Default Spontaneous reactions and how to react to them

Hi,

In my recent practice sessions I have got some quite intense spontaneous reactions. After a couple of minutes of practice (relaxation + little stimulation/touch + KS) my legs start to shake and I feel continous contractions. I'm a little bit in doubt in on how to react to this, as the shaking is causing some straining in my body and making it harder to relax. I know the importance of relaxation, but my practice is really getting me excited (even with single touch stimulation).

In the beginning the sponstaneous reactions (something you probably call echo effects) were mostly tingles and feeling of warm energy flow through my body. However, in the recent practice sessions I have experienced more and more shaking in my lower body and contractions (quite intense and not forced).

In another post I think you (Jack) recommended to relax and not use the KS for a moment while receiving contractions. Could you please maybe explain a little more around that.

Thank you for such a nice web service.

Hi Gandalf,

It's interesting to read about your shaking episodes because it's something I've not experienced, possibly due to my age and having started on the trail with a crap-level libido. But I have had plenty of other extraordinary effects hit me such as heated areas, pins and needles, twisting fingers, screams, roars, writhes, body convulsions, even an occasional cramp in the legs.

All those are mostly in the past now and, for me, seem to have been just bumps along the trail. My events now consist of pure and prolonged extreme orgasmic sensation.

So, as long as your shaking doesn't cause any damage or serious worry I suggest you regard it as a strong sign of progress, try to just let it go its own sweet way, and expect that it's most likely just a passing phenomenon.

But if you feel nervous about it maybe you should try taking a few days off practice - if you do that you will probably find that your reactions will have moved on, anyway.

Good luck,

Mog

Hi Gandalf, I agree with Mog's advice.

I hope we get to chat at some point, and very importantly, that you please provide a brief .mp3 sample of your Key Sound™ to the Users' FREE Key Sound™ PRIVATE Validation Service Area so I may review the accuracy of your articulation.

Articulating the Key Sound™ correctly is essential for the best results, the soonest.

This validation is Free and included with your purchase of the introductory seminar.

I do recommend that you also take advantage of the training in my second audio seminar if you have not yet done so.

I'm wondering if you may be articulating your KS too loudly, or forcing it, rather than using it in a quiet, relaxed, unforced manner.

Wishing you all the very best!
Jack

Hi Jack,

Thank you for your post. I have listened to key sound 20 min. practice in the second seminarum many times. It has been a great help in practice of the KS over time.

I will try to supply you with KS samples as soon as I get a microphone attached.

Usually during a practice session I listen to 2-key-sound-20-minute-practice.mp3 and also 01.Ecstasy [Music + Brainwaves] (the Brain Sync album from Kelly Howell).

I might be articulating the KS too loud sometimes (specially when I get excited), also sometimes the KS feels a bit forced from time to time. This is something I will look into. Thank you for the advice.

Lightbulb Re: Spontaneous reactions and how to react to them

As your arousal increases, it's natural to allow your sounds to become louder. That energy needs to have SOMEwhere to go!

The key distinction is not to try to make the sound louder in an effort to make the Echo Effects happen, but it doesn't sound like you are doing that. Am I correct?

When you become uncomfortable with the shaking, etc. your discomfort is a signal to pause the stimulation and the Key Sound since they are both pumping more energy into a system that your discomfort is already telling you is at its limit for the moment. Does that make sense?

Just do relaxing breathing at that point, until your sense of comfort returns.

All what you write makes sense, Jack.

I have posted 4 KS samples for you to review.
