Default getting in touch with chi


my partner and i recently purchased a chi machine and have fallen in love with it. in particular, it has energising as well as relaxing effects; no matter what time of day one uses it, it will not keep one awake or put one to sleep unless this is what is wanted.
i have found it is a wonderful way to get in touch with the energy that one is also learning to open with the key sound.
at the beginning of my practise 15 months ago, i had many preconceived notions as to what i was trying to accomplish through the use of the key sound. a chi machine earlier in my practise would have helped me to sense the orgasmic energy sooner, and my focus would have been better.
over and beyond how much it can help in the practise of ks, it is a wonderful device to relax, energize, and inhance a sense of well being. there are some great prices out there; a website in canada is where we got ours. in canadian funds, it it probably cheaper to buy here than in the u.s.

Default getting in touch with chi


You inspired me to get one - and I am finding it very interesting and fun and relaxing.

but - I got a copy (The Vitalizer - which got rave reviews from the people that sold it to me - and they sell others including the original) and I am a little paranoid about some of the negative publicity (by the originators). Did you get the original or a copy? variable speed? Logically I don't see how it could be a problem - I mean it's a pretty simple idea right - but... easy to get me worried.

I find it to be a great exercise in physically letting go - and there is some real humor in it too. As I "let go" of some new muscles - it feels so good - and is so suprising - that it makes me feel like my whole body laughs (or gets "the joke") - which makes it really challenging to continue relaxing - almost unbearable - anyway - it's a very cool idea.

I have all these ideas for modifying it - mostly making it more subtle (smaller movements) - and also allowing more different degrees of freedom of your body - like I am imagining floating in salt water - or something like a hammock or series of swings - but maybe it is necessary to be anchored on the ground.

I love swimming like Aquaman too.
