Jack> Latest chat transcript is available here : Multiple Orgasm Trigger(tm) Discussion ChatBox Transcript of 2009065 Jack> ***** Welcome to the Key Sound Multiple Orgasm Trigger™ Discussion and Training Chat of 20090607 hosted personally by Jack Johnston MA™ Jack> Hello Sky_Walker and tiphereth! Sky_Walker> Howdy Jack Jack> Where are you typing from? Sky_Walker> Australia Jack> G'day then! :D Jack> How goes your practice? Sky_Walker> Is it early evening there Pacific time? Jack> Yes. Sky_Walker> Your on the west coast right? Jack> Yes, Sidney BC. Sky_Walker> Everybody must be out having fun, it's a bit quiet tonight Sky_Walker> My training is steady as she goes Jack> Yeah the earlier chat was like that too. I'm here to help though, if you want it. :) Jack> In your practice sessions, are you using the single caress before the Key Sound™ at least every few cycles? Sky_Walker> Thanks Jack, I've had some computer troubles so I'm lucky to be online Sky_Walker> so I've made no preparation for todays chat Jack> Well I'm glad you made it! I hope the computer challenges sort themselves out fairly soon. Sky_Walker> Yes I've started using the caress as explained in your seminars Jack> OMG were we supposed to prepare? Sky_Walker> I must say that I'm not reaching any high levels of arousal during training Jack> How's that working for you, when using the caress? Sky_Walker> and having to remind myself not to add more stim that one or two caresses Jack> Don't expect to! The stronger Echo Effects™ nearlly always happen AFTER the sessions... when you LEAST expect it. Jack> Just the one, mate... more stim than that doesn't accelerate things. Sky_Walker> That's right I'm just using the training sessions to "awaken" Jack> The idea of the single caress is that it energies the erotic autonomic response system, and following straightaway with the Key Sound™ then amplifies it. Sky_Walker> yep, thats what I'm telling myself Jack> Sorry, meant to type energizes rather than energies. Sky_Walker> seems we have some more arrivals Jack> Welcome deva and cashengine as well! Sky_Walker> Hi Cashengine and Deva deva> hello deva> testing colors deva> oh well, destined to be black today :D Sky_Walker> Its not easy being green Jack> Welcome back, tiphereth! Jack> deva, choose the color first and you'll get both an opening- and a closing tag, then post your comment between them. deva> ah! thanks deva> hehe, no idea what color that was gonna be - all I have are numbers to choose from! Jack> Deva, to make the color choice permanent for the time being, click the Quick Links dropdown link on the right of the second horizontal menu bar, click on Edit Options then scroll down till you see the color choices (near the bottom of the table), after choosing, click the Save button at the bottom of that panel. Jack> If all you have are numbers you may be using Safari, which for whatever reason, doesn't display the colors. Try Firefox as a browser and you'll have them! :) Jack> Congratulations to each of you for posting your sound samples for the free Key Sound™ tune up! deva> yup, safari. I'll try ff Jack> Welcome J_4! Jack> Attagirl, deva! Then you'll have COLORS! :) J_4> Hello Sky_Walker> G'day J_4 J_4> The Stig!! Jack> Hey J_4 I hope you'll go ahead and post an .mp3 sample of your Key Sound™ articulation to the Private Validation area. J_4> I hope to soon also, Jack Jack> The link and instructions are just below this chatbox when you're viewing the Forum home page. Jack> Ah good, J_4! Um, you might want to choose a darker color as that one doesn't give us much contrast for easy viewing of your text. Jack> It would probably show up if you went to Quick Links > Edit Options and set your font to permanent bold. J_4> Everything has been going well, however, and the urgency hasn't quite been pressing Jack> Hey Sky_Walker, you sounded a bit disappointed or frustrated that you're not yet experiencing stronger Echo Effects™ Am I correct about that? Jack> Sorry J_4, that font is illegible can't read what you said at all. If you're using Safari switch browsers to Firefox or similar and you'll actually SEE the COLOR choices. :) Jack> What urgency are you referring to J_4? Sky_Walker> No, not really but after such spectacular early results I've come to realise that it may take some time J_4> The urgency to get results quickly Jack> Yeah Sky, there can be a bit of an ebb and flow of intensity. Also there may be emotional issues or something cropping up that's asking for some attention. Sky_Walker> good colour J-4 Sky_Walker> Don't worry, I'm here for the long haul if need be Jack> Well, J_4, as you can see, that's one of the most common early issues to deal with - especially, I think, for guys - We're so enculturated to just going for it!!! J_4> I've got a nice gradual increase in sensations by combining the KSMO techniques along with Aneros usage J_4> on different days, of course Jack> No worries re: color test, deva. Just take your time. :) deva> (test again) Jack> All