Very sage advice from Grandmaster Mog and fellow Adepts!
By the way the olfactory sensations, etc. are known as Synesthesia. You can use that keyword in our Google site search tool to come up with other discussions on this topic. You are really getting well along the trial* now, my friend... Congratulations! Jack *lol that was a 2:15 AM "slip" but it's valid so I left it in... This is a Trail of an Adventure and a Trial at times. And as the KSMOT crew so frequently remind us all... well worth it!

Hmmm..lotta great advice here I see... yeah I agree with Canuck on the range of feelings and body awakenings with advancement of sessions.
I have read a few of Mog's posts where his sessions sometimes run for 2 or 3 hours at a stretch. I myself do not set my mind to a time limit as it puts a sort of tension to the session BEFORE I ever begin. I start out some of my sessions with some relaxing Reiki music - to get the energy flowing and my body to relax and let go of tension and the day's stresses.

Great tip there. I followed your advice on my last session, and it seems to work pretty well!
I've had a few decent sessions the last few days. But today, I had the best session so far in this adventure! That's awesome to hear even....I read this and a huge smile broke out on my face and I wept haapy tears for you. Yeah I get aches too from some of my body shakig and full body orgasms as well. And thanks for taking my advice on not stressing on the time frame of practice...I myself ...like you said about 5 minutes into KS practice am trembling and weeping bliss tears and feeling like am floating , go hot and cold like Mog reported, and even broke out all over with goosebumps... I think the best orgasms of mine are ones that hit my brain and trigger color patterns or shoot from the brain down to my heart - thus triggering even more heartgasms. The pdf file is NOT a strict rule following- but a guideline. The 20 min three times a week is a safe guideline for people beginning this wonderous journey ...and the day off in between is to give that person's body a chance to "catch up" to the "re-wiiring" process that Mog refers to. The 20 minutes is so that the person doesn't get so caught up in the "moment" that he or she decides to "go for it" by ending the session with a ejaculatory orgasm. Or that at the most, someone could get frustrated and feel that "nothing" good was felt from that session. Things that Jack likes to refer to as "mind noise". Today, I noticed stomach-contraction even after the session has ended! And sometimes I’m able to experience echo’s and stomach-contractions just by thinking about the last session I’ve had. |

You're making some rather wonderful progress there, even! Learning how to generate these awesome orgasmic sensations is one part of the KSMO journey: another, and as important a part, is the growing of your tolerance of these extreme and mind-testing sensations. Fortunately, the two aspects track reasonably well and ratchet themselves forever upwards more-or-less together. But you might find sometimes that one gets a bit ahead of the other. If so, don't let that be a cause for alarm. I'm sure you will find that as you progress and experience the growing orgasmic power you will be able to readily handle all that you discover without discomfort. Keep up the good work! ![]() Mog |
