Default Successful KSMO for men without prostate?

I was wondering if there were any men out there who are successfully practicing KSMO after removal of their prostate? In my Aneros practice, it is very prostate centered. KSMO is not, or does not appear to be. I am curious to know how required my prostate is in this practice for me. Obviously it is not a requirement for a women, so this might be a stupid question, but you know what they say about a stupid question.

Question Re: Successful KSMO for men without prostate?

Good question, Buster!

Will you be having your prostate removed entirely?

I'm most probably going in to have mine drilled out a bit and I'm concerned about my KSMO future. So I also would be interested to hear about any relevant experiences.

Hi Mog,

I am not in need of having mine removed at this time. I have had prostate cancer as part of my family medical history, so it is always a concern. What I experience with KSMO is really so "whole body" that it would appear to me to not be an intregral part of the event. Definitely a part of it, but nothing depending on it. I would think that KSMO would be a tremendous alternative to anything penile or prostate centered. I might have it wrong, but my sensation seem to be all around the groin area, not just at those points. I hope we can get some positive information here from others.

Have a great day

You're able to type at the speed of light, obviously!

>I am not in need of having mine removed at this time.<

Good to hear that.

But you raise a basic issue for those of us of advanced years - does KSMO work as well with a missing or partly missing prostate? I've not yet seen any discussion about this.

I feel that my own prostate plays a part in promoting the essential sensations in my sessions, particularly when I use the cradle, but that might be simply because there is one there! It feels like it doubles its size and becomes a white-hot walnut at times.

But to lose one might just mean that a bit of mental re-training would be required to bring back one's best performance.

Who knows!?

Hi Mog,

I am willing to bet that what you say is right. That after a certain amount of re-wiring that you can simply by-pass the prostate as a "pleasure center" because the penis, perenium and the anus itself are full of pleasure nerves. You hear so much about areas like your nipples and abdomen and even the feet that can spur an orgasm, I find it hard to believe that the prostate would be so crucial. Only time will tell or if someone with experience might enter this discussion.

If I could get my chat to work (I have Windows 2000) I would present the question during one of those sessions. Maybe you could throw it in there next time and see.

And yes, I am a fairly fast typer.
