Okay ... First of all I am creating this thread to give everyone a single place to pose his/her/their questions or concerns regarding their key sound practices.

I thought of this after spending some time talking with a fellow KSMO member this morning and listening to his concerns over lack of continuance with his KS practice.

I mentioned my starting over for a third time myself and that admission surprised him. It got me to thinking that maybe what he experienced or felt- in regards to thinking he thought he'd experienced all there was in his orgasmic pleasures and simply just walked away...but now feeling more frustrated and "out of sorts" with himself.

I mentioned that I felt that myself when I stopped the first time around and instead focusing on my emotional and spiritual sides i.e. dealing with the emotions and feeling that the KS orgasms were triggering in me.

I have journeyed through some rather rough feelings and dealt with troubling thoughts and ideals. Let me just say it was NOT an easy journey for me...but one that I felt I needed to walk through. *begins to cry

However!!! I did not walk that journey alone . I had (and still have) my friends here at KSMO and my friends in Michigan whom I am truly blessed to have.
