after about 15 min my legs get shaky and tired, how exactly caan you position pillows to stop this and still keep the position?
can you raise your calfs on pillows and keep the thighs at 90 degrees from the ground or does this alter the position too much? thanks |

Andrea, feel free to alter your position however you need to in order to feel comfortable and relaxed.
Change your position whenever there is fatigue, discomfort, or tension. And limit your practice sessions to no more than thrice weekly, for no more than about 20 minutes. Remember the important thing is to do the practice for 20 minutes with as much relaxation as possible, and don't expect or try to make anything in particular happen during that time. You may or may not notice Echo Effects during the early sessions, although you are describing some, apparently. The strongest effects typically happen after practice or even on the days between practice session. Thanks for continuing to document your questions and progress here. All the best! Jack |

However, in the context of the Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol(tm), please remember where I and others have mentioned that in the beginning, the Echo Effect phenomenon often is not yet particularly erotic nor even pleasurable. Re: the experience's actually feeling rather startling, I would say that that is a mild manifestation of what we refer to as Terror at the Gates. By this I mean a certain -- in this instance -- mild feeling of Oh my gosh what's happening to me? Usually, just recognizing this road sign along your journey of multi-orgasmic self-discovery helps you feel more comfortable about what's beginning to happen... I would also like to invite you to alter your practice somewhat so that at least for one session per week, you come back to the Protocol as I detail in the PDF, and to practice just for 20 minutes per day. And instead of resorting to fantasy to try to increase the Echo Effects, you simply pay closer attention to what is actually happening in your body without resorting to fantasy, which in a way may be taking you somewhat out of your body. Mind you, I'm not saying you must follow this procedure rigidly all the time... An ejaculative experience terminating a good mature KSMO session can, I find, and as some people have already intimated, be a phenomenal and unprecedented experience. But as one of these usually leaves me in a moderately exhausted state I don't go for one of those on a regular basis - maybe once each week. But I find, on recovery, and fairly consistently, that the next day's KSMO session can be considerably enhanced in intensity and sweetness. Several of my gateways have presented themselves to me on such occasions. The same goes for my occasional Aneros sessions which I sometimes practice whenever I have more than the usual hour available. The next day's KSMO session can be really wild. But don't think of incorporating any of what I do into your KSMO training. I'm now, after three years, able to freely roam anywhere I like. BTW, the cellphone metaphor is hilarious, LOL! I'm constantly being woken up during my nights' sleep by the little blighter! Mog |

to clear things up a bit my experience was not anywhere near being scary or disturbing enough for me to stop practicing. It was more of a "what the heck is going on" feeling then a frightening one I just remembered some questions that I have first off when doing genital stimulation it is going to to be done while breathing in and the keysound is done when exhaling on the same breath if I am correct. Now my question is what if it takes a longer period of time to complete the genital stimulation then it does to inhale? should I continue to stimulate while exhaling and wait for the next exhalation on the next breath to do the keysound? |

Your own awakening multiorgasmic response manifested through the Echo Effects and emotions are your primary guide. RE: how to combine stimulation, Key Sound, and breathing... The breathing will take care of itself... automatically... you don't need to be concerned about that - except to remind yourself to continue to relax, including your thinking as well as your whole body, and to use your unforced breathing to help you do that. As for the Key Sound - use a gentle, unforced Key Sound right after you do the single touch or caress of any pleasurable area of your body - genital or otherwise. Any pleasurable area - bit it the tip of your nose, an ear lobe... really anywhere that feels comfortable and pleasurable... is just fine. Of course as you are doing this Key Sound, you are already exhaling to do so - it's automatic! Then just pause your touch - while remaining in contact with the pleasurable area if you like - and follow your Key Sound in a relaxed, unhurried manner with two to four gentle relaxing breaths... notice yourself relaxing... notice any areas that may be starting to tense up and relax them... After two to four of those relaxing breaths, then repeat... a single touch or caress of any pleasurable area - pause the caress - gentle Key Sound - relaxing breaths - repeat... for about 20 minutes. That's really all there is to it! Your awakening innate (inborn!) multiorgasmic response will do the rest - at a pace your deep body wisdom knows is just right for you. Quote:
