Default Newbie Check in and questions

Hi everyone

Seems like this is a great community so I wanted to say hi and join in ....

I have just started doing KS in earnest a few weeks ago after being exposed to the practice quite a while ago -
I am experiencing some nice gentle tingles / echoes and occasionally rocking and arching in my pelvis during session and overall expansion (subtle but growing) of my general arousal level in my body

A few questions
1) I have been exposed to quite a few different techniques to amp up arousal and to help with ejaculations control - I have been using them a bit to date and now wonder which of them will conflict with the "protocol"
For example should PC clenches done on the day of a practice session be avoided to give the body/ mind space? - I do some I cong exercises - and they do increase energy circulation in my body (but not necessarily sexual) the pelvic rocking one often causes a gentle erotic tingle - Is it best to avoid that or all the Qi cong on practice day as well.... etc
2) a pillow under my back doesn't seem that comfortable - should I persist and see if I get used to it? Like wise - pushing my stomach OUT on the KS does not yet seem natural although I think I am making the KS correctly.... should I persist and try to get use to it....

Anyway glad to be aboard and any suggestions or comments anyone can offer would be great

Hi Smileboy- first of all let me welcome you !

Congrats on the feelings you are experiencing!!

Regarding the PC squeezing/clenching - yes I feel it should be avoided when you are doind KS practice...Not so much for the mind/body space but as this I think creates 'tension' rather than the relaxation and awareness of body that KS awakens.

Yes- IMHO avoid combining any other form of energy arousal like Qi cong WHEN you are doing your KS practice.
The whole focus of key sound multiple trigger orgasm protocol is to allow your body a chance to awaken it's energy/sexual energy awareness. Those first subtle energy/echo effects may not particularly 'feel' sexual in the beginning- but do note any new feelings/sensations that you DO feel occurs.

If the pillow makes you uncomfortable THEN by all means remove it. It is only a suggestion offered. it is all about finding what is MOST comfortable for you. Me i lay on a folded quilt on the floor (more cushion for the hips and shoudlers and also gives the sensation of floating on clouds). About the pushing the stomach OUT - I don't think that is what mine does - but then I dont focus TOO much on that part-- just making sure my chest and neck are in the correct placement for the KS - to make the chest 'rumble' with the KS- the rest just seemed to come naturally for me.
When i make the KS - my stomach seems to naturally 'deflate' as i exhale the KS out.

Avoid them during practice days - in my opinion - in my experience it detracts from the actual KS and key sound protocol - in the fact that you may not feel the 'awakened' sensations like you might if you use some other 'technique' rather than using KSMOT all by itself.

That is why jack suggestes every other day for a key sound practice- that way on the 'off' days it gives your body a chance to assimilate from the practice the day before.

I would say hold off on the other techniques for now.

Feel free to ask if this isnt clear for you.

Other members may pop in and say something different than me.

Above all else- have fun and be gentle with yourself- there is no rush, no go for it mentality, no 'grading done', etc. Everyone progresses individually here.

I tend to agree with Laly - at least in the early stages of your practice of this Protocol - Once you really are easily accessing the responses that this Protocol delivers - all by itself - then consider blending with other methods and techniques if you like.

This isn't a rule - it's a guideline based on my experience and that of a number of others.

This guideline applies in particular to practicing other methods intended to raise the erotic energy.

That said, a number of people do experience benefit a little while prior to a practice session from doing some relaxing and centering kinds of practices such a little meditation, tai chi, qi gong, etc., or even just some relaxing breathing all by itself.

Try such methods some times if you like, but then also sometimes not so you get to experience any possible different benefits.

Also beware of the leading edge of a cognitive trap - that one just can't believe that this simple Protocol can actually deliver - or that it's not happening fast enough - "...so maybe if I just goose it with this other method..." etc.

If you fall into that trap, then you may never have the opportunity to experience just how powerful this Protocol can be, all by itself!

Not a rule, just a guideline.

RE: the days between Protocol practice, I'd say, especially in the beginning - that is until you really start getting some strong Echo Effects from this practice alone - that you not practice other methods on every day between - maybe just some of the time! And maybe a whole week once in a while of no alternative activities on the days between... Just to find out!
