound articulation sample. |

Breathing is one of my favorite topics.
I noticed something for awhile with KSMO method: The inbreath could be done into an area just above the navel, maybe two inches above. Then I could breathe out and roll the belly down (looks like some kind of belly dancing move) until the lower belly is expanded. I would get the same response as KS, and it improved my KS. My Shaolin teacher taught me that method. I think he considered that to be equal to Kung Fu "reverse breathing" but Shaolin uses external musculature (along with force as opposed to relaxation). Later I learned to achieve similar sensations using spine waving or Reichian breathing... much more relaxed, similar effects. I like teaching people how to do KS breathing, and I use a plethora of methods to help people "get it." Several of my girlfriends were pretty good at it by the time we parted. And a couple of my guy friends have really gotten into it as well. Breathing is cool though: Do you ever try to breathe equally in every direction? It's hard to get at first and I think it's worth it to breathe into your back first (yes, this can be done, let your back expand instead of your belly). Then you can learn to relax all the way around your lower torso when you breathe and actually expand equally in every direction. Now THERE's a very relaxed and lovely breath to have every day. |

Hi Ambient, I'm interesting in your belly breathing exercises to help you relax. Can you describe how you do this exercise?
