Thanks for the response...its gratifying to know that others are as interested as I am, and certainly I?m interested in chat and e-mail. Further random thoughts.. · While in the EMO position, and breathing, remove whatever props (if any) you are using to elevate your back. When you breath out, come up in an abdominal crunch. This will further tense your prime chakra area, and really give you a rush. What a great way to get your ab work done. Try it...you can?t believe how it turns pain to pleasure. · More of the same...raise your legs as you crunch, (combination..upper/lower crunch). Breathe out as you tense the abs. POW! · Once you get the EMO vibrations rockin?, keep breathing and using your muscle tension/relaxation; ultimately you will get the sensation of whole body orgasms...in Tantra practice, ?kundalini vibrations?. These are incredibly intense energy waves that will literally sweep you away. Key....keep your breath work up; the more intense your breath, the more intense the pleasure. As these energy waves flow, you will likely cease stimulation of your hot spots...no need. · Practice ?breath of fire?, once you have a sense of the sensation. Five to ten deep breathes with strong push down on the exhale, then let out half a breath and hold. Tense the PC muscle group as hard as possible and hold. No stimulation is needed. Hold this as tight as you can, and really concentration sending tension down your shaft through the urethra (like ejaculation). When you can?t hold your breath any longer, breath deep and return to your pattern breathing. Guaranteed you will get EMO pleasures. And you can do this anywhere you can breathe deep. If you do this in the EMO position or half-squat, you can really tension your groin, and get a better blast. · If you do breath of fire intensely, you will note that your sphincter actually pushes way-out and then contracts deeply. This is the action you want to create in breathing, and then when you releases the tension, it will ?do itself?. Oh, wow...I wanna do it now. Anyway, these are some things that work for me. I?d like to read some other ideas... these are all used, and none original. |

Never one to keep his abs in that great a condition, I tried out your method - was I surprised! In the usual MMO position, used my abs to lift my torso forward, did this until it was getting painful. Then did some slowly, but this time concentrating on how I was breathing and following John?s advise here. Felt ok, but nothing spectacular, then I just thought I?d crunch as far as possible and my body just took over, crunched right up with legs off the ground, body and legs fell back and then crunch up again - the orgasm is belly centred and literally breath taking! Suddenly what was agony becomes ecstasy - and then realisation that the abs muscle group is a significant contribution to orgasmic intensity. Thanks John - the exercises may not be original but whereas normally when you read them they are dry and impersonal, the way you write, injects them with a joy and humour that brings them to life and you get this enthusiasm, yeah I really want to go and try this. |

In fact at times when the waves/pulses are particularly intense I find that I spontaneously may crunch in this way.
