Let me know what you think, once you do... > Some questions: > Are you familiar with book (1) Yes. and is it similar to your "technique"? No. > Would reading these conflict with your "technique"? > regards, > > Marc > Well, I don't know about "conflict", but my approach and methods ARE different. Chia's method and philosophy didn't really appeal to me. Nor did ESO which is a brinkmanship method. Both seem to involve a forceful tensing of muscles, etc. My method IMHO is revolutionary for men because it gives us a way to RELAX and FULLY ENJOY THE PLEASURE, not having to worry about trying to STOP anything from happening! Using the Key Sound, you can just project all of that pent up energy into your body, into the eyes or other body parts of your lover (EXCEPT the ears!) and into the Cosmos, with FULL surrender and enjoyment! That's one of the reasons I went to the trouble to discover a method that wasn't counterintuitive. Barbara Keesling's stuff is much closer (see her blurb about my work on the back of the MMO box), but for me the critical element is the Key (or Ki) Sound. That SPECIFIC sound when done correctly moves the abdominal and pelvic musculature in such a way as to DEfocus the usual concentration of erotic energy from the penis while PUMPING it into the rest of your body. The body then typically responds with an "Echo Effect" (see past chats for a discussion of this: http://www.multiples.com/chats/multi..._archives.html Some people like Drew liken this to "pushing water in a bathtub"... i.e., the Key Sound is like pushing the water, the "Echo Effect" or wave of spontaneous pleasure that happens in response is like the water in a tub returning back to you... as you continue to use the Key Sound in this way as erotic energy builds, (refer to http://www.multiples.com/timing.htm as well as the chat archive for knowing how and when to use the Key Sound) those "waves" get bigger and bigger until... WOWWWW!!! Sometimes ejaculation happens, but if you cease the stimulation and just pump the energy with the Key Sound and the "Valley Breath" that most resonantly expresses the Key Sound, the NON-ejac multiples "come" right at ya! Thanks very much for the question Marc! |

I thought I might have a go at describing how I came to Jack's site via other methods. 1st thing was I found the Brauer book "ESO" in a bookshop about 10 years ago. At the time I found the squeeze techniques quite difficult & unrewarding so it was consigned to the shelf although it is an excellent source of information on how to please a female partner the male section is brinksmanship ie. hovering on the edge of the point of no return. Moving on 8 years I found Mantak Chia's book 'the multi orgasmic man' & was intrigued.. I learned his basic methods & squeeze techniques & soon realised that his beginners exercises were based on tensing of muscles. The more advanced stuff almost certainly can be made to work but I have the feeling there are a lot of people out there who have been practicing for years with limited results, that's why I think the squeeze stuff is there, to give you hope. Basically squeeze techniques (holding it back with the PC muscle) whilst it can be made to work (I did)has one tiny little drawback - it's not much fun at all, neither liberating nor satisfying. I didn't bother to study Tantra at all due to the fact that it didn't seem to offer a way for men to escape their supposedly limited potential. A pity really because a lot of it is really useful such as eye gazing, breathing with a partner etc.. Catching up now a bit tho ![]() I found Jack's site via a link on a taoist site, the link said something like "another method of relocating energy" (as opposed to all the Taoist ways on the site). I think that link was something of a factor in taking multiples.com seriously at first, I read the whole site & listened to the audio seminar & began to practice. After a few days I introduced my wife to the site & played her the mp3 of the seminar, we tried the couples exercise & with no stimulation at all she was soon feeling multiples (or continuous). Ok so it works for girls! What about us guys tho, we knew the girls could do it already! I practiced when I could & soon learned to have echo effects but I took things slowly as advised on the seminar. I made my first non ejac orgasm after about 3 months of very gentle practice, a lot of people seem to learn sooner but I wasn't using any genital stimulation at all! Just a light touch to my nipple was all I needed to set up an orgasm which lasted nearly a minute. It only stopped when I added genital stimulation?! I should have said in my success story, I felt relaxed, happy & confident for days after the first time! The next stage is to learn to ride the wave together with my wife, we're making some progress already. Phil Jun03 |

My experience is very similar to Bilko's (excellent post BTW!). I was highly involved in Chi Gung 16 years ago and discovered Chia's book, "Cultivating Male Sexual Energy." It's kind of the root practice from which, "The Multi-Orgasmic Man," was formed. It has essentially the same information with more emphasis on traditional meditation techniques, intimacy, and spiritual applications. I felt very much the same way Bilko did, the PC Squeezes were merely distracting and not helpful. The whole system seemed terribly complicated for something that was supposed to be passionate and fun. The one thing I learned from Chia's system was to use a personal variation of what he calls, "The Big Draw." I learned to receive my girlfriend's orgasms as they surfaced. It was extremely pleasurable and intimate, but not quite fully, "orgasmic." Still, I was able to ride HER multi-orgasmic waves. So, in a sense, I had some multi-orgasmic experience that way, but it was dependent on my partner. In retrospect, I think this only worked because I had been practicing Chi Gung's (including Chia's Microcosmic Orbit) for 1-3 hours a day, for 4 years prior to losing my virginity. Without that previous energy practice, I doubt I would have found much benefit from Chia's system at all. I never bought the ESO book, but browsed through it many times in book stores. I had already become turned off by any technique involving PC squeezes. I was determined to find another way. About 5 years ago, I finally started looking into Tantra. I knew it was PC-based for men, but I was desperate and since it had a multitude of other techniques, like the Eye Gazing and Synchronized Breathing Bilko mentioned, I gave it the 'ol college try. Several books and videos later, I found myself back in the same place I started. And that's when I found this website! The rest is history... |
