Well, it's been awhile since I've been in regular practice, but the echo effects never go away. They do tend to become less frequent and intense when I haven't practiced in a while, but nonetheless never disappear. Last night was a breakthrough for me though, and I hadn't even had a practice in a week or two :-D
Maybe doing some prostate stim helped trigger it, but I awoke in the night last night to a familiar "buzzing" echo effect in my hands. I just lied there and enjoyed it, and thought about the feeling spreading and becoming more intense. Which it did. My hand was soon buzzing much more intensely - what I would call an 'orgasmic' level - and then unexpectedly extremely pleasurable feelings of "expanding outward" started pulsating up my arm! A new echo! Well at this point I was feeling very good and continued to let them happen. They died down and started up maybe another three times before I rolled over and decided to go back to sleep. The echo felt like a ring around my arm that was expanding into an explosion, and the ring moved from my hand to my shoulder and back. They were about as intense as what I called an orgasm in an early post - although that session felt more intense than pleasurable. This is the first experience with echoes that felt definitely pleasurable, as opposed to simply different or there. Not that I'm knocking the other feelings - I loved getting them and thought they were cool, but these are decidedly more exciting :-D Am wondering what triggered a new echo response last night. Prostate stim? Maybe it's part of those hot spots that Jack recommends exploring. Either way, I'm sure more exploration is warranted :-D Suggestions/comments appreciated ~Airn |

I have these sensations regularly, usually a couple of times a week during the night. In my case the feeling or tingle often begins in the toes and works its way up. The genital area is usually tingling within moments. I think its simply your body wanting to "play".
Once you've learned about how to achieve these orgasms through Jack's technique I believe it becomes a learned habit, much like learning to ride a bicycle. The "body" doesn't forget it. FlArkie |

Yes I agree, I'm definitely interested in learning why this happens as well. Jack has said that the process of our body learning KSMO is a process of the body 'rewiring' itself. When I first started KSMO the good feelings were localized to my genitals and then they spread to my back and chest. Now within the last couple of weeks I have noticed that when I practice I can almost feel like a 'field' of energy encircling my arms. I know that as I travel further down the KSMO road that this sensation will increase. I've also noticed that my skin has become more pleasurable to touch as well. A very great sensation that I look forward to exploring more.

Interesting. When I first start to get tingle effects they almost always start in the hands or feet. Other common ares are the base of the neck and the back of the right hand in particular where it is easy to check a pulse. In fact, that particular area usually reacts well and sends tingling sensations when the wind rustles over it.
Flarkie, you mention the body learning the skill so that you can call upon it at any time (like riding the bicycle). This brings me to a question that I thought of earlier today: (for everyone's 2 cents, not just flarkie's btw :-P) Do you think the road to MMO's via KSMO depends mostly on skills (such as relaxing physically and mentally, correct KS articulation + stim, letting the body go its own path) or time (the body just needing a certain amount of time to rewire, stringent practice protocol secondary). I know they are both important, don't think the answer will influence my practice, just curious to know what others' experiences have been in the forum. Thanks for your replies guys :-) ~Airn |

Hi Airn
![]() You asked for comments: >Do you think the road to MMO's via KSMO depends mostly on skills (such as relaxing physically and mentally, correct KS articulation + stim, letting the body go its own path) or time (the body just needing a certain amount of time to rewire, stringent practice protocol secondary). It's not "or" - it's "and"! - plus two other vital ingredients: patience and practice! But regarding "stringent protocol practice" - I have tried my best at personal discipline but have not been very good at that, often giving way to temptation to follow my own desires and to embark upon as many practice sessions as occasions permitted. As well, I nearly always prolonged my sessions beyond what Jack's guidelines suggest and have practically ignored the "alternate days" one. This probably delayed my progress, maybe very considerably, but it hasn't prevented me from finally reaching the amazing multi-orgasmic territory. And I know that new territories still lie ahead. But Jack's guidelines are just what he says they are - guidelines (not rules). Where, yourself, are you at? You've been with the KSMO for two years but, reading some of your prolific posts, you seem to have had impairments to regular practice. This could account for your being still at the "tingles" stage. But even if that is so, the effects that you describe, particularly your night waves, are good evidence that your re-wiring is progressing. Do you feel that you are making progress? Are you able to find sufficient practice time? Mog Last edited by vbmtor; 16th July 2008 at 19:00. |

