Jack> Latest chat transcript is available here : Multiple Orgasm Trigger(tm) Discussion ChatBox Transcript of 20100130 Jack> ***** Welcome to the Key Sound Multiple Orgasm Trigger Protocol Training and Discussion Chat of 20100131 Hosted Personally by Jack Johnston MA™ Laly> end???? Laly> lol Jack> G'day Sky_Walker! Jack> Hi Laly. Jack> Yeah if ya blink ya missed it! LOL. Sky_Walker> G'day Jack and Laly Sky_Walker> my subconscious already Laly> hello. Jack> LOL Sky, no worries! Sky_Walker> tnx jack keep going Jack> Bob's yer uncle. Laly> lol. Jack> Sky, how's it lookin' for you and Mrs. Sky_Walker makin' it to Sidney BC this summer? Sky_Walker> we're on our way! Laly> :D. Sky_Walker> got the maps layed out in front of me Jack> Fantastic! Sky_Walker> Canada loaded onto the GPS Laly> sweet. Sky_Walker> getting very excited about the whole thing. Sky_Walker> putting the pennies away. Jack> BTW, readers, here's a great list that Sky_Walker put together for our Summer Workshop Sky_Walker> not bad for a newbie eh? Jack> Yeah, me too. BTW, that's a great starter outline you posted there Sky_Walker. Jack> Not bad at all mate... She be right! Sky_Walker> Looking forward to having some additions to the list Laly> i agree. Jack> Well the starter agenda I just referenced is a very good foundation. Sky_Walker> As you can see by the second bit I had reached the end of my experience/knowledge. Jack> Well consider it a threshold for your next level of understanding and enjoyment. Laly> you did just fine sky :). Sky_Walker> :) Jack> I think those of you who are able to make it might enjoy the dreamwork process I'm excited about sharing with you as well. Laly> I know you have me curious on that jack. Jack> I'll be happy to answer any questions about it. :) Laly> *grins.... Jack> For example, Jack> if someone says: I'm not remembering my dreams. Jack> One might ask: What's the last dream or part of a dream that you do remember? Jack> It can be from last night, or from your childhood, or from anywhere in between. Laly> :) Jack> How about it, Sky_Walker? What's a dream or part of a dream you may have wondered about? Jack> It might even be a day dream. Jack> And you're free to describe it in as general terms as you wish. Sky_Walker> I don't dream much.....In fact I'm having trouble recalling anything much Jack> For example you can just say whether it occurred indoors, Jack> or outdoors... Jack> ...and was it day Jack> or night? Jack> One of the really great traditions I enjoy Jack> from reading Jack> about a number of aboriginal tribes, Jack> is that they have the tradition of developing their ability to call on whatever help they may need Jack> in the dream universe. Laly> hmmmmmmmm Jack> Some teach that these allies are there to help us, Sky_Walker> Australian aboriginals have a big tradition called Dreamtime. Sky_Walker> Stories aboud how the land was created Jack> to guide us safely to the Source of the Power of the Dream. Jack> Yes other Aussies I've shared this with have associated it with Australian Aboriginal Dreamtime. Jack> It's pretty interesting how anthropologists have found similarities Sky_Walker> Dreaming is just the subconscious freerunning, no? Jack> between such tribes Jack> even of different continents. Laly> i don't believe so Sky Jack> Well depends on what you mean by free running... Sky_Walker> I suppose the subconscious can be nothing else but free running. Jack> What do you mean by free-running? Sky_Walker> free running - with external control Jack> with external control? Sky_Walker> sorry, without external control Jack> Hmmmm... Sky_Walker> I haven't really considered dreaming much since I don't do it or remember it Jack> Oh, you do it... You just aren't rem embering it yet. Laly> mindspeak strikes again Sky_Walker> Sometimes I wake and have a feeling that something was going on but can't recall much. Jack> or tickles. ;) Jack> What's an example of a little snippet you do recall, that you'd feel ok about sharing with strangers? Jack> You can describe it in VERY general terms, such as Jack> It happened outdoors Sky_Walker> When I was much younger I had a dream that was repeated several times, what do you call it? Jack> ...in the evening... Jack> or the