Hi Pan, Thanks for your comments. Nice to hear from you again. >Of course, I think it's important to mention that I strongly believe that new practitioners should avoid combining the Ecstasy Cd with their practice sessions until they have become confident in their ability to enjoy multiple orgasms without any outside assistance.........In my opinion, it's usually best to first learn how to enjoy multiple orgasms without external aides of any kind because it provides the practitioner with confidence in their own, natural ability to give themselves all the pleasure they could ever want.< Although I've fallen short of abiding by those principles many times I have to totally agree with all that. >Personally, I no longer combine brainwave entrainment with my KSMO sessions because as my practice continued to grow I eventually found that in combination, it's simpy too much energy for me to process safely.< That's interesting because I'm currently in a phase where the orgasms are intensifying not only during each session where a gradual ramping-up from one orgasm to the next occurs but where a considerable accumulated gain in energy intensity is evident from one day's session(s) to the next. The result of these effects is a substantial and incredible advance over the last few weeks. I'm left wondering if there is any limit to what the body can handle. If there is a limit what will be the result of reaching it? I sometimes have a hangover after an exceptional session in terms of a mild but persistent headache. As you are further down the trail than I am would you be able to elaborate on what you say about there being too much energy to process safely and what your feelings are about that, svp? >But while we're on the subject, I thought I read somewhere that you had posted about using the "Gamma Meditation System" by Dr. Jeffrey Thompson. Is that right? If so, I would love to hear about your experiences and how they might compare with the Ecstasy Cd.< Sorry - that must have been somebody else. I don't know that one. Regards, Mog |

Hi Laly! >HUGS Mog...< Thanks - that's nice of you. >No worries K. I knew that you were speaking from an Adepts or Veteran KSMO/MMO member's point of view on this. That is why I clarified this for Hlaser and the others.< Understood. >>"I do find that the use of aural brainwave stimulation during my sessions can heighten the experience substantially, particularly when, for me, it helps to promote a trance-like state of continuous orgasm."<< >Oh yeah...same for me. Altho the orgasms of mine are not all sexually based, I get heartgasms that sometimes cycle down and trigger the sexual organs below.< Those are heartgasms are they? I've never been certain that I have been getting the heartgasms although I think that's what they are. I've often experienced ones where the energy builds high up in the torso with spreading bursting tension in the heart region and across the shoulders and white-hot areas at the top and front of the arms, the energy from which moves downwards and then triggers a powerful orgasmic pulse in the usual places(G)! >If I am being too graphic, I apologize.< Not in the least, Laly - it's lovely to hear a woman's point of view. >Or sometimes the energy will cycle up through the brain and kick off some really awesome colors.....< Ah yes! I know that "incredible" is a much-overused word these days but I can't think of a better one to describe those amazing colour and light shows. I specially like to watch the room change its colours and then break up and tile into two, then four, then sixteen......and many more bits! Sometimes the ceiling appears to be momentarily covered in glazed brilliantly-coloured tiles. These effects, for me, always occur in what I call the "afterglow" following the orgasmic pulse, when the strangest effects and sensations can occur. It's during this phase that my mind sometimes seems to want to detach itself and go wandering somewhere else (I hope it will always find its way back!). Be very happy! Mog |

Hi again Laly, Hlaser and Pan, I feel that I might have let myself into a bit of hot water over my brassy writings on the use of aural stimulation during MO sessions. I wouldn't be surprised to receive a rap from Jack at any minute if he reads that!(G) Let me say that I'm emphatically a firm believer in strict adherence to Jack's KS Protocol during the KSMO learning phase. Having sucessfully passed through that phase I can vouch for the importance of not succumbing to any temptation to jolly things along during a KSMO session or to employ any additional devices to hasten an end result. I'm sorry if I gave any impression that might cause some learners to try to take short cuts around The Protocol. I know that doesn't work because I've tried it myself too many times! However, when one eventually reaches the grail of mammoth orgasms without limit the Protocol has completed its work and you should then be free to explore the orgasmic high ground as you wish. At that point along the trail one can move on from The Protocol. The new skill that has been learned won't go away. I've been lucky enough to have passed this waypoint and maybe I tend to assume, wrongly in some cases, that I'm communicating only with my peers. I do find that the use of aural brainwave stimulation during my sessions can heighten the experience substantially, particularly when, for me, it helps to promote a trance-like state of continuous orgasm. Thanks, guys for your reminders! Mog |

I picked this up from a thread of Darwin's: on the Aneros site, if I recall correctly. I warmly recommend it: track 1, quite similar to track 1 of the Ecstasy CD, in that it is almost trance-inducing, timeless in every meaning of the word. Also, kind of pervasive, saturating: you get drawn into the Lethe flow regardless - just let go of your moorings. Bon voyage... TANTROS |
