Interesting noticing of late. There is of course the PNOR which once attained... ejaculation and... nice but "game over." However there is also very often a "fork in the road". One branch leads toward the PNOR and the other leads toward ever growing, spreading sex/bliss energy throughout my body. No matter which branch of the fork I take there soon appears another fork that leads in those two directions. The branch toward the PNOR is in some ways more "intense" or "grabbie" or something but the branch toward the spreading energy is much more blissful and "light". At some point the latter can reach it's own sort of PNOR at cascade into a KSMO orgasm. As the energy grows it the "light" branch becomes more and more attractive and easier to go down compared to the PNOR branch.

Complicating factor is my inherent ADD distractibility which I think likely arises from an almost constant steaming off of small furballs and my mind will wander and the energy... "poof"... vanishes

What a great description and experience levingo! This multi-layered fractal decision-making parallels our move away from a dominance of ejaculation as the ultimate goal to the energy exchanges and bio-electric pooling that we have found as the form of orgasmic energies that draw us onward.

I suspect as you advance your practice, the continued openness to the energies will tend more to become second nature. All the best

Yes, the more you become intune with that energy, the more and more orgasm to the PONR becomes less 'grabby' or attractive. I find the more I become accustomed to the higher levels of energy the more I want to continue to grow that energy rather than dissipate it through ejaculation.

Yes! Today I was noticing that the longer I stay on the "spreading", relaxed side, the more stimulation I can take and it just augments the action without pushing at all toward to the PONR. Just keep breathing and making key sounds every few breaths. Then a 'choice point' shows up w/ the contraction/collection/explosion path showing its potential and if I just stop the stim, relax, key sound... it's off and flying again.

Click the Quick Links on the bottom toolbar (next to Google Site Search) and scroll down to edit signature under User Control Panel area. It will bring up an edit box much like a reply post box and it is there you can create your own custom edit line or signature .
