Default Key Sound and Movement of Abdomen

A basic question from a newbie.
I have practiced yoga for many years, decades in fact. I am aware of very fine, or distinct muscle coordination in many of the hatha procedures.

I have noticed that when I use the Key sound with Valley Breathing that I am too thin to notice an "inflation" of my lower abdominal area - as you describe in your tape.
So, I sometimes wonder if I am doing this correctly.

Also, I notice that I can do a valley breath and key sound and observe my balls tend to pull up as I roll through the sound. I can do the same sound and breathing and allow my balls to relax into the sound. Relaxing my testicles into the sound feels better.
I also have read that ejaculation is postponed by not allowing the balls to retract upward.

Is one of these methods more effective?

Thanks again,
Have a great New Year,
Rodney

If you are making the Key Sound correctly as I demonstrate in the Audio Seminar, the rest will take care of itself. I would say that you don't need to be concerned about whether your stomach is moving in the right way or not.

The "Key" to using the Key Sound is, time it and vocalize it as I describe in the Audio Seminar and here in the Forum, then check for the Echo Effects. When you notice a feeling like "Ah, that's more like it!" You've got it!

Click Search on the black menu bar above, be sure to select ALL conferences in the drop down list, and search on the strings "reson" so you'll get "resonant" and "resonance" occurrences. Also search on "Echo" and "more like it" and you'll get other discussions of this issue.

Then I would suggest that at least for you, go with the latter. Let your own body and feelings guide you!!! That's what I did to discover this in the first place! :-)

Yes, I realize some teach that, but personally, I don't want to be worrying about stuff like that! That's why I like the use of the Key Sound so much!

When I am doing the Key Sound correctly and timing it correctly ("timing" is another great keyword to search on!), and I'm making sure that I allow at least three or four breaths between each use of the Key Sound... Nature takes her course!

My whole motivation for investing nine very intense months to discover an alternative to what I had read was so I didn't have to be tracking muscle tensing, testicle retraction, prostate squeezing (sic), or anything else... I could just use the Key Sound correctly and enjoy the ride!!!

Let your body and your feelings be your guru! Ask this guru!!! :-)

You're very welcome! Thanks very much for the great questions! They will benefit many!

May you as well!

Best wishes for increasing pleasure and intimacy,
Jack
