I appreciate how much work must go into this process, but I wonder if the site was easier to move around in, more people might post. I have much experience with the site at Aneros. While it is not perfect, it is easy to manuever around.

1. There are too many sub-categories. If someone wants to find a post relating to something that they are interested in, they should be able to find it with a search. If there is a way to organize the threads with the questions that virtually all new users ask, you might want to have that on the first page so it is easier for them to read about it. Either on a sticky thread or with an icon that says something like "what all new users should know" that will direct them to an area that all the threads would be listed at.

2. It would be good to have the ability to see the latest posts listed first. That would enable others to comment on the threads easier.

3. Blogs have been requested already, but as you know, is pretty key.

4. A live chat area. In this area, you could host your chat sessions, but it could also be an area where if a couple of members were online, they might be able to ask "real time" questions of one another. Granted, this is a big one, but this is a suggestion box/wish list, right?

probably this is not the right place to post this, but I didn´t find any thread it fitted in.

It´s about the chat today.
Sorry for not answering your questions anymore and not adding any comments, but after a while the chat would not let me post a word anymore. At least I could stay logged in (well, most of the time ;-)
and read what you guys where posting.

Iris - sorry to hear that you had trouble responding in live chat...

Currently I think Jack is looking into integrating vBulletins chat program with our website. I looked at the program myself and I think IMHO that it will intergrate like Jack is hoping. I heard there were alot of people being 'lost' or pinged out of chat sat.