like... Jack> And only of course what you feel like sharing. That's one of the nice aspects of the process, I feel. Sky_Walker> OK Jack> A recurring dream. Sky_Walker> I can remember some details Sky_Walker> In the dream I awoke Sky_Walker> to the sound of a dripping tap Sky_Walker> I got out of bed(in the dream) Sky_Walker> and followed the sound Sky_Walker> as I approached the sink Jack> A working hypothesis I like to offer about that recurrence is that it's message that your subconscious guiding, your Inner Guides as the aboriginal tribes might say, are repeating it until they're sure you've received the message. :) Sky_Walker> the sound grew very loud Sky_Walker> to the point it was deafening. Jack> Very loud, and then? Jack> The nice thing is that now as you recall the dream you can back far enough way from the sound until Sky_Walker> ?? havent had it for years, but I still remember it. Jack> you can hear it but comfortably so. Jack> Can you imagine that Jack> yet? Jack> Yes the fact that you are still rem embering it is a real sweet gift from your subconscious Sky_Walkers Jack> They just continue to patiently give your sleeve a little tug from time to time. :) Laly> *nods head in agreement with Jack. Sky_Walker> should I wake knowing I've been dreaming try to remember Jack> One of the coolest aspects of the dream universe in my opinion is that you get to call on all the help you need to be successful. Sky_Walker> what I've been dreaming about Jack> Just allow them to present themselves to your conscious awareness in whatever form they want. It's just like learning to allow the Echo Effects in KSMO practice. Jack> Now ain't that a coincidence! ;) Sky_Walker> Mrs SW would be very interested in this, her dreams are out there! Jack> Wonderful! I really look forward to sharing this process with her and you. It's a great process for a couple to share! Laly> I've tried that Sky re: trying to recall dreaming....it isn't so easy. Sky_Walker> and she always asks me what they might mean. Sky_Walker> now she can ask you! Jack> That said, it was also a wonderful and comforting companion for me in the years before I met my wife, Jack> and in fact was actually the basis on which a mutual friend introduced us. Sky_Walker> a couple of dreamers eh? how romantic Jack> Well re: Mrs. SW asking me... I will be very happy to help her learn to ask them! Jack> Yes indeed! Jack> It's a third of our life. Jack> Although of course active dreaming isn't happening during a full 8 hours, but actually that dreaming Jack> is going on a good part of the time even when we are what we consider to be awake. Jack> For example, like the little momentary day dreams that anyone may have during the course of a waking day and evening. Sky_Walker> surely daydreams are different, you can steer those? Jack> Both daydreams and night dreams ( a seamless continuum actually ) can guide us, and yes, we can learn Jack> to participate in the Adventure. That's what my Shamanic Dream Calmposting is about, learning how to transform the confusing or baffling relationship with our dreaming s'elves Sky_Walker> or are they just conscious thought.....don't tell me I don't know I'm daydreaming either. Jack> into a fun partnership, while inviting them to help us further open Sky_Walker> put me down for that one! Jack> our conscious awareness to the Dream Universe, and asking them to show us around the place. Laly> you'd love hearing some of mine Sky. Sky_Walker> sorry, I'll wait for the full stop in future.. Laly> (hi artform!!) Sky_Walker> go for it laly Jack> Hello artform, how nice for you to join us this evening / morning (with a good mornin' nod to Sky_Walker) Laly> I'll share the very first one I ever had....4 yrs ago... artform> Hi Laly, Jack and Sky_Walker!!!:D:D:D artform> I love that rem embering! Sky_Walker> Hi artform:) artform> Great discussion so far All! artform> Sorry. Please go ahead Laly. Laly> I was at a friend's house - for the first time Jack> artform you and any others may catch up with our discussion by clicking the Archives link. Laly> and as soon as I stepped into the house- I felt a presence moving within Laly> and felt it "walking" around most of the time I was there Jack> [ artform thanks re: your