mog - thanks for the feedback.
Technically I have been with KSMO for two years, as in I bought the seminar then, but in terms of aggregate practice time I am still pretty new. When I first bought the seminar, like most here I suspect, I was trying to find the way to multiple orgasm and otherworldly bliss. Maybe or maybe not due to my youth, I was more concerned with getting the answers on an intellectual level (at first) than actually implementing them in my life. So I bought the seminar mostly out of curiosity and so that I would not forget about these amazing promises later in my life. Well, I tried (and failed miserably at first) at getting the key sound correct, and that proved to be an early obstacle and source of uncertainty in my practice. I now think that I have good articulation - or at least decent and improving. The other main obstacle that I've encountered was a severe lack of privacy. This caused me to more or less abandon regular practice, but I never forgot about it and still considered it a part of my life because the echo effects were always around the corner if I relaxed a bit and felt for them. Now my roommate situation is much better and my practice is uninhibited, so to be perfectly honest the only barrier now is my habit of not practicing lol :-) All that said, your reference to the tingles as being a low level phase is very encouraging to me because it reinforces how much better it can get :-D As is the fact that my body is slowly rewiring to multiples in spite of my lack of practice time. Do I feel like I am making progress? Well, that is a bit difficult to answer because of my infrequent practice, but I can say that every time I do practice I feel like something positive is happening which is especially evident on off days. Thanks again for the feedback :-)

Hi again, airn,
>When I first bought the seminar, like most here I suspect, I was trying to find the way to multiple orgasm and otherworldly bliss. Maybe or maybe not due to my youth, I was more concerned with getting the answers on an intellectual level (at first) than actually implementing them in my life.< I'm a prosaic individual so I have some difficulty getting my head round the "intellectual" nature of a multi-orgasmic capability. Just what occurs to me, though, is that with practice, eventually you will find it possible to achieve long series of the most unworldly orgasms just by wanting to - no stimulation, no movement, no key sound, no devices - no nothing - just yourself! Just lie still and direct thought to wanting them to happen, and in a few minutes they will arrive (and how!). I don't suppose you could get more intellectual than that! ![]() And in my experience, the less you do the bigger the orgasms become. >So I bought the seminar mostly out of curiosity and so that I would not forget about these amazing promises later in my life.< Better late than never. >Well, I tried (and failed miserably at first) at getting the key sound correct, and that proved to be an early obstacle and source of uncertainty in my practice. I now think that I have good articulation - or at least decent and improving.< I find that a pillow over the face is a help - it not only provides a bit of back pressure to aid the pronunciation; it also gives some feedback into the ears which helps to set up a sympathetic resonance in the head and body. When you get it going so that your torso begins to resonate try to focus some of that resonance into the lower abdomen and prostate region. You will eventually find that the body begins to resonate ("The Buzz") entirely on its own. >The other main obstacle that I've encountered was a severe lack of privacy.< If I had that problem I would find it extremely frustrating. >Now my roommate situation is much better and my practice is uninhibited, so to be perfectly honest the only barrier now is my habit of not practicing lol :-)< So what are you waiting for! ![]() >All that said, your reference to the tingles as being a low level phase is very encouraging to me because it reinforces how much better it can get :-D< Being at the stage you are, you can have no idea of the amazing experiences that are coming to you. Good luck, Mog Last edited by mog; 18th July 2008 at 21:40. |

Wow, I was just reading Mog's last post and gleaned some new info regarding the torso and when it begins to resonate using the keysound "to focus some of that resonance into the lower abdomen and prostate region." I never thought about focusing the keysound and resonance to a specific spot such as the prostate. Thanks Mog!
