Carrying on from the previous thread I have more questions or should I say need answers. when I start the KS I feel nothing. It is only after about 5 minutes that I start to feel small buzzing in stomach and arms. Is this the sign I am on the right path? As I am also a Aneros user. I constantly have a tingling, buzzing feeling in my perenium. I have read many posts were they say you need to expand this. Now I can not move it from were it is. This is confusing to me. If I concentrate on these feelings I can get twitching but I've also been told to relax and not do anything. Hmmmm I'm confused LOL you have probably now gathered I get confused quite alot ( |

Puzzler...
Being female here I will try and help they best I can. As for the arenos use, do you use in in combination with your KS practice? If so, I have heard Jack advise many times that the two really should not be used together, or at the same time , IMHO- I have used somethign similar to what you use and I honestly wil say that the feelings it aroused were quite intriguing, but I felt it was not really what I should have been doing- not that it didn't feel good..quite the opposite .I will go more into that another time( if you wish). Suffice it to say that I agree with Jack that they be used on alternate days. This comes from my personal foray or experiment (if you will) in my curiosity as I read the arenos thread. Please do keep asking and writing here as you feel the need and I and the others will reply and help you in any way we can. >Puzzler... >Being female here I will try >and help they best I can. > >As for the aneros use, do you >use in in combination with >your KS practice? If so, I >have heard Jack advise many >times that the two really >should not be used together, >or at the same time. I don't recommend combining them when you first begin exploring the Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol?. As for later - that's up to you. In fact, it's ALL up to you :-) We just make recommendations based on experience. ************************************************** ********* That experience says that there may be some things to be learned from practicing the KSMO protocol by itself that might not ever be experienced if all you ever did was combine the two practices. ************************************************** ********* RE: Giving the Protocol an unencumbered opportunity to help your innate multiorgasmic abilities gradually come forth as Echo Effects and teach you... Please consider... After all - the Protocol is practiced only a maximum of 20 minutes per day - and no more than 3 times a week. That means that there is a ton of time left in any week to explore other modalities, etc. Note the we have found that it's more productive to not follow the Protocol practice session with ejaculation or other amplifying practices. Give your subtle energy system the rest of the day off to integrate the subtle awakening process that leads over time to these hours-long multiorgasmic waves. I do indeed encourage you to give the Protocol by itself a chance to teach you what it has to offer. There will be time enough later for combining the Protocol with aneros practice. That's not a rule, mind you... it's a recommendation - based on experience since 1991. >Suffice it to say that I agree >with Jack that they be used on >alternate days. Yeah I'd recommend inserting a day off from both practices as well - give your being a change to integrate - to catch its breath as it were. And consider doing the aneros practice as the first day of the sequence, then the Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol practice day (20 minutes max.), then a day off from any form of intentional erotic arousal, then repeat at will. Please Note - That day off from all active erotic arousal has proven to be quite important since some of the strongest breakthroughs happen completely on their own on the days between practice sessions. RE: The "nothing is happening" issue... it's very very common to mislabel the initially subtle spontaneous sensations as nothing or not much, etc. We are so use to the high stimulation model of going for it but sometimes this route leaves us - regardless of gender or orientation - with that Is that all there is? feeling. That's because although one or more orgasmic releases have happened they paradoxically have tended to happen at relatively low levels of full body arousal. The purpose of the Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol is to gently awaken that innate, profoundly deeper erotic response ability that so many people have described in this Forum since 1995. So... Take Heart! And... Take Your Time :-) RE: The "nothing is happening" pattern... in my view it is most often a cognitive trap of mislabelling an experience that is occurring exactly the way it is actually described in the Protocol - The initial spontaneous sensations are BY DEFINITION very faint, subtle, and may not even be particularly erotic. Therefore, instead of running the risk of bogging down in a cognitive loop of "it's not (strong- or fast-) enough" rather than "These faint sensations are exactly the way Jack predicted they'd be in the early stages"... THEN you have some cognitive breathing rooom to move forward. Please keep puzzlin' and postin' Brother! And remember that you don't consciously make these responses happen. In fact, trying to get the perineum to do this or that - or one or another part of your body to feel this or that - is as we say, "off Protocol." That is, consciously trying to make any feeling - including an orgasm - happen tends to attenuate or suppress the spontaneous Echo Effects rather than gradually (and sometimes suddenly) amplifying them to multiorgasmic intensity. Wishing you all the very best! Jack |

