Just thought I'd post a quick question for all those out in the forum to see if I could get some insight and understanding. As I've said in a previous post before, I've been making great progress in my KSMO sessions but I've seem to have come to a block. Whenever I do my practices sessions I can feel the energy in my heart area start to build with very pleasant sensations but it seems to stay localized in that area. I try to use the keysound to move the energy down to my genitals but it seems to continue to build in my chest to the point where it feels like it is burning. I've also noticed that the energy I used to feel in my genitals has decreased. I think I may have a block that is keeping me from moving this energy down toward my genitals and from fully having a full body orgasm. Does anyone have any ideas how to work through this blockage? I'd appreciate all help I could get. Thanks.

I try to use the keysound to move the energy down to my genitals but it seems to continue to build in my chest to the point where it feels like it is burning.< I know the feeling of the huge build-up of energy in the heart area – for me it can become intense and spread out across the shoulders and down the arms to the fingertips – an extraordinarily powerful and erotic sensation. Eventually, of course, it brims over and spills down through the torso to supercharge the groin and all the bits down there. That initiates the ejaculation-free super orgasm. But I can’t say that I’ve had the difficulty that you describe. I don’t consider myself an expert in the application of the Key Sound so maybe someone else will offer some help. But I will let you into a little secret of my own which might help to move the energy. ![]() As you know, there are many ways of raising the general erotic tension which will help precipitate the tipping over into the orgasm, such as a touch, a pressure device, a sound, a tight-fitting garment etc etc. A simple but effective device which, for me, can be relied upon to greatly amplify the arousal and enhance the orgasm, is to rest a small weight on the torso at a particular location. I use a glass paper weight, circular or oval, of about 3” diam and about half-a-pound in weight. Put in place when I’ve already built up a degree of sexual tension in the session it has the effect of imparting an erotic jolt which raises the excitement level by a remarkable degree. Additionally, the chill of the cold glass does a great deal to enhance the overall effect! I find that pretty well anywhere on the vertical center line of the torso can be very effective, with interesting and subtle differences in orgasmic result according to the location. The very best area for maximum effect, I find, is between the navel and the pubic bone. But all points between there and the lower end of the breastbone are well worth exploring! I usually start high and move downwards! ![]() I have a couple of these glass weights in my toolbox and I wouldn’t be without them. I’m not suggesting that this device should become a substitute for the Key Sound or for use in your KSMO training sessions, but it might just make a contribution to finding a solution to your difficulty. Hey Mog, thanks for the insight. I'll have to try the weight. I have tried to massage the energy down my front to my legs and got a bit of a tingle. I can almost feel the affect that a cold glass paper weight would have. So do you place the weight on the area ( ie. the heart ) where you're building up the tension and then slowly move it down your front to your pubic bone?

Hi all! Off and on lurking for several years. Had MAJOR furball issues to work out stalling my practice but I seem to definitely be moving forward which is indirectly why I am posting here--what finally got me unstuck seems very relevant to your question, canuck. So here comes $0.02 from a rookie....
There are two parts to KMSO practice and what I have recently learned is that, for me at least, the relaxed, valley breathing between KS is equally important as the sound itself. If there are any blockages or furballs etc this is where they are addressed in a sort of Taoist, active/nonactive way. I have found a million and one ways to obstruct natural breathing, many very subtle and not a one of them helpful or beneficial. They are all old habit patterns that assert themselves under stress. So far at least, I have found that by just relaxing as much as possible and paying exquisite attention to whatever sensations and feelings are present and then allowing whatever process happens to happen, things sort themselves out and new energy moves in new ways. Definitely whatever works is good. I have found doing less and less is the best for me. When I find I am getting stuck, either energy build up somewhere or going in a loop of some sort, letting go of all "doing" other than paying attention and letting go/relaxing very soon starts things moving and shifting again. Once that happens a key sound, often even without any touch generally ramps things waaaaaaay up almost instantly. |

I usually contrive to have one or two super-Os in each location before I move it downwards. It's a delightful way, too, of of illuminating, one by one, each of the the various chakras! But if I feel like going hell-for-leather I locate at the bottom of the range. ![]() I daresay that a smooth flat pebble of about a quarter-kilo from the beach would do just as well. ![]() Let me know if this turns you on (like it does me!). Hey Mog,
Thanks for the suggestion. I tried using a small round object and placing it just under my rib cage and then just on my pubic bone and I could actually feel the energy in those spots more. Great idea! Thanks again!
