this was -- hmmm how does z's body prepare and become
ready??

In my 7 months of practice I am SSTILLL being amazed
and thoroughly pleasured at my practices. The
successes and the fact that I have crossed what I hope
to have been another gate.

The answer may be; I don't know exactly but I'm sure my body does at some level. So I will trust that part of me to
'...develop those new capabilities and capacity at just the right pace, fully and completely...'
At the moment my body is replying with some wonderful signals
- All through today I have enjoyed deeper echo effects when breathing downwards deliberately and with almost zero effort.

In addition, I had a conventional stimulation some days ago (between protocol practice days) where just after the point of no return (PONR) I felt these echo effects (think of a Sci-Fi transporter beam where you see 'white noise' where the person 'was') throughout my body again. This led to the most intense and most complex climax which I ever had. I marvel that the echo effects are likely to grow EVEN MORE INTENSE {{8~0


I look forward to merge into the slipstream of the vortex of
ecstasy.......

The last session had unexpected qualities; In my last KS session, I initiated a feeling that ran through me like a deep tickle, certainly a different flavour of a sexual feeling - like when someone whispers quitely in your ear. Feelings came up with lots of tears. (probably a furball) They seemed to be connected with feelings of acknowledgement, of connection and of 'being'. Tears of quiet joy. I understand now why some women cry for no apparent reason, just seeming right to do so.

Zeitgeist .. those tears are what Jack refers to as bliss tears. I get them quite often from my practices BUT also lately noticing that I get them as a read posts too-like there is a connection of engery that comes from the post that I can sense and resonates some strong energy waves or even color bands across the eyes when i close them and just allow the energy to flow. I am not sure why i get these but am not gonna anaylze them to death , but rather enjoy that my body is able to respond in such an awesome way :-).
One of the OHH MYY kind of feelings :-).

Yeah, very apt description; BLISS, Rapture... I'd agree with that with my experience. Afterwards I felt more 'together', integrated...

I got a similar sense... of an image... of passing under some sort of arch... or band of something in my view... I'm beginning to accept these additional sensations...

I'm beginning to notice my body has a cycle of sensitivity. I don't know yet how long it is so I will log perceived peaks and troughs.

I'm coming up to three months of using the protocol, so it's a good time to review progress. I would like to think that I fall into the 'average' category physically. My other life away from the forum provides some serious challenges in the real world which affects my life. Meditation does help a lot even so, I believe there is an stress that effects the other parts of my life including Protocol practice.

All that said, my inner journey has both surprised and delighted me. My compulsion for everyday ejaculation and the attendant limited pleasure is no more, with a greater appreciation for the different types of pleasure (beyond one sensation) that the protocol has shown me - including some very brief glimpses of very intense experiences I shall have in the time to come.

I am not in a hurry; It takes as long as it takes. I really believe I am in the hallway - the vestibule of my journey, readying to leave the house of limitations and to journey ahead in the world far beyond the gates, to sail the heavenly seas of surrender and acceptance~~~~~~~~~~~~