right, that's great J_4! deva> (done) Jack> Yeah deva, that's better - higher contrast. :) J_4> My question for you, Jack, is regards to genital muscular tension J_4> I find that at the end of the Key Sound, I can be very tense in the stomach muscles Jack> Ok, go ahead J_4 - you have the Talking Stick. J_4> And contracting with the PC muscle J_4> Is this OK? Jack> It may be that you're trying to push or force the Key Sound™ or maybe making it louder than it needs to be. It's actually very soft and gentle. Jack> Are the PC contractions intentional or automatic / spontaneous? J_4> Or should I be trying to relax all my pelvic muscle groups? J_4> Mostly spontaneous - it feels good! Jack> You should be relaxing completely - just the opposite - the YIN of the kind of arousal building we're used to doing intentionally. J_4> I will strive to relax then. For me it is a struggle to relax the muscle groups that want to tense automatically Jack> If they contract spontaneously, that's fine, but I really do recommend for that 20 minutes or so, 2 or 3 times per week, you just do the simple Protocol as I describe it in the pdf, without embellishment. It's been time-tested since 1991. Jack> If they want to tense automatically, then let them... and just continue to RELAX - including your breathing. Jack> Let go of trying, let go of struggling, let go of trying to make anything happen. Jack> Just show up for practice, do a single touch or caress and pause as you do a gentle, unforced Key Sound™, then two to four relaxing breaths - and that's it. Let go of all of the rest of it - the head trips and the struggle - just relax. J_4> I thouroughly enjoy the protocol. I have had many a rewarding evening, after a session, when laying down to go to sleep and the nice feelings come back for a while rumel> "Just Let Go" - 'Alana' Jack> :) J_4> Oh, how I long to just let go... Jack> Yeah that's the ticket, J_4... you do the practice and you may feel a few things, but then after practice - often when you least expect it... the Echoes will come. Jack> Let go of the longing, too! :) Jack> All of the longing trying striving etc. ALL introduce TENSION back into your system. Let go let go let go let go... And during the practice even let go of reminding yourself to let go. :D Jack> Ok? J_4> Thanks Jack. That was my main question - about tension - after the first couple weeks of practice. Everything is absolutely OK. Jack> Very Cool! Let's go ahead and pass the Talking Stick so everyone gets a chance, and then if you have more questions, you'll get another chance if you like, ok? Jack> You're very welcome, btw! Jack> Ok, who would next like the Talking Stick? Jack> Who has a question or would like to share something that happened as a result of practice? deva> my first chat so I was going to wait but no-one's talking! rumel> I have a related comment to J_4's question. rumel> but I'll defer to deva Jack> Thanks rumel! Ok deva has the Talking Stick - then rumel for his comment. deva> if your comment relates - go right ahead! deva> oops, that came while I was writing... ok, I'll take the stick deva> thanks Jack, I got your reply to my KS Jack> Ok you have it! :D Jack> You're welcome re: my reply. I hope it was helpful. deva> I got it late last nite, no time to reply yet but I will today. deva> so - I guess that's a good starting point - talking about making the sound. deva> without getting stuck in my throat!!!! Jack> Yes is there some aspect of that you feel ok talking about here? deva> Part of it is probably too much time in front of the computer lately, but of course that's not all of it! deva> Sure, all of it is fine :) Jack> There's no obligation whatsoever to share anything you're not comfortable sharing - but we welcome you to share you're ok with sharing. Jack> Ok, great re: fine! :) deva> I'm exploring positions that make it easier for the sound to 'fall out', so to speak. deva> (for you others, I'm finding the sound often gets stuck in my throat). deva> just gets on the throat. Maybe I'm trying to go too low? Though if I go a little higher doesn't mean it's going to connect (ifyou know what I mean). deva> I guess it's about relaxing, and as you suggested, massaging the area. Jack> Do you feel like you're straing to make the sound lower? deva> I'm not sure if there's anything else I can do at this point so all suggestions are welcome. deva> I would like to say that I have had some echo effects so I must be somehow going in the right direction. Subtle but nice all the same. Jack> Do you have access to a bathtub or hottub that's private? deva> lying on my side seems helpful at times. Guess it's just about exploring. Good also to do some good body relaxations first too. Jack> Yes subtle yet nice is right where you want to be at these early stages... that sounds great! deva> I have a bathtub, not that big but it's a bathtub nonetheless :D Jack> Yes on both counts - find the positions that work best for you - in which you feel the most