Because it was tense the whole time....it stayed contracted, no relaxation.

ZooYork, thanks very much for your question. It is a very important one, perhaps for reasons of which you are not aware... But that is why we are here... to teach you its important power and its implications, including social implications.
First of all, please keep in mind that
practice of the Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol™ is a sexual act.
As such
it is not appropriate to practice it at work, while driving, or in any other public place where these behaviors or energies may impact other non-informed, non-consenting adults, or even children, or may distract you from your job, your duties and responsibilties as an operator of a motor vehicle, etc.
It is not ethical for me to encourage you or instruct you on how to practice this method under any of the circumstances described or alluded to above.
I will be happy to address the issues you have raised
when and only when practiced in private, either solo, or in the presence of a fully informed and consenting other adult.
Please explore a practice session under those circumstances, and I will reply.
Wishing you all the very best,
Jack
