Default Relaxation after key sound

Hi,

I'm on my third practice session. I have gone through the first and second audio seminars (including the summary update PDF and the forum) and I believe I am performing the key sound correctly. I have started to feel some small echo effects at step 6 in the protocol, specially when I really try to relax as much as possible combined with very little stimulation.

In step 6 in the summary update PDF you write that:
- “A few relaxing breaths” equals approximately 2 to 4... but don’t count the
breaths, because that is a distraction that can take your attention away from
how you are feeling.

During my third practice session it felt better if I extended the relaxing breaths to up to 10 (or even more) breaths in order to be able to really relax and be able to tune in and enjoy the echo effects. So to my first question: Is it okey to extend step 6 and take more relaxing breaths than recommended?

Second question: At step 3 should I attempt at making the single erotic touch as pleasureble as possible? I notice that the more pleasurable the single touch is, the deeper naturally the inhale is just before performing the key sound at the exhale. If the inhale just before the key sound is not deep enough then it doesn't feel comfortable to perform the rolling in the key sound as my lungs does not contain enough air to perform such a long sound. Also I notice that I get the best relaxed effect if I don't have to force a deeper inhale just before the key sound, i.e. if the deeper inhale comes naturally due to the erotic touch and the key sound is a natural way of spreading the arousal through the body.

Third question: If I haven't ejaculated in say 7 days, is it then easier to achieve greater echo effects through the protocol than if I ejaculated the previous day? Isn't it so that I would have less erotical energy to build up if I ejaculated recently?

I can't speak for Jack, but I say if that works for you , then yes i say it is okay. It is how the KS and relaxation works BEST for YOU!

I think you have answered your own question regarding the single touch. Even tho the pdf file says the touch doesn't NEED to feel pleasurable - apparently you are noticing something changes with how YOU with your approach to the MMO practice.
AS the pdf file suggests, force should NEVER be a part of the practice at any where.
I am glad to hear that you ARE noticing the subtle changes- it is these things that ultimately will help you as you continue on your MMO journey.

Hmmm.. that is a question the 'guys' would have to answer, but in my experiences thus far (over 1 1/2 yrs KSMO experience) i dont think it be easier per se..but in MHO i can say from my point of view after coming back to practice after more than 6 months off -- it is more rewarding to feel those wonderful echo effects- which can lead to some really great orgasms, which in turn, to multiple orgasms.
as far as the less erotic feelings, well there again - in my experience is in fact the KS orgasm is MORE profoundly erotic if i waited a few days after a physically obtained orgasm than the day right after- this is only because I do recall the pdf file and allowing yourself to process feelings brought out by a KS orgasm (or even a physically oriented one). So my answer is - no the erotic energy buildup wouldnt be less- in fact i think it would intensify.

Hi Gandalf,

I am by NO MEANS an expert here. But, I thought I would tackle your last question. I have found in my experiences here and my 2+ years with Aneros that if you have abstain from ejaculation for a bit (I am talking days here, not months) that you can get to a higher plateau quicker than if you dont. Everybody is different so experiment with it a bit to see what is right for you..
