Hey Jack, I just wanted to know whether you would suggest incorporating any meditation with the practices described on the seminar. I've been reading up on tantra and the "microcosmic orbit" and I feel like though I'm doing the key sound and valley breathing, I just can't circulate my energy because my energy centers aren't open to circulating this energy. When you do the key sounds ... does it feel like your energy is moving up the spine? Did you do any meditation to achieve the level that are at now, or is the key sound and valley breathing all that you used? Thanks for your time, AJ |

You certainly may, if you wish... But I want to caution you to not "load up" the practice initially with a lot of thinking... The key in my view is to learn to feel the clues your body is giving you... That is, the Echo Effects. Search echo in this Forum for further discussion and details. Nevertheless, it may help to have a "meditative attitude". By that I mean, one of openness and exploration, rather than the goal orientation of trying to "make yourself have multiples". Forcing doesn't work. Relaxing, breathing, exploring, without the performance pressure of trying to "make" something happen is usually the path to success. Read the Success Stories here in the Forum, including in "First-Time Experiencing MMO" as well as in "Success Stories". > I've been >reading up on tantra and the >"microcosmic orbit" and I feel >like though I'm doing the key >sound and valley breathing, I >just can't circulate my energy >because my energy centers >aren't open to circulating >this energy. My personal opinion is that, especially in the beginning, worrying about a "microcosmic orbit" could just become more mind noise, more thinking that takes you away from feeling. I'm not saying it could never be helpful, but I caution you as a beginner that loading up your brain with a lot of pre-conceived ideas may get in your way. Listen to the audio seminar fairly often between practice sessions. Each time you have a practice session then listen to the seminar again, you'll probably hear something new. I packed a lot of information into that seminar, and it's in its 4th Edition now, so I have thoroughly refined the content. The formula is: start by holding the attitude that you are just exploring in this session, that you do not have to go "all the way" in this session... Let go of that performance issue. Just give yourself some practice sessions where you're just going to get your bearings in this new previously uncharted territory. Then introduce a little bit of erotic stimulation. And don't try to do any "valley breathing" or anything... Just notice your breathing before you begin stimulation, and then introduce a little stimulation. Notice when your breathing changes. As soon as you notice yourself taking a larger-than-average in-breath, exhale that breath with a gentle Key Sound as I demonstrate in the audio seminar. Make sure you are making both parts of the sound, with the rolling quality in the middle of it, just like I demonstrate in the audio seminar. This Key Sound is a very specific sound that will automatically create a "valley breath"... So you don't have to worry about consciously doing "valley breathing". Just concentrate on making the Key Sound correctly and that you are only using the Key Sound to exhale a larger-than-average in-breath that you've automatically taken in response to introducing stimulation. Don't worry about esoteric philosophies or anything else while you're doing this. Just become aware of how your breathing changes when you introduce a little stimulation. When your breathing changes, use the Key Sound as you exhale one of those larger in-breaths... Don't force the Key Sound. Making it louder won't "make" yourself "come". This is a subtle, gradual process of gently awakening your orgasmic energy channels... Use the Key Sound as I've described, right after you use the sound, notice any different feelings you might feel... They may be very, very subtle at first... Just do that much and report back here with your experience. Then we'll go from there. OK? :-) Jack > When you do the >key sounds ... does it feel >like your energy is moving up >the spine? Yes, eventually. In the beginning, the Echo Effects usually feel more like tingles, or "thrills" i.e., that is a tingly wave that ripples through your body... It may be just a light tingling in the beginning though. >Did you do any meditation to >achieve the level that are at >now, or is the key sound and >valley breathing all that you >used? > >Thanks for your time, > >AJ If you do the Key Sound correctly and timed only to be used as I've described above, that's all you will need... that and the open attitude that you are not going to try to "make yourself" have multiples... and you are not making the Key Sound artificially loud... Just soft, sensual, and sexy... and deep in your throat... relaxed throat... OK... time for your homework... :-) Then report back here... Wishing you the best! JJ |
