Hi all. Im new to the forum. Got the Cd a couple of weeks ago and have been skimming through things, got a couple of questions. Sorry, if I come off too business like, but I'm not much for typed conversations as a rule, I rely too much on empathy, body language, and inflection when talking and the internet just isn't as natural. 1> I tend to have trouble functioning without some kind of release, and it seems likely to take a good while to get to the point that KSMO would be able to do that. Is it alright to have other sexual activity (at other times) while learning? 2> The first time I tried the Key Sound I noticed some energy sensations. I'm not sure if these are the echo effects or what. I've gotten chi energy sensations before, is it the same thing? I don't know whether it was a coincidence or not. I get spontaneous energy sensations routinely from doing kundalini meditations. If that is what the echo effects are though that's neat. But the second time (and every other time) I tried I got no results. I guess I'm trying to force the sensations to come back (I always love the feel of energy moving) I'm not quite sure how to get myself to relax enough for thing just to happen on their own. I've always tried to force things and just end up getting more and more frustrated. I know what I'm doing wrong, I just don't know what to do to get myself to relax and let go. Even meditation wise if I focus on relaxing I end up asleep which does me little good. So my meditation is only fractionally as effective as it could be if I were more relaxed and still focussed. And I find it very difficult sometimes not to get very upset at myself for my apparent failings, because I know I keep doing things the hard way and limiting myself because of it. Despite the rant I'm normally very happy with myself, but I've just got a lot of frustration that ends up bottled up that I have very few options on how to safely vent. And even that underlines my problem. How the devil do I just let go? How do I keep my intention and focus and let things happen? I know my system is capable of handling the vision quest end of meditation and finer energy manipulation. I know that if I relax and keep at it eventually I'll get results. I know on some level that the journey and not just the destination is important. But I'm tired of waiting and doing everything wrong. How do I keep the fact that I want these things so much from getting in the way of getting them? |

Welcome Qaz!!! >Hi all. Im new to the forum. Congratulations on taking full advantage of this important follow-up tool for helping you learn this lifelong skill! >Got the Cd a couple of weeks >ago and have been skimming >through things, got a couple >of questions. Have you also downloaded the ESSENTIAL pdf document titled: The Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol Summary Update? That is one document that you should read and apply very carefully! :-) > Sorry, if I come >off too business like, but I'm >not much for typed >conversations as a rule, I >rely too much on empathy, body >language, and inflection when >talking and the internet just >isn't as natural. I understand... no problem at all! > >1> I tend to have trouble >functioning without some kind >of release, I definitely understand that issue as well! The important thing to understand is that the Key Sound gives you an alternative avenue of releasing all of that pent-up energy so that you no longer have to end the party by going for ejaculation! That is precisely why the Key Sound is such an important breakthrough! Instead of increasing stimulation and "going for" ejaculation, to relieve the pent-up energy... Just let all of that energy flow out through the next Key Sound!!! Then, instead of dissipating all of that pent-up energy through ejaculation, which tends to end the party, you will soon discover that you will enter into a multi-orgasmic Zone that may continue for hours, as attested to by many, many men and women who have learned this lifelong skill. In fact, just use the Forum's Search Tool and search on the word hours for more descriptions of this experience. > and it seems >likely to take a good while to >get to the point that KSMO >would be able to do that. Please notice that you are making an assumption based on your prior experience! That's exactly what I mean when I say that "The greatest challenge in learning this skill is not between the legs, it's between the ears!" In other words, the challenge is in learning to LET GO of your prior beliefs about how orgasm can happen, how long it will take to learn, how long it can last, and how intense it can be! > Is >it alright to have other >sexual activity (at other >times) while learning? Most definitely... however, I think it is very important when you are LEARNING this skill to wait until at least the next day after your Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol practice session to engage in these and other activities. I personally believe that that is EXTREMELY important! When you are willing to do so, you will discover that your Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol practice will have CHARGED YOU UP EVEN MORE for unprecedented new enjoyment in these other activities as well! > >2> The first time I tried the >Key Sound I noticed some >energy sensations. I'm not >sure if these are the echo >effects or what. In your reply post in this thread, please describe the energy sensations in more detail. Also are you willing for the time being to accept as a working hypothesis that in fact they are Echo Effects? > I've gotten >chi energy sensations before, >is it the same thing? I would say that these new sensations, that is, these Echo Effects, are part of the same family as the other chi energy sensations you have experienced. >I don't >know whether it was a >coincidence or not. Are you willing to consider as a working hypothesis that they are in fact NOT a coincidence, but