I've been experiencing KSMO for about 3 months now. I've just ordered an ANEROS which will be arriving soon. I'm eager to see how this will complement my KSMO experiences. My question is can any of you offer any techniques to assure that I only get dry orgasms and no ejaculation with the aneros. I enjoy practicing semen retention because it helps me feel more energetic, seems to boost my immune system, and improves my workouts, even though I know semen retention isn't necessary to experience KSMO. I'm concerned that the aneros may stimulate me too much and that I won't be able to practice semen retention like I desire -especially after I've already been retaining for a while and my seminal vesicles are full. Have any of you experienced aneros users learned any techniques besides what's listed at the aneros website for experiencing dry orgasms only with this device. Thanks Jeff |

Hey Jman, I've been using the Aneros on and off for a few months. When I first started I had a couple unintended ejaculations and personally I prefer to avoid them myself. One thing I can suggest is to make sure you have a firm grasp of your regular KSMO practice before trying to tackle the Aneros. It'll really help to have your Key Sound and Valley Breathing down before trying it out. The other thing I've found is that once you begin to feel orgasmic with the Aneros in a session, a little stimulation goes a long way. So if you have the Aneros inserted, have already done the warm up exercises and are using some stimulation on your penis, once you start to feel those prostate orgasms building, slow down a lot with the penile stimulation. I've found that once my prostate is being stimulated to an orgasmic level, its a good place to use only light, intermittent penile stroking and occasionally engage my anal sphincter to keep my prostate stimulated. It seems that with the Aneros, there are "plateau's" where I need very little stimulation to stay in a near constant state of orgasm. In fact, if I notice myself becoming more than half-erect, I will tend to slow down until I am more flaccid again, just as a precaution. With the Aneros, there is certainly no need for an erection to have as many orgasms as you want. Also, make sure if you are already at that "plateau" phase you don't engage the Aneros too firmly with your anus or it may cause an ejaculation. By doing the above I have managed to have lots of fun with the Aneros, without ejaculating since a few weeks after I got it. |