kudo re: rem embering - an early example of my parting the linguistic curtains ] Laly> even at night-- hear the prowling/purring...as it walked by Laly> The next day...my friend left for work and I thought about this "presense" I felt the day before. Laly> (*and) artform> y/w JJ Laly> and I soon became feeling tired- so I laid on the floor and began to just relax Laly> and a time later I felt something come lay beside me Laly> and heard purring and rumbling and I opened my eyes to see a HUGE white tiger laying with her/his back to me Laly> the tail beating a tattoo on my legs and thighs Laly> I didn't freak aout and jump up-- but in my mind I was thinking " OH MY GOD!!!" Laly> but I did get curious and began to gently stroke the head Laly> he/she rolled over on the tummy and began licking my face Laly> I don't recall much after that....for this episode Laly> but three other times-- she's lain in my lap - and she's HEAVY... lemme just say that Laly> :) artform> :) Laly> when a 400-600 lb tiger wants attention-- you'd better give it Laly> lol Jack> lol! Niiiice kitty. artform> Laly, thank you! Laly> Not that she'd ever get mean with me -- but MAN oh man Laly> she'd use her tail to tickle me good Sky_Walker> hence the avatar Laly! or is it cuddley dangerous animal syndrome? No bear petting for you in BC! Laly> anyone ever peeked in the window and see me with tears streaming down my face begging "stop-- stop .. please" Jack> THAT's for sure! Jack> We grow'em big up here in the North Country. BIG bears. Jack> Beautiful though when viewed in their habitat. Laly> Sky...not that I'd ever get that close to one Laly> but I do have a unique/strange connection with animals. Jack> There are a number of First Nations tribes here on the island. Some have confirmed fishing grounds here going back ten thousand years. That is not a misprint. Jack> Laly that's what's great about the Dream Universe, it does give you such an opportunity. artform> Think BC and the great white Kermode "Spirit" Bear! Laly> I'll share more at the GG Sky....the ones with the Indian Shaman. artform> Rare and endangered, but there is a great campaign underway to save them. Laly> Yes , artform. Sky_Walker> Looking forward to it laly artform> http://www.savespiritbear.org/projec...ear/index.html Laly> (and the ones with my daughter-- who died over 20 yrs ago.) Jack> Thanks for link artform! Laly> am reaching the end of awakefullness. artform> Hugs and sweet dreams Laly. Sky_Walker> It's getting on Laly.... Jack> I hear ya Laly, the Dream Universe is beckoning. Take all the allies with you you want into the Dream Universe. :) Sky_Walker> sweet dreams...try to remember them! Jack> Thanks very much for all you've shared with us this weekend! Laly> {HUGS} all night Jack> Or let go of trying to remember them. ;) Sky_Walker> :D Laly> you're welcome Jack....twas a pleasure- as always. Jack> nitey nite Laly! Jack> Likewise. Jack> :) Laly> *waves bye artform> brb Sky_Walker> I've never paid much attention to dreaming, you got me thinkin' now. Jack> Ahhh incubation! Sky_Walker> I'll have to start paying attention! Jack> Well... you don't have to... Jack> In fact, how can you possibly avoid it, at least from time to time. ;) Sky_Walker> I guess I've been a bit dismissive of the whole dreaming thing. artform> Have you ever had a dream in which you knew you were dreaming? Jack> You're in the Land of the Dreamtime Sky_Walker... Oz oooozes dream power... artform> Lucid dreaming? Jack> Yeah that's a good question artform! Jack> How about you, artform? artform> Yes. Recently had one that lasted almost three hours, or so it seemed. artform> In the midst of the amygdala clicking explorations. Jack> Well that certainly paid off, didn't it! :) artform> After doing a bathroom run, got back into bed at 7:30 am. Jack> ( Between the Worlds... ) artform> Almost immediately was down the stairs into hypnagogia and dove off but stayed aware in a different land artform> *down the mental stairs* Jack> Bon Voyage, Oneironaut! artform> And after an very complex set of adventures, I awoke into this land again at about 10:30 am. artform> Same day here!:D artform> Part of the time was mind-linked with my dear sleeping mrs. a, although she has