Well, after purchasing and listening to the seminar yesterday, I decided to practice last night before going to sleep as this typically provides me the most privacy. Anyhow, I followed the protocol completely and when comfortable, added 'stimulation'. Now these were just simple, one touch, as suggested, but wow. I'm not sure where all of this came from. As things progressed and I concentrated on the breathing and KS, I started to feel what appeared to be the slightest echo effects which over the course of the next 20 minutes or so gradually increased to a rather intense twitching/shaking of my legs and pelvic area. I 'allowed' this to happen four times before calling it a night and trying to go to sleep. Jack isn't kidding when he said all of this leaves you energized and that it is an activity better practiced earlier in the day!
Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed this experience last night, while not as stimulating or overall as pleasurable as the 'usual' method. What I am most curious about is if this is typical. The muscle movements/ contractions certainly seemed involuntary, but this seems too quick to elicit that kind of response. I almost feel as if these movements were more of involuntary muscle movements as a result of my leg placement, as I could somewhat control these by spreading, or bringing together, my legs. I can't remember if Jack referenced this or if I read it somewhere else, but it certainly has the same feeling as the reflex reaction you encounter when you tap someones knee. Though much more intense in terms of movement, it seems more like a reflex than something connected to orgasm, though pleasurable at the same time. Any thoughts? |

Hey Spartan,
Ya I experienced the same thing when I started KSMO. Jack told me to let my body do what it wanted to while remaining relaxed and continuing to breathe. I've noticed as well in KSMO sessions, much later, that I would feel like I wanted to move or rock my pelvis. Not saying this is what will happen with you but I would say to allow you body to do what it wants to do and what feels good. And trust me, you will get to the point as I recently have where KSMO orgasms will be better than the ejaculatory ones. WAY BETTER!

Hi Spart,
Welcome to the forum! ![]() >Though much more intense in terms of movement, it seems more like a reflex than something connected to orgasm, though pleasurable at the same time.< Yes - I know! - it's so unexpected that such a simple technique as Jack's Protocol can, with a receptive candidate, produce new and surprising sensations in one's very first session - sensations that may be completely different from anything before. Be prepared for more surprises! This happened to me (three years ago) and I suspected then that I was on to something unusual. I was right-(and how!). Your reaction, I feel, was your body expressing some surprise at what was happening. So many of the early stirrings may not be exactly orgasmic in nature but they are an excellent beginning and will certainly lead you in the direction that you want to go as you continue practice. The golden attitude is patience and utter and complete relaxation in your KSMO sessions, and don't try to persuade your progress forward - that doesn't work. Just let these sensations happen, don't wish them away - welcome them in the knowledge that you are already nicely established on the KSMO trail. Good luck, and keep us posted! Mog |

Thanks for such quick replies! I will definitely keep posting my progress.
My number one question right now would be that because these reactions seem so controllable, is this something that I should be going for? My greatest concern with going forward in this way is that we are told to just let the feelings happen rather than making them happen. And these seem to be something I can make happen, though it is a completely new experience. If I cease stimulation, they stop, though I feel they are a direct result to the breathing and KS. Any ideas on moving forward? I am almost inclined to avoid this as it may hinder progression to an actual MMO. |

Jack is better than any of us in responding to "technical" questions but I would say that as these automatic responses are due to using the KS with (or without) stimulation you should not do anything to prevent them happening. Don't think of trying to "control" them. They are a good indication that your re-wiring process has begun. Don't fret over them - Let them happen! ![]() Mog |

In my similiar situation, I went with the reactions and played them out so to speak. As Mog said, these reactions could be your body expressing a response to what was happening. So I would follow these reactions out to see where they go and if you feel uncomfortable with them or if they take your focus away from those feelings then I would stop them. Another example that I might offer you, is that I have on occasion felt like I should verbally moan. While this would be something I can "make" happen, it actually increases my arousal and allows me to experience more of those feelings.

Hello all. I just wanted to give an update. First, thanks for the quick replies; you advice was very beneficial in reaffirming what I was thinking.
Well, I have had the opportunity to practice twice more since last posting and things seem to be going well. I am certainly becoming more relaxed and am enjoying the process. I seem to be feeling certain echos, and am mainly trying to focus on my breathing, KS, and these echos at the time. I will update when there is more actual progress, revelations, or questions. |

:::::::::I fall into the school of "whatever is going on right now is good" with regards to sexual kung fu of all types. In other words, I wouldn't put too much emphasis on any one type of response, like the feelings you're describing.. they're just waymarkers, or signposts along the road. If you "try" to do them, then you get distracted from the road. This is a road that changes as time goes on. There's lots of scenery. Notice it, but don't try to make any particular scenery special. What else do you notice besides those "reactions" that you're describing? --Jonathan:::Ambient Edit:: Maybe I should read all the way down to the last post before posting... looks like everybody pretty much gave the same advice. I feel very excited to see so many people getting multiple orgasm success. |

Hi,
I experienced similar shakes during my first practice session. These were involuntary abdominal tremors that I've had previously and think are due to muscle tension releasing. When I started meditation I had similar tremors in my neck! Perhaps they were a bit lower this time as the focus was a bit lower. I look at it as a good sign that something is going on. We'd all be much more frustrated and concerned if nothing was happening! Good luck and keep at it!

My 2 cents.
The shakes are VERY common and can happen in all areas of the body. I distinctly remember at one point having my head start to shake so bad that I had to stop before it kicked in a headache or something. I believe that it is good sign that your body is going through something. Buster