comfortable. deva> specially having a few echoes outside of sessions. Jack> Great! Then I suggest you practice at least some of the time in the tub. deva> Sounds cool, I'll try that, I haven't had a bath in ages ! :D Jack> That's GREAT that you're enjoying Echoes between practice sessions already!!! deva> But at any rate, I like the practice. It's really like a meditation, so I have no real expectations at this point. Jack> Yeah practicing in a tub is wonderful, because it really helps you relax. It's very sensuous, deva> the echoes are subtle. Jack> and the steam helps lubricate your vocal chords! deva> noticed it especially few days ago, the day after a session, on lying in bed to go to sleep. Nice warm energy moving around the pelvic area and between the thighs. Jack> That extra moisture in the air can help your vocal chords relax more, and the one will naturally lower somewhat - without straining. deva> It also feels joyful. deva> ah, the steam, okay.... deva> loosening my neck will help too.... I have a neck roller somewhere. Jack> It's great that you too confirm that sometimes the most delicious Echo Effects™ manifest on the days between practice sessions! Jack> That's precisely why I built that day off between sessions into the Protocol. :) deva> I also sometimes make the sound in the shower, but not an actual 'session'. deva> I have felt it connect once or twice while standing. Jack> Neck roller sounds good too, as long as it's helping you relax more, and you're not having to fret about preventing it from falling in the water, etc. deva> Interesting. Did you always have days off in the protocol, or did that evolve? Jack> It's wonderful news that you're already enjoying those Echoes on the days between practice sessions! deva> lol! I'd do that out of the water :D deva> Yes, and I haven't done a session for 3 days, so today's the day! Jack> The days off evolved, but fairly early in the history of the Protocol. As soon as I noticed deva> that's nice. deva> It really does feel like a spiritual practice. Jack> the pattern of people getting Echoes on those days that were even stronger than were the Echoes in the evenings after practice. deva> Fascinating (the evolution that is) Jack> All of the arrows point to: Follow the YIN path. Jack> I'm VERY pleased that you are tuning in to the spiritual aspects and benefits of the practice! Girl, you're a quick study! :) deva> Well, that ties into other things I'm doing at the moment, so it feels like the right direction for me at this point. deva> I'm doing some nice meditations where I connect on my deeper self as my source for everything, and the lovely feelings I get in those in my heart, are the same that I get when the joy hits in the echoes, so I feel the connection. Jack> There is a GREAT deal about this practice's leading to opening your heart more. Use our Google Site Search tool and search on the words Heartgasm and Heartgasms for very interesting and informative posts about the spiritual / heartful awakenings. deva> and for me - that's my sexual path to take, as I'm trying to connect the joy with my sexual arousal. In the past it's been hard for me to have both at the same time Jack> I LOVE hearing about the way your KSMO practice is integrating with your other spiritual practices! rumel> Amen to that. deva> Ah, I've already looked at heartgasm! I had one a few months ago - it wasn't strong, but after an orgasm after self pleasuring there was a release in my chest, it was kinda neutral in feeling, but it was definitely centred there! Jack> [Warm Welcome to Adept Drew!] deva> I got a kegelmaster awhile back and have been working with it on and off. I think it was after using that I had that experience. Jack> Deva, stay tuned, as the heart tends to get more an more involved, and the energies often cycle between the heart- and pelvic regions! deva> Yes, maybe the last thing I'll say (so as not to take up too much time) - is that sex for me, even with lovers I'm in a relationship with has often been lonely - my own furballs - needing to connect heart with arousal. deva> Though it's been awhile since I've been in a relationship so things are changing! but I think part of the thing with lovers is having lovers who like to move a lot - and I realise I've been needing to slow down to really feel my pleasure. Jack> Well it sounds like you're moving across the threshold on unifying your heart with arousal. It's not at all unusual for Bliss Tears to accompany such Opening and Healing. deva> It's nice to have both! I've been wanting to go down the valley path for awhile now. rumel> deva - please take all the time you like we are not greedy here. deva> this seems the perfect practice for me! :) deva> thanks rumel. :) Jack> Laly has shared quite a bit about experiences such as that in her posts as well. deva> bliss tears! What a nice way of putting it! Jack> RE: Perfect practice for you... That's very wonderful to hear, deva! deva> I've read some of Laly's posts and blogs, thanks. deva> Do