Hi everyone,
I'm new to this as so many more were before me. I've read alot of posts and understood that alot of people share what they are experiencing and living with the help of the KSMO. I would also like to share my bits and pieces to complete this puzzle of life which is pleasure. I've tried the protocol once already and got pretty good and strong echos (sensual tension, spasms, good vibrations in neck, head, back head, sexual sensation in the genitals...). I guess that it goes with the fact that I've always been very centered on how and what I feel physically. Many times, but at very irregular intervals, I had laid down in bed, only concentrating on sexual images and letting the pleasure build and "basking" in the pleasure I was getting. I never used any sound though, but the pleasure I was getting was pretty strong nonetheless but never strong enough to attain an orgasm from simple concentration. My theory on the subject is copycated on the science theory of orgasm and pleasure : it all starts in the brain and ends there. A physical reaction occurs only because the brain is starting it and finishing it. Of course, alot more goes on in the body than that (hormone evels especially that also affect our brains), but the brain is the true center of sensation and pleasure. Concentration is the key. Let the brain lead the way, the body will follow obediently. Anyhow, I kinda look forward to experiment again even though I don't wanna share this with my spouse yet (if ever, she is very sexually active but not much open minded for stuff that goes beyond what she already knows). So, for now, I'll try to do this once in a few days but I can "feel" that it would only take a few minutes to get the pleasurable feelings back... I must try not to force anything like the protocol strongly suggests though (which might explain why I was never able to reach an orgasm in this way before)! And try more often, training my mind and body in the right path. Cheers, Fantome P.S.: I will speak of this subject in some other post but I have been experimenting with medically FDA approved drugs to achieve ejaculation multi-orgasms and so far, it has worked pretty well... but it's another bedtime story Folks! |

Hiya there Folks,
Three days later, he's at it again ! I've done my second KSMO experience last night. And it was clearly fun ! I had many echos, on different levels : goosebumps, sensual tension, vibration in head neck and torso... Two things I noticed were different from the first time : I was lying on my back instead of sitting and I much more felt the torso vibrations with the key sound and the "peak" of pleasure with the echo was longer, and sustainable. The fact that it was sustainable indicates that I may force the sensations upon me, which is not good as described by the Protocol "let the fawn come to you". Anyhow, above these matters, I was distracted by some house noises (cats and the dog mainly since wife and kids were still out on Halloween's trick or treat walk) and I didn't attain a high enough level of pleasure to my taste. A very good point in my opinion is that I've gotten a very strong erection during the session with a good fell of my heartbeat in my genitals (which also didn't happen at my first session). I had alot of little muscle tremors and some spasms following the full body echos, which I feel like waves starting generally from the head/neck region. I also noticed something else, my eyes were shutting further than normal (like when you start to yawn and you "squint" your eyes and feel plugged ears like when there's a change in air pressure, but there was no full yawns, only the squint and ear) when the waves were starting, giving a very good sensation, physically and sexually. You know what ? There is some evidence and studies on the relation between yawn and orgasm (the famous yawn-orgasm experienced by people on SSRI anti-depressant drugs), that both are in some way related in the brain patterns... though nothing has been found and been conclusive about it. But the fact that I feel the starting effects of a yawn and that sends a wave of pleasure through my body might lead to a relationship between the two. Here are some very interesting links on this subjet : http://tafkac.org/drugs/drug_yawn_cause_orgasm.html http://www.snopes.com/risque/aphrodisiacs/yawn.asp http://sulcus.berkeley.edu/mcb/165_0...ipts/_684.html http://www.baillement.com/clomipramine.html And there are alot more of those, which lead to alot of questioning on the source of orgasm and pleasure. One thing so far that I must be patient for, is getting an orgasm through all this. I get echos, waves of pleasure, erection... but no orgasm. It feels... unfufilled on this part, like the end of the echos should lead to some kind of pleasure extreme like a known orgasm. My inexperience on the KSMO routine (only 2 sessions so far) compare to all the posts I've read in the forum leads me to only one conclusion : be patient, let the fawn come by itself, and you WILL get an orgasm, and another and another. Be patient. So I will, so I will... But in the end, I still masturbated to orgasm later on last night which was great in itself. Still, later on that night, when I went to sleep, I forced still again the yawn-start effect (squint eyes, plugged ears) and I still felt those waves of pleasure coming naturally. But I shall not force this thing on me since it's not supposed to be forced if I want to get somewhere with this. That's all for today, I bid you all a nice afternoon, Fantome |