no memory of that. artform> Part of the time, breathing-linked with the cat on that sleeps on our bed. artform> The narrative, quite surreal but enjoyable wove around and through those two episodes. artform>:rolleyes::D artform> Another time a couple of months ago I had a great one while awake, just waking, so that I was talking to mrs. a who was just sitting up in bed, even as the technicolor HD scenic voyage was proceeding with its dialogue in my head. artform> No exo-chemicals involved at all on any of this. I don't do them. artform> I like the lucid dreams a lot. Sky_Walker> I believe you! artform> For a few years had non-lucid anxiety dreams occasionally. Got them to stop, except very rarely. even 'tho the cause of the anxiety still exists. artform> Sky, I too can wake and feel that i haven't dreamed that night fairly frequently. artform> Yet things can "leak" out, like memory fragments later that suggest that I have. artform> Even during intellectual problem solving type thinking. Sky_Walker> Sorry artform I don't do much of that! (intellectual problem solving) and I rearly wake thinking or remembering I had a dream. artform> As you are thinking about anything, do you ever drift or flash into a reverie about something different or a completely different perspective on the thing you were just thinking about? Jack> In some instances, there have been people in my dream workshops who report not having remembered a dream for many years, yet are pleased to discover how easily they do when invited to do so in the workshop. Sky_Walker> you're one in a million artform:confused::confused: you and I are on different planes. you are a great thinker I have never come across anyone like you!:) artform> I don't doubt that Jack! Jack> Well said, Sky_Walker! artform> Yikes Sky!;):D Sky_Walker> I have artform, in a practical sense, that is my problem solving mainly deals with physical things, the manipulation of objects artform> WE should have got into dream-work chat in our visit last Fall Jack! Sky_Walker> so I get multiple paths in my mind to achieve an objective and I analyse for the best choice....it's a different world! Sky_Walker> Can you make it to the GG artform? artform> That is great Sky_Walker, as long as there isn't danger in working with those objects. Jack> For SURE artform, yet as you recall, the time flew by and we were both chattering like magpies trying to get it all said, lol! :) I sure had a great time, and look forward to the next! artform> Me too Jack!:) artform> Sky, I hope very much that we can make the GG! Jack> That would be Wonderful! artform> Things are complex in the family in several areas and so we will not know for a few months for certain. artform> And, as you know, that boosts the costs! Sky_Walker> Oh, I hope it works out OK. artform> Thanks guys, we do too!! artform> The amygdala play is now working mostly regularly if called upon. artform> And adds a full additional "wrap-around" orgasmic intensity/energetic warmth. artform> As a starting point, sometimes to remarkable other adventures. artform> That's my news. Happy to pass the Talking Stick. artform> Hope things are well with both Jackie and Mrs. SW!! Sky_Walker> Yes, she is well, thanks artform, and a pleasure as always to hear from you Jack> Thanks very much artform!!! Sky_Walker> I'm pretty well done today Jack, on my journey to self awareness! Jack> Lol Sky_Walker, I hear ya! Sky_Walker> so unless you have further enlightenments for me I'll be off. Sky_Walker> thank you for your time yet again Jack> It's been a good chat, mate, and I hope the dream calmposting discussion was of some interest to you. :) artform> Our younger son is heading here very early tomorrow. Now 11:37 pm. I need to hit the hay, and dreamland now. Just a pleasant walk down those mental stairs... AAAhhhhhhhh.........:D Jack> You're quite welcome, Sky! artform> Thanks again guys! Great chatting as always! Jack> lol artform... pleasant dreams and hugs to you and Mrs. A! Sky_Walker> oh yes, I'll be quietly listening out for my inner self! artform> Good Night!! Jack> She be right, Sky... I look forward to next time, and it'll be great if artform and Mrs. can make the workshop as well! Sky_Walker> good night all.