Thankyou for your replies. I should really have given a little more depth into what I'm doing before asking questions. during the week I will do the KS on a Mon,Weds,Fri and The Aneros on a Tues,Thurs,Sat with a day off on the sabbath )Now I am following your protocol with the KS sound. Only 20 minutes a time. I think maybe I should now follow your advice and do KS followed the next day by Aneros then a day off. I think I am doing to much in a space of a week. The trouble is that the feelings I get from Aneros are indeed addictive and the KS is not really anything special yet. I do believe I need to be more disaplined. Puzzler |

>Thankyou for your replies. I >should really have given a >little more depth into what >I'm doing before asking >questions. No worries! We wound up in essentially the same place, eh? >during the week I will do the >KS on a Mon,Weds,Fri and The >Aneros on a Tues,Thurs,Sat >with a day off on the sabbath > )Whew that is a LOT! >Now I am following your >protocol with the KS sound. >Only 20 minutes a time. Good! This is a really good example of how (a little) Less is (/yields a LOT) More. > I >think maybe I should now >follow your advice and do KS >followed the next day by >Aneros then a day off. What the hey! Give it a try - find out what you might learn... ...and please be sure to post what you DO learn! > I think >I am doing to much in a space >of a week. Yeah I really agree with that. Excellent Self-Calibration! >The trouble is that the >feelings I get from Aneros are >indeed addictive Like maybe most of the way "there" but something still missing? That's why Anerites show up here! :-) And WELCOME! >and the KS is >not really anything special >yet. That thought pattern of repeatedly telling yourself "not really anything special yet" can be a cognitive trap. Instead concentrate on what you are noticing, no matter how faint or seemingly non-erotic those sensations may be. The former reinforces the addictive loop, and seduces you into chasing after the feeling by doing more... whatever. The latter reinforces the further awakening of the response and progressively heightens your awareness of the subtle variety of these early Echo Effects. On that your mind may automatically accumulate little building blocks of positive experience that leads to stronger and stronger responses... ...almost always when you least expect it! There are tons of examples in the Forum (which we will soon make more readily accessible in the Orgasmwiki - come help!) where people describing their bigger breakthroughs most often say something like: "I wasn't expecting anything, and then it happened." Therein hides a BIG CLUE. :-) Please take a look at the following Forum posts for discussions of cognitive trap:[*]http://www.multiples.com/5889.htm[*]http://www.multiples.com/3851.htm[*]http://www.multiples.com/4545.htm[*]http://www.multiples.com/5906.htm[*]http://www.multiples.com/5952.htm[*]http://www.multiples.com/5992.htm >I do believe I need to be >more disciplined. > >Puzzler I do believe you need to become more relaxed and take a little more time off between practices - to give your body the breathing room it needs to allow the stronger responses to begin to emerge. :-) On those days off from both active practices (Multiple Orgasm Trigger™ practice as well as Aneros practice), I suggest that you make yourself a cup of tea (without caffeine) and sit down and read those 6 posts. If you just do a site search for trap you'll come up with a lot more. Just read a few with tea every now and then, so you may find out a little something new. Good on ya! for continuing to check in here and share the real stuff with us, puzzler! That's how we can help you the most. And I do mean "we" - there are lots of folks here who have been at a similar place along the path. There is definitely hope! Just keep showing up and sharing, and keep improving those little course-corrections along the way. We're here to help. Wishing you ALL (and I do mean ALL!) the very best that life has to offer you, Jack |
