I am as sure as I can be that this has been addressed at an earlier time, but I can never find what I am looking for. So please indulge me and hopefully it will help someone else as well.
During your session when you are to do the caress on the inhale before making your Key Sound(tm) can you actually stroke or must it be as simple as just a touch? In my example, using my nipples. As I inhale, can I actually twirl my finger over them or should I simply touch them? Also, I am finding that I am making more progress if I DON'T listen to the 20 KSMO recording and just do it on my own. My question here would be, how much time between Key Sounds(tm) should there actually be? I know I have heard 3 oe 4 breaths, but for some that can be 10 seconds and for others 20. What I am finding is that it is almost better to not worry about it and do the Key Sound(tm) when it is needed. Any comments on that?

RE: Finding stuff, first place to check is the pdf that came with your order: The Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol™ Summary Update. You can also try different phrases "in double quotes" in the Google Site Search Tool. It's the Google search engine that's indexed all of the content on our site so it's the best search tool there is. And of course, you're always welcome to post to the Forum or ask in a Chat, that's what they're for! : Quote:
You then do the Key Sound as you exhale THAT automatically inhaled breath. Quote:

When you feel that pleasure, you'll automatically be inhaling. That's what I refer to as a charging breath. You're inhaling oxygen that his helping your system charge up the arousal circuits. Quote:
Good on ya! Do as you please - literally. ![]() Quote:

Your frame of mind should be one of relaxation, not fretting. Quote:
Just 2 to 4 relaxing breaths, stroke or caress and pause while maintaining contact, Key Sound as you exhale that breath, repeat. Tra la! ![]() Quote:
We're not trying to squeeze a response out of reluctant hardware. It's mostly a frame of mind of meditative relaxation, without expectation of staggering Echo Effects™ during the actual practice session. The larger Echo Effects often happen AFTER the actual session, and even on the days BETWEEN session. Google Site Search and then web-wide Google search: non-attachment. |

Hey Buster,
Talking from experience, it took me a bit to relax as well to get into KSMO. Relaxation is key. I know with myself that there was that learning curve where you're thinking, "Am I making the keysound right?", "Did I take the right amount of breaths between keysounds?" etc. but once you review the KSMO protocol, which is extremely simple, and learn to just relax everything falls into place eventually. Just kinda like riding a bike. It looks complicated when you first start but once you learn, the next thing you know you're doing jumps and 'pop a wheelies.'
