Hi Jack, Mog and Laly,
Thank you so much your awesome help in my previous thread! Support here is like none other. As much as I wanted to continue on my awesome thread from before (Energy Buildup Question?) I thought that I should probably start a new thread for this next question. Anyways, I was at the local bookstore last night and I thought that I would look at two books called, "The Multi-orgasmic Male" and "The Art of Sexual Ecstasy," to learn more about tantric breathing to enhance the echos and orgasms I was feeling. As interesting as these books were, there seemed to be more complication in ramping up the feelings of arousal that one feels. They described exercises of drawing your breath in and envisioning like you were drawing it through your genitals and up your body to your head and than back down through your body and out your genitals. They even directed you to move your hand up from your genitals and to the top of your head to follow the motion of your breath. As well, your eyes were to follow the motion of your breath and when you inhaled your were to "pump" your pc muscle to shoot the "energy" up your spine. This all seemed too complicated to me and they didn't even mention using the keysound. Too much to focus on! Needless to say, I was interested in these books, but did not buy them. I am intrigued as to the differences between the tantric "style" and KSMO. Could you explain to me Jack the differences, why KSMO is so much simpler, why if tantric exercises are ancient that they are more complicated and don't have success like yours do and a little on the background of how you developed KSMO? By the way, I researched the books on line when I got home and they don't rate as high as yours Jack.

Hello again, Canuck, >.......They described exercises of drawing your breath in and envisioning like you were drawing it through your genitals and up your body to your head and than back down through your body and out your genitals. They even directed you to move your hand up from your genitals and to the top of your head to follow the motion of your breath. As well, your eyes were to follow the motion of your breath and when you inhaled your were to "pump" your pc muscle to shoot the "energy" up your spine.< That all sounds very elaborate. By the time I was keeping track on what I should be doing next I think I would actually have forgotten why I was there on the bed. The world-beating aspect of Jack's KSMO protocol is its utter simplicity and powerful effectiveness. It just requires yourself - no elaborate procedures, no unnatural actions, no chemical substances, no herbal preparations, no candles, no superlube, no prosthetic insertions, no oscillating mechanical contrivances, no electronic waveform generators, no suction pumps, no whips, no thumbscrews or torture racks, and.....NO VIAGRA! But I must admit to finding Brainwave Entrainment a very effective supportive aid to my MMO adventuring. I have no knowledge or experience of Tantric so you will have to look to others for comments about that. Press on with the Protocol. Have patience. Mog |

>Hi Mog, what's brainwave entrainment?< Take a look at: http://www.transparentcorp.com/speci...brainwaves.php There are many other sources of BE training material. Although the the vendors of the BE training courses usually sell the attributes of BE as a way to boost one's regular cerebral capabilities and thinking activities they don't all mention the very considerable effect that BE can have on one's erotic performance. There are many audio CDs available which are intended to nurture one's brainwave activity and I use several of these myself. But I suggest that BE should not be allowed to play any part in your early KSMO protocol sessions until a degree of proficiency has been reached in achieving your MMOs. Investigate, by all means, the benefits that BE might bring you but as a separate excercise, at least to begin with. Mog |

Mog and Pan, I'm trying some of Dr. Thompson's brainwave music that I found at the bookstore yesterday: http://www.therelaxationcompany.com/...ave-music.html I like the effect. I'm using a tape oriented to both relaxation and meditative alertness. Have you tried his stuff? How does it compare to others? Bewell |

Hi Bewell, >I'm trying some of Dr. Thompson's brainwave music that I found at the bookstore yesterday:............I like the effect. Have you tried his stuff? How does it compare to others?< No, I'm not familiar with what he produces. But I took a look at his site. He offers a wide range and, compared to some of the other sources, very reasonable prices. Ones that I already use are: "Ecstasy" by Kelly Howell. Two tracks: Alpha and Theta stimulation. Unusual in that very low frequencies which may (or may not) generate the very low-frequency beats are themselves loud and low. I find that the MMO bodily vibration which this helps to induce (we discussed this elsewhere) is, as a bonus, directly stimulated. Her electronic music I particularly like. "Awakening Prologuge" by Holosync. Two tracks: "The Dive" and "Immersion". Both are random audio noise from falling water with buried beats, the first having loud bell or bowl noises superimposed. This CD is a preliminary offering as part of a series which, if followed up, becomes extremely expensive in my view. Nevertheless I find this CD to be very effective, but expensive. "Digital Drug" by Binaural Beats. This is an hour-long track and, for me, is a real mind-bender. But its audible content is a constant electronically-generated set of tones which might not suit everyone. Not expensive but very effective. I hope it's safe! "HypnoSex" and "Hypnotic-O" by Victoria Wizzell. Two separate CDs which are straight hypnosis. I don't know if either of them incorporates inaudible binaural beat content behind her voice. They work for me. I've only done these twice but on each occasion Hypnotic-O brought me to a nice dry FBO. My experience of all these offerings is, of course, based on being adept at MMOs via the KS. I don't know how they would work for me in any other situation. Tell us about your findings with brainwave entrainment. Mog |

Mog, I would call the brain entertainment CD that I have "soothing." It does go well with MMO. I got a more intense MMO response though to -- I'm embarrassed to admit this -- to Jack's voice. His introductory MMO Step by Step finally arrived in the mail today. Until now, I've been working with the written Protocol and parts of the audio download. I?m an unusually suggestible learner. I had an orgasm just from the rush of reading the Protocol the first time. I learned ?energy orgasm? spontaneously about a year ago. That was before I knew such a thing existed or had a name. This forum has given me a community and extra understanding of triggers. Bewell |

Hi Mog and Bewellalso, What do you think about the following CD: http://www.islandmusicstore.com/SonicaidMusic.htm There is also a brain entrainment concentration cd. I'm not sure which CD would be better. Ultimately you want something that helps you focus on the echoes but helps you relax and meditate. So which CD's do you both recommend? If you could both pick one or two CDs that are the most effective, which would it be?

canuck: I've tried only one: Awakened mind system 2.0 by Thompson. Yesterday, I called it "soothing." Today, even as I write this note, I'm more impressed and would call it "powerful." The sound is shwishing the energy around my whole body in interesting, surprising ways. Blissful. I had already enjoyed (with my wife present, a first!) a couple of energy orgasms before turning it on. Now, my wife is gone and I'm in more of an afterglow phase. bewell |

Bewell, >I got a more intense MMO response though to -- I'm embarrassed to admit this -- to Jack's voice.< Jack, as we all know, is a man of very many talents! (grin) >I?m an unusually suggestible learner. I had an orgasm just from the rush of reading the Protocol the first time.< Your're just trigger happy! (grin) No disrespect meant. Mog |