Hello everyone,
My third session yesterday. I didn't force any feeling this time and I've experienced lesser echos for the best part of the 20 minutes. I was stressed out though, so I wasn't able to concentrate as much as I wanted. Nevertheless, I was able to get 2 or 3 very strong body shivers and was able to feel them radiate from my lower belly or from my groin. All in all, I think it was a good session since I was able to stick to the protocol and relax more, concentrating on breathing and KS correctly as well as on my physical feelings. So it was nice, I obtained lesser results but still had very good feelings. Ta-ta, until next time ! Fantome |

Hi fantome, thanks very much for posting this very encouraging report!
Quote:
...And you were rewarded by some very strong body shivers - that is, Echo Effects! Please remember, that it is not about quantity - especially in these earliest stages - it is about the quality and spontaneous character of the sensations that unequivocally signal to you that the multiorgasmic response is beginning to awaken! Quote:
It is a big plus that you did experience Echo Effects during practice, regardless of their intensity! Quote:
Here's the next secret to success: Replace concentration with RELAXATION. Concentration is a form of tension... of trying somehow to make those Echo Effects happen. That is not the secret to this awakening! The secret is to use relaxation rather than concentration! Concentration is chasing the fawn away! Quote:
The one cognitive issue I want to caution you about is to frame this event as being able to get it to happen. That is a cognitive trap! This may seem a subtle distinction, but it is pivotal and crucial. If you are trying to get the Echo Effects to happen, that is a trap. They are, by my definition, spontaneous gifts from your Deeper Self. They are gifts. You can't just grab them off the shelf! ![]() Making arousal happen is the old model... the continuous stimulation model... the model that often leads to ejaculation before you really want to, or to ejaculation that leaves you with that feeling of is that all there is... those feelings that nevertheless motivated you to go looking for something better - the feelings that brought you here. Relax... Let go... Let go of trying... Let go of trying to get... the Echo Effects to happen... When you take those steps, then the Echo Effects come TO you! Just as you have reported they did! Quote:
Quote:
Yes... just noticing and appreciating rather than the more tense concentrating... We are all very conditioned to seek orgasm through tension: vigorous stimulation, tense leg muscles, reaching, straining, etc. We have all had these patterns... no blame! Just awareness. The secret to this, as you are definitely now beginning to discover is that by doing the opposite of all that - that is, to simply relax, be aware, and appreciate as you do this simple practice! Quote:
Quote:
That part of your description is where you slide a trap. You said the Echo Effects you felt were fairly strong. Celebrate that!!! Quote:
Stay with that! Do this little experiment: Say the next paragraph out loud and notice how you feel, wait a few moments, take a relaxing breath, and then say the the next paragraph, and notice how you feel: First paragraph (remember, both paragraphs out loud): Quote:

...And then, after the second? ![]() Wishing you the very best! Jack |

Hi Jack,
Thank you very much on your reply, this is greatly appreciated ! I've read all your comments and did the little exercise you asked me at the end. On that part, your proposition is simple : stay clear of all downward and negative comments, stay positive, every good feeling is a good step in the right way. The second paragraph you submitted me is what I should aim for and what makes me feel good to read out loud. I understand the traps that are lying before me. All your comments were pointing to what I was doing wrong (though with alot of encouragement), which is "stop trying, start letting it going". I guess I understand that with my first 3 sessions, pushing the sensation and concentrating on getting them will lead me inexorably to the same place a regular orgasm would lead me; even more so that with this kind of practice, it would not even give me a regular orgasm (unless lucky on that day). I will post another reply in a litlle while, but I will meditate on your suggestions of RELAXING instead of CONCENTRATING. I'll find a way to let it happen instand making it happen. Thank you again, hope to read from you soon. Fantome |
