Default Self Cultivation

When practicing the key sound technique during solo practice, I still feel a dire urge to ejaculate. I have to stop stimulating my penis and do some breaths.

Is this normal. The first time I tried doing to belly breathing and the key sounds I ejaculated as I thought that by magic some how I couldn't ejaculate and did not stop pleasuring myself. Jack said not to hold back, so I guess I took it a little to literally.


What do you guys do when you feel you are about to ejaculate, and what do you recommend I do while learning to integrate the technique. Should I stop stimulation like I am doing and do some charge breathing? Should I perform the key sound more intensely?

Hi Immortal, and Welcome to our online community!

Have you read the pdf document: The Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol Summary Update available from the main downloads page?

It's the detailed summary of practice guidelines for the 20 minute practice sessions.

Are you following it step by step?

Are you only using a SINGLE touch or caress before each unforced, gentle, husky Key Sound?

It sounds to me like you may be using fairly continuous stimulation. If so, that is not how this protocol works! That is more like the traditional stimulate to maintain erection (not necessary or even desirable with this practice) then tense up at the last moment before ejaculation ... process.

That is not the Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol, btw.

That's what's baffling me... It sounds like you are still using fairly continuous stimulation, and that is not part of the Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol at all.

There is no holding back with this method - there is no need to, because during this practice you are not using continuous stimulation and not trying to maintain erection.

Where I said not to hold back is when the Echo Effects get stronger, you can allow the Key Sound to automatically become louder to express the energy (rather than holding it back) out through the Key Sound.

There is no about to ejaculate with this practice... the ejaculation reflex does not get triggered because when you are doing this practice correctly you are not using continuous stimulation.

It is continuous stimulation that triggers the ejaculation reflex and causes the feeling that you need to hold back or tense up.

There is none of that involved with this practice.

Please study the pdf document carefully and explore following it exactly for a while, just to discover what it's like.

Keep in mind that when you do it correctly, the automatic Echo Effects initially will likely be very faint, just a few tingles, goosebumps, flushes of warm or cool energy moving through your body - they may not even feel particularly erotic at first!

The stronger Echo Effects most often tend to happen after this kind of practice, and even on the days between practice sessions.

No, no forcing whatsoever... please do let me know if you've read the pdf Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol Summary Update as yet, or not.

If you haven't, please do so asap and follow the instructions in that summary for the step by step guide to thrice weekly practice lasting no more than 20 minutes or so each time.

Do not attempt to make orgasms happen during the actual 20 minute sessions. They are for beginning to awaken the spontaneous Echo Effect sensations.
