Default Spasming Lower Back

I've been meaning to ask if anyone has experienced any points in there body during KSMO that spasm. I've noticed several times that a muscle at the base of my spine seems to spasm during ksmo, almost like there's a block there. Not sure if it's a common thing or what?

Am not sure if i'd call it spasming, but my right leg twitched and jumped with last practice.

At times I do get a spasm along the left collarbone down to shoulder, but it is not enough to concern me... I just pause the KS and if it doesn't stop - end the practice right then and there.

If it continues, I suggest seeing Dr. about it.

It could be a blockage, but I'd rather be safe than sorry Canuck.

Hugs

Thumbs up Re: Spasming Lower Back

Canuck, I'd say that's a very astute assessment and quite sage advice from Esteemed Forum Wizard, Laly!

Ya it's wierd. It doesn't hurt at all, it's rather just annoying. It's almost like one muscle in my back just twitches.

I find that the lower spine and shoulders are both very much involved in the higher orgasmic sensations - it could be that you are experiencing some indications of changes to your orgasmic responses which could develop much further. Once on a roll progress can happen very quickly and it's possible that they might change their character to being more erotic and contributory to the FBO. If those spasms are not troublesome for you, why not see how they might develop? They might even be mini-terrors which will disappear with progress.

Good luck,

Mog (Mr Terrors)

VERY intuitive Mog!!

I thought same thing --but wanted to be sure if was bothersome for canuck to have it checked out.

I haven't had back spasms like Canuck is reporting but spasms along my right leg -- minor ones , twitching if you will call it and even sometimes get them under my right eye area. Not from stress or anything, just spontaneous twitches.

Mog's suggestion is intriguing . See what happens .

Hi Laly and Canuck,

Yes - as long as it's not muscle cramp. I've only had that once in my KSMO career, in a calf, and t'was agony for twenty minutes! Not to be forgotten!

But that was my doing, not that of the KSMO - I was getting too enthusiastic!

Hey Laly! - I'm pleased to see from Jack's comments that the nuisance of horizontal scrolling when reading the chatbox has a rational explanation and that it was not a deficiency in my own stuff here. Your own posts don't give that problem so I expect you were already wise to it.

Regards to you both,

Mog

Thanks Mog...

yeah re: scrolling of chat ... wasn't just you for sure .

I've noticed that muscle cramps I used to get don't happen very often for me anymore ...wasn't til you said something that it dawned on me .

Ya I'm not quite sure how to explain it, it almost feels like it might be a block, but it doesn't hurt. Kinda like when you get that spontaneous twitching from a muscle below your eye or any body part. Doesn't hurt, but I do get the sense that more blood is obviously flowing in that area, most likely form KSMO, and that it's spasming from that. I do have a strong back from working out, so no problem there.