men and women share this in a similar way? I know it's easier for women to cry due to cultural upbringing saying it's okay for women and not for men (generally speaking of course!) Jack> Yes put "bliss tears" in double quotes like that and use the Google Site Search tool and you'll find lots of wonderful discussions about that phenomenon as a benefit of this practice. deva> thanks Jack, I really appreciate your deep commitement and support to everyone trying to learn this path. deva> okay, I'll do a search for that later. deva> any of you guys having bliss tears? Jack> Men have a lot enculturation about "real men" don't cry blah blah gag choke wheeze... but fortunately this community tends to draw heartful men who are much more open that way, and who are at least committed to opening further in that way. deva> I'm happy to pass the stick back to the rest of you :) Jack> Good question to ask the guys here, deva! How about it guys? deva> that's nice. Jack> Thanks VERY much for your sharing deva! You're well upon the Path! rumel> I definetly have experienced bliss tears. Jack> Are you ok with talking a bit about your experiences with that, rumel? deva> Nice, how long have you been practicing, rumel? deva> thanks Jack. Jack> [ You're very welcome, deva! ] rumel> I'm OK with it, deva practising since 9/08. Jack> Rumel when did you first notice the Bliss Tears? What was that like for you? rumel> The bliss tears I experienced most recently were from forgiving myself for past failures. Jack> Well done! Way to dissolve those emotional furballs! rumel> I first noticed them as a result of granting myself release from self imposed "sin" pentence. rumel> ...penitence rumel> It was like a huge weight being removed from my soul. Jack> Way to Grow! Jack> Amen to saying goodbye to the great weight upon your soul! rumel> :):):) deva> lovely! Jack> ;) rumel> There is great freedom in forgiving yourself. Jack> Has anyone else here experienced Bliss Tears? rumel> I am now free to more readily forgive others as well. Jack> Amen to that as well! J_4> Good people of KSMO, I must bid farewell for the evening. Rumel, if you have any comments on my journey - please PM me! Thanks again Jack. Jack> Is there anything else you'd like to share about that or another topic before we pass the Talking Stick, rumel? Sky_Walker> See ya J_4 rumel> J_4 stick around just a moment please rumel> In my last few practice sessions I've noticed a pretty consistent echo response to the single caress (nipple), it has been a PC/anal sphincter contraction. I enjoy it and now I've come to expect it. rumel> My current response to this is to just acknowledge the contraction mentally and then continue the breathing through to the next caress/KS stanza. This is a pretty trivial point, but should I put more mental focus upon the contraction event? rumel> That was the comment I had related to J_4's question. Jack> My hunch is to say no, you don't need to put more mental focus on it... Unless your intuition is really drawing you to it... Just enjoy those sensations as part of the continuing unfoldment of the Echo Effects™. Jack> They may appear rather consistently for a while, then perhaps taper off for a while - perhaps to return later... Jack> It's all part of your Great Awakening... My hunch is just allow them and enjoy them and just continue that relaxed open attitude during practice that leaves plenty of room for OTHER sensations and emotions to emerge. rumel> OK, that's what my intuition tells me too, but the old analytical brain wants to make something out of nothing. Jack> ... Or to make nothing out of something! :D rumel> mind noise, mind noise, mind noise.... Jack> I say that because those spontaneous happenings are NOT nothing. They are something! And sometimes they can be really something! ;) Jack> Yes rumel, and of course repeating mind noise over and over is also mind noise... That mind is quite the Trickster sometimes, eh? Jack> But it's important to remember also that the Trickster is a shaman, so once you think you have him or her figured out - whoopsy-daisy! You get another surprise! rumel> Yes I probably could re-frame my statement to say the the old analytical brain wants to complicate the simple pleasurable sensations. rumel> Trickster indeed! Jack> :D Jack> I'd like to ask Brother Drew if he'd like the Talking Stick, if that's ok. rumel> But a very entertaining Trickster nonetheless. Jack> Yes indeed! Jack> Are you here in the chat channel, Drew? Would you like the Talking Stick? rumel> Yes Drew may have the Stick. Drew> Hi Jack... I'm here but fading fast. I'm not sure I have the energy to grab the stick! rumel> Thanks for sticking around J_4. Jack> Ah Ok... but you're welcome to do at least a brief check in, if you'd like. We're love to hear from you! Jack> < was to Drew. Jack> Likewise Drew, if you come to the chat but are feeling pretty tired, Jack> feel free to cash in on all of the seniority you have and ask for an earlier go with the