Default Temple Tree's first experiences with Key Sound Multiple Orgasm Trigger program

Hello to you all, multi orgasmic men and women!

I decided to post my experiences on this board, like Jack suggested, for the benefit of my own progress.

I had my first experience yesterday and I wrote Jack an email about it as well. This is what I wrote to him:

Hi Jack!

After having read many positive reviews and stories about your technique I decided to go for it and buy it.

Downloaded it today and carefully read your protocol and listened to the audio seminar.

I was already quite aroused and excited all morning and just hearing the key sound and practicing it gave me new feelings and pleasurable sensations.

I finally got to lie down on bed and practice the key sound. Like you said I first lied down with a pillow under my back and neck so my back would arch a bit.

In the beginning I did not touch myself at all but after a while I softly touched my penis during the key sound and I got an erection.

After a couple of minutes already a tingling feeling started in my lips and spread throughout my face it became stronger and stronger and started spreading throughout my entire body.

It felt kind of scary because it felt like getting out of control but I decided immediately to give into it.

My breathing got heavier as well and I'm not sure anymore if I allowed enough normal breaths between the key sounds.

As the feeling became stronger though I kind of noticed that it wasn't very pleasurable at all, it was extremely strong tingling of all my limbs and in my face as well and all my muscles got tense instead of relaxed.

My erection was also gone after a couple of minutes, maybe because I stopped touching it.

Anyway, after allowing the feeling for some time, my muscles were extremely tense and so was my face. I tried to relax but it did not work, instead my hips also started to shake involuntarily.

After about twenty minutes I went into the bathroom and looked into the mirror only to see my face in an extremely tense expression.

I took a hot shower afterwards to relax and the better feelings (maybe echoes, I'm not sure) came back and I decided to practice the key sound a little under the shower.

Unfortunately I was not really paying attention so I also started to softly stimulate my penis with my hand and making the key sound and after only a few seconds I had an orgasm but with ejaculation. I know it is off protocol and I will definitely avoid it in future practice sessions.

My question though is, what was I doing wrong, or maybe I was not doing anything wrong during my practice on bed.

What caused my whole body to tingle like hell and all my muscles to get so tense.

Is it possible that I was not relaxed enough?

I am kind of going through quite a stressful period at the moment. So that may be the case.

Furthermore, I ate a rather large meal only minutes before starting the practice.

The key sounds also became very strong during my practice although I'm not sure if they were forced.

Please give me your advice regarding this matter. It would be very much appreciated!

I'm not an expert (far from it as I'm a newbie like you!) but I also found that during my first practice session I was also tense.

My first thought from reading your post is that you are trying too hard... it sounds like "you're going after it". Next time you practice just say to yourself "whatever happens is okay" - and notice where any tension comes up and then release it (you can release it by noticing where it is).

I also didn't do ANY touching at all for my first 3 sessions, other than having a hand on my chest to make sure my chest was vibrating.

As I say I'm only a newbie myself so there will be lots of people here who can offer way more constructive feedback than I can right now. That said, as I understand it, the key here is to R-E-L-A-X.... the more you go after that elusive full-body orgasm, the more elusive it will be!! Let IT come to you, don't go after IT.

I think that will happen with practice (I hope so anyway!).

Hi Harry! Thank you so much for your reply! To be honest, I did not have the feeling I was going after it too much, although subconsciously I may have, you never know. So I'll just take it a bit easier the next time. I do think it might have been the stress though, like I said I'm going through a rather stressful period at the moment and I probably did not take enough time to relax. I am really looking forward to the next practice session although I am not sure when that will be, I had planned it for tomorrow (so one day rest, like Jack said), but for the moment I am just too stressed out and if I am feeling like this tomorrow I will definitly postpone it. Do you, or does anyone else have tips on how to relax completely before starting a session? Any advice on this and my previous post about the tingling sensations would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

For relaxation/stress... I would recommend a couple of products (CDs) but being new here I'm not sure if I'm allowed to mention them. Hmmm, well that's not much help to you is it? So I'll mention them anyway and if I get my wrists slapped I'll know better next time!

These people have CDs with either a nature soundtrack (ocean waves) or music. Underneath the music there are affirmations, played forwards AND backwards so it's supposed to work on both sides of the brain. There are CDs for relaxation and relief from stress. Apparently even Virgin airlines use them for people who hate flying.

I've been using a couple of these CDs for about a year now and I HIGHLY recommend them. The good thing about these is that they don't take any time out of your schedule because you just have them playing in the background whilst you do other things.

Another (the only other product) I use is something called Holosync. I've been using this since 2001 and inwardly I have changed beyond belief. There is now inner peace where before there was constant turmoil. These guys are at:

I'm not affiliated to either of these companies. I recommend them simply because I truly believe in them due to the results I have got using them.

Something you can do RIGHT NOW is alter your breathing. When you are stressed, chances are you are taking shallow breaths. This is not what you want to be doing. Basically go through the breathing exercise outlined in the protocol but just do this for several minutes before doing the key sound. Alternative do a search for "meditation exercise" or something like that and see what comes up.

One last thing. When doing the breathing exercise, try and keep your mind focussed on NOW, ie not on the future, the past, but only on RIGHT NOW - the present moment. Easier said than done and takes practice, but it will help stop your mind shooting off in a thousand different directions worrying about all the things it worries about!

Hi Harry and everyone else!

First of all, thank you very much Harry for posting the tips about relaxation. I had a some issues and I sorted them out today, so a lot of the stress is actually gone. Nevertheless, thank you very much for the tips about the cd's.

I was still rather stressed out yesterday but I could not resist the temptation of practicing anyway. After 5 minutes I decided though that I was never going to be able to fully relax to I aborted the mission.

After having sorted out my issues today it felt like someone had taken away a 1000 pounds of my shoulders and I was able to fully relax again. At some point I started thinking about making love to my girlfriend and I got rather aroused. Echoes were shooting into my pelvic region and I got a nice warm sensation in my underbelly. It felt so good and I was totally relaxed so I thought 'hey, why not?'.

I lay down on the couch on my back with my knees bent and my feet resting near my bum. I started making the key sound and do the breathing. It did sort of have an effect, namely the short pelvic contractions, but no more than that really. So I decided to add some stimulation, just by holding my penis and by thinking of making love to my girlfriend.

First I had the initial problem of the tingling sensation but at some point it just left and my whole body became pleasantly hot. I actually lay my other hand over my eyes because the light in the room was rather bright. Suddenly as my pelvis started rocking a little bit a very pleasurable sensation started coming up in my groin area. The sensations, which felt a little bit like having to pee, sometimes became a bit stonger and sometimes diminished a little bit, overall I could feel that it was going to an orgasm but in the end it did not happen. I am not sure whether I entered the orgasmic plateau either. It did feel like it but I cant tell with certainty. One mistake I probably made was trying to reach out for it, I did realize that a couple of times and relaxed but I never climaxed. I also dont really know if the up and down motion of my hips was voluntary or involuntary but it just felt so good and it was also part of trying to 'visualise' of making love to my girlfriend.

Another interesting effect was that when I was making the key sounds, I did not make too many though because I only made them when I really felt I had to make them, the hot energy would flow through my arms towards my hands and end up flowing over into my penis and onto my head as I was holding one hand over my eyes. During the process I lost complete track of time and although it only seemed to last 10 to 15 minutes it was actually as long as 1,5 hours (!).

The pleasurable feeling was spreading throughout my pelvic region most of the time but it was never spreading through my whole body. Comments and advice whether I am on the right track, executing the process in the right way, and if these sensations are familiar would be very much appreciated.
