Hey everyone!
Now, I have ADHD, so I tend to get very impatient. I find it hard enough to just sit and do the Key Sound for 5 minutes! But, when I'm actually masturbating, I can edge and edge for hours. Does anyone have any recommendations for someone with ADHD trying to do the key sound? It's just so hard to stay focused. Also, what should I be thinking about? I believe your thoughts have a HUGE impact on this, but I really don't know what exactly to think about. Any tips? One more question (i know, i know..i've been asking too many questions lately =/) but how does one go about sensitizing his nipples? You say you can focus on edging,so try and transfer that focus to the key sound and any sensations it arouses. There's not much thinking involved.jut try and observe every pleasurable sensation coming ur way however small and do not try to make things happen. Idont think nipple sensitisation is crucial here. Just get the sound right and ficus on any arousal sensations coming ur way Cheers |

I did ALOT of searching on the Internet-- whew strange stuff out there...but the best way is to use a towel rolled up and gently rub that over them-- whether in the shower or lying in bed. Maybe even tweak them a little while showering every once in a while. Gently rub the nipple between two fingers-- not hard grab-- but like grabbing a mini marshmallow n giving it a gentle squeeze. I hope this helps...and NEVER apologize for asking questions!!!