Talking Stick! Jack> Just for everybody's info, Drew has been an active member in this Community since 1996 or thereabouts. He has been through either 3 or 4 incarnations of this Forum - so when his Drew> LOL Jack> signup says May 9 1997 that's just because he was already a member of the original O'Reilly WebBoard forum. For such a young fella, he's nevertheless a True KSMO Elder! :) Drew> Funny you should say it that way... I did a major piece of 'constellation' work today that was cetred around putting myself FIRST! Jack> You get to practice that here ANY time. This is a record of my offer to you in that regard. :) Jack> So if you're just too tired to type tonight, that's ok too. But by all means next time or very soon, please practice claiming first position, ok? Drew> The not really significcant; it's the internal program that needs shifting Jack> I understand but you do have the option of working it from the outside - in, as well as from the inside - out! :D Drew> I have some new 'awarenesses' now; just need some practice with them. rumel> I have no problem deferring to those who have superior expertise, loyalty and experience than I. I salute you Drew. Jack> k... anything you've got the energy for sharing with us tonight - even a short version? If not, that's ok too, you tease! Jack> < was to Drew. Drew> Sure Drew> I liked Deva's comment earlier reagrding KSMO and spiritual practice Drew> it's been that way all along for me Jack> [ I can relate! Me too! ] Drew> and as I've reported often in this forum, and integral part of my process of personal evolution. Drew> which continues to this day Drew> the more I grow/evolve, the more pleasure I'm able to 'allow' during KSMO (and vice versa) Drew> so I'm having a good time with that, even though I'm facing some really tough challenges in life. Drew> One other thing, Jack... Drew> Have you heard about "The Big O " Day? rumel> I haven't, please tell. Jack> Oh yeah! What's the date for that, Drew? Drew> http://www.thebigoday.com I believe it's June 21, Jack. Jack> Summer Solstice! Drew> Yeah Jack> Guess What? We have a chat scheduled at that time Woo Whooo!!! Drew> I find it 'interesting' that the focus is on women... deva> what? no men? deva> just watching the vid now. Drew> I don't think it's that, Deva... I know "I" will be participating. Jack> Guys - just show up with your anima! Drew> Let's face it, most of the world doesn't know about KSMO and the concept of multiple, blissful, energetic orgasms. deva> wasn't there a big O day last year? Though I thought it was all genders... rumel> It is somewhat ironic that it occurs on FATHER'S DAY! :):) Drew> I think you're right, Deva. Jack> It might be that some women feel safer configuring it that way - and that's fine imho - I can understand that. It may also be due in part to the MYTH that men are physiologically incapable of multiple orgasms - we've been correcting the record on that since 1993! :) Drew> Oh the IRONY! Sky_Walker> all the men finished early! Jack> Not all of 'em Sky_Walker - ahem ahem! Drew> I know Jack... Even the 'so called' male expert article I read on that site referred to men as only being capable of 'one-shot' deva> or maybe it's to do with women not allowing their own pleasure, rather than that statement on men? rumel> I think it is a cool idea, it fits very nicely with J-4's creation of Full Moon sessions for Aneros users. Sky_Walker> well, I was counting us rumel> I see absolutely no reason why men can't contribute their orgasmic energies to the day as well. deva> I'm all for including everyone myself! :D Drew> I think you're onto something there, Deva... The whole process of surrender, relaxing and letting-go is key (for BOTH genders) Drew> YAY!' Jack> I second that emotion, deva! Jack> There's also one on Winter Solstice. Jack> BTW, it's also abbreviated G.O.D. which I think is very cool! deva> haha Jack> Now how can we evolve that name so it will also spell G.O.D.D.E.S.S. rumel> Are we channeling Druid energy? deva> no need, Jack - G.O.D. has no gender (or all genders!) Jack> Let's see: Global Orgasm Day of Divine Evocation of Sublime Sensuality! Jack> I hear ya on that count as well, deva! Jack> Well... Ok Kids... I'm into my 7th hour online for today, so I'm gonna do the formal closing and call it a night but as you know, this channel is open 24/7. rumel> I like the notion that GOD is both Yin and Yang, therefore men are invited to join as well. Jack> Thank you one and all for being here this time. I look forward to seeing you in the Forum, Blogs, and in this Channel between the hosted chats. deva> thanks everyone! nice to meet you all. :) Jack> Thank you likewise for all of your authentic, heartful sharing. With this, We Heal The World! Jack> It was wonderful having you here deva! rumel> Nice to meet you too deva. good night Jack, Drew, Sky_Walker & J_4. Sky_Walker> Good bye, till next time deva> well thanks, Jack, it's been wonderful to be here! Jack> Good Night (and G'day!) Everyone!
