Okay, here's my suggestion: I think that your words would be even more powerful and have a greater impact on first-time readers if you didn't repeat yourself.

If you want to really emphasize a point, how about putting it in a larger font? Like even a very large font!

I think the design on the CD box is wonderful! Does that same person help you with your web site design?

And add an idea for the top banner:

Instead of phrasing in the negative "get this without that," how about something positive like:

RE: The negative in the header...

There is a concept known as the "USP"... the Unique Selling Premise...

The slogan you suggest does not include the USP... that component that distinguishes this method from virtually ALL other methods out there, which also promise easy multiple orgasms , etc., but wind up teaching men some variation of ejaculation prevention by hovering near the Point of No Return.

How about you guys put on your thinking cap and come up with a slogan that is, as you say, positive, but that does include the Multiple Orgasm Trigger's USP?

Personally I would let the right side go - add what you need from that into the main text - and let the rest fall into another page

It seems to me like the links at the top and the links on the left may serve the same purpose - I would look at it without one and then the other and see what you think - I may even try to mock up a few versions just for the fun of it.