are instead a predictable result of your practice of the Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol? IMHO, This kind of second-guessing is a manifestation of the last gasps of your prior belief systems about what multiple orgasm can really be like for men, and perhaps some anxiety and tension as you notice that they are beginning to dissolve! IF you are willing to let them go!!! :-) > I get >spontaneous energy sensations >routinely from doing kundalini >meditations. If that is what >the echo effects are though >that's neat. Cool! As I stated above, these Echo Effects are part of the same "family" of experiences... they are indeed indicating that the kundalini is beginning to awaken! >But the second >time (and every other time) I >tried I got no results. I >guess I'm trying to force the >sensations to come back That would certainly be my first guess! That is because nearly all men are very very used to "going for it", that is, increasing stimulation to "make" the orgasms happen (nearly always accompanied by ejaculation when using that method!). >(I >always love the feel of energy >moving) I'm not quite sure how >to get myself to relax enough >for thing just to happen on >their own. Number one: don't expect to have orgasms in the current practice session. LET GO OF THAT EXPECTATION. Number two: concentrate on making your breath very relaxed and slow... >I've always tried >to force things and just end >up getting more and more >frustrated. Are you ready for a different approach? :-) >I know what I'm >doing wrong, Yes, I tend to agree... and that is a very important element of your ultimate success with this practice: ... that is, the ability to self-correct your practice! > I just don't know >what to do to get myself to >relax and let go. I recommend that you begin your practice session with at least two minutes of very slow, relaxing breathing, without forcing the depth or the duration of those breaths. Be VERY ALERT to any tendencies of forcing breathing or any of the other activities specified in that PDF document: The Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol Summary Update. > Even >meditation wise if I focus on >relaxing I end up asleep which >does me little good. ACTUALLY, THE FALLING ASLEEP PROBABLY DOES YOU A GREAT DEAL OF GOOD! I have a hunch that you may be one of those kind of guys who may have a tendency to be chronically short on sleep. What do you think? :-) > So my >meditation is only >fractionally as effective as >it could be if I were more >relaxed and still focussed. If you have access to a bathtub or a hot tub, I recommend that you explore practicing while in the tub. >And I find it very difficult >sometimes not to get very >upset at myself for my >apparent failings, because I >know I keep doing things the >hard way and limiting myself >because of it. That is an extremely valuable self awareness! I think it would probably be very beneficial for you to take a workshop in stress management and relaxation. Are you worth it? ;-) I'll bet you can guess my opinion about that! :-) > >Despite the rant I'm normally >very happy with myself, Good! Hold that thought, and repeat it frequently as an affirmation! > but >I've just got a lot of >frustration that ends up >bottled up that I have very >few options on how to safely >vent. That statement underscores the importance of your getting some properly trained, professional assistance in helping you learn some tools for managing and reducing your stress and frustration, as well as giving you some appropriate, nondestructive means for expressing these feelings when they do arise. >And even that underlines >my problem. How the devil do I >just let go? I urge you to get some properly trained professional assistance in addressing this issue so that you don't have to go through the rest of your life in this kind of discomfort... I'm sure that you can probably think of many rationalizations why now is not a good time to do that, but I invite you to set those aside and take an affirmative step on your own behalf right away. > How do I keep my >intention and focus and let >things happen? By learning to relax... and by getting whatever help you need to learn how to do that. It's also a good idea to have some very relaxing, soothing music playing in the background, and to just lie there and breathe slowly and feel yourself relaxing as you listen to this music, before you begin your practice session. It's also perfectly permissible to have this kind of music playing during your practice sessions. >I know my >system is capable of handling >the vision quest end of >meditation and finer energy >manipulation. I know that if I >relax and keep at it >eventually I'll get results. I agree... provided that you also take steps to acquire some more tools from a professional teacher who can help you better learn to relax, and who can also teach you more options for appropriately expressing pent-up tensions and frustrations. > I >know on some level that the >journey and not just the >destination is important. I agree with that completely! > But >I'm tired of waiting and doing >everything wrong. The more frustrated and impatient you get, the longer it will take! This is what I refer to as an emotional furball and according to my protocol, this issue must be addressed BEFORE continuing your practice of the protocol. > How do I >keep the fact that I want >these things so much from >getting in the way of getting >them? By getting the professional help you need to learn how to truly relax... This can also include getting some professional massage... I don't mean sexual massage... I simply mean massage. :-) Please continue to post your questions and report your progress, as well as your challenges, as a reply in this thread. Thanks again for taking the steps to get all the help you need in learning this skill by posting to the Forum! Wishing you all the very best that life has to offer, Jack |
