Default Music Recommendations

All of these seem to trigger echoes:

Sarah Vaughan et al - "One World, One Peace"

Michael McGoldrick - "Fused"

Keith Jarrett - "The Koln Concert"

Gjallarhorn - "Sjofn"

Ekova - "Space Lullabies"

David Byrnes Brazil collections - especially volumes 1 and 2 - "Beleza Tropical"

and of course most 60's Motown

also singing out loud anything you feel like singing

Question - since I am taking a break from KSMO does that mean I shouldn't listen to this music?

Answer from self - Nah - I don't think so. I think it is more about not using too much amplification for awhile - not about stopping all pleasurable feelings.

love,

yomo

sorry to be posting so much...

Thanks Yomo-- I have ordered 2 of the three books you mentioned plus the top one which i think sounds intriguing. Never, ever apologize for posting too much!! ((HUGSS))I just wish i could speak as eloquantly as you do *smiles. And thanks for the music list , I will look into these as well. The music i listen to right now are more 1980s bands: Air Supply , Michael Bolton, and Phil Collins. I sing along with them and my heart just soars with energy and vibrance. Michael's voice usually brings me to tears cause his voice touches a place in my soul. .

Have a great day. Laly

Hi Guys!

thank you for sharing your musical choices with the forum. I've been waiting a looong time for someone to make a contribution in here. You've made my day! LOL.

I might as well throw in my own choices as well.

Whether for solo practice or together, my wife and I have really only found three albums so far that we like to use during KSMO sessions:

1. "Erotic Moods" by NuSound (It's mainly electronic/instrumental. Very sensual and smooth, although perhaps a little out-dated by now. Some folks compare it to the 80's band "Enigma")

2. "Tantric Sexuality" by Leora Lightwoman

(This is entirely electronic/instrumental and specifically designed for Tantric practice. I find it excellent for KSMO because the music starts out slow and expands gradually over time. It's a warm combination of eastern-style percussion beats and modern western jazz-style Sax, along with soundscapes and other electronic enhancements.

I'd especially recommend it for beginner solo practice, since it's so relaxing, almost hypnotic for the first 20 minutes or so.)

3. "The Mirror Conspiracy" by Thievery Corporation

(This one is smooth techno with some vocals. The rhythm is slightly faster overall than the first two albums, but it's still quite smooth and sensual, and many of the tracks have a wonderfully expansive, "trippy" quality to them that I find very helpful into letting my mind go with the flow of energy as it rises during sessions.)

I have been enjoying Native American flute music, the two artists whom I?ve found touching are Travis Terry and Carlos Nakai. Both have been simply wonderful.

Has anyone else noticed how much more vibrant, sensual, music is after a KSMO session?

Thanks for taking the time to post the links Laly!

I have a new suggestion to add to the list:

"Tantric Heart" by Shastro. Here's the link:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...2157432?n=5174

My wife and I both agree it's the best album we've found so far.

Pan :-)

Default Music Recommendations for Solo Practice

Hi All!

I am fairly new here, but I am so impressed by the diversity of people that come together here because of a like-passion, that I just had to post!

I have ALWAYS been very passionate about my misic, which is ALL types of music. (Jazz, Rock, Classical, Blues, etc.-Quality is the key!)

For relaxation, I use:

Cool Jazz, Classical, Nature sounds, Sitar...

Some are: Enya, Tangerine Dream, Pink Floyd, Keiko Metsui, D. Sanborn, M. Davis, Sade, Seal, etc.

Great to bring music into other areas! I use my music to enhance ALL aspects of my life, even my work.

Two passions: (multiple orgasm & Music) joining together to form a cenergy for even more enjoyment!

Thanx,

Hlaser

Default Music Recommendations for Solo Practice

I recently came across a post that mentioned kelly Howell's "Ecstacy" Cd and purchased the download version AND all I can cay is WOW .. within a matter of mere minute or two I am in a state of arousal and orgasmic bliss and the echos are coming fast, one right after the other, building upon each other.

With Love, Light and from my Joyously singing heart,
Laly

Hi Laly!

I sometimes use the Ecstacy CD after a KSMO 20 min. session...

It seems to work for me too, although maybe not to the extent it works for you, I'm envyous!

For me, it kind of ramps-up the Echo Sounds I'm already groovin' on from the Kis-Mo session!

It's a great tool!

Later, Hlaser

Kewl hlaser99

I rarely 'need' anything to have a truly "flying high" KSMO multiple orgasms session.
The Ecstacy CD just brings all that forth a lil quicker :-).

Laly
