Jack> Latest chat transcript is available here : Multiple Orgasm Trigger(tm) Discussion ChatBox Transcript of 2009051 Jack> Hello y'all! Jack> Here's a nice little dose of positive contagion ;) Jack> Warm Summer Greetings to you: January and neptune56! Jack> Hello Mog! Happy Spring! mog> Hello Jack - that was quick - I only just logged on! mog> Oh! -I'm an hour out. That wasn't quick! mog> Enjoy your first(?) summer in your new home. Jack> LOL Thanks Mog! Jack> Actually we've been here for 3 years and yes we DO enjoy it here! Jack> It took us two years in the five-year immigration-to-full-citizenship process to get our Permanent Resident Status. Jack> Now we need to be here for another 2.5 years and behave ourselves (no felonies!), then we qualify for full citizenship, voting rights, all that. Jack> With Permanent Residency though, we already get access to their social medicine system, which is pretty good, and far better than the fortune such care was costing us in the U.S. - The U.S. is in the Dark Ages in that regard. Too many billionaire lobbyists! Jack> I hope you're doing jolly well, and that those multi-orgasmic hits just keep on comin'! :D Jack> Very Warm Welcome to Newbie Murcof! Start your blog and post your .mp3 Key Sound™ articulation sample to the FREE Private arousal-amplifying Key Sound™ Validation area so I can help you get the GREATEST RESULTS from your practice! Jack> Hi Canuck75! CRUNKYEAH> Hey hey! Jack> Heyyyy Crunkyeah! Howzit? CRUNKYEAH> Not too bad and yourself? Jack> Doing well, thanks for having just turned 61 yesterday. :D Jack> Hey btw, we're invited all members of our online community to volunteer for our Joomla! project, especially as Authors of articles for the Joomla area, as well as some as Editors. Jack> If you're a programming wizard techie type guy then you might be able to help at that level as well. Canuck75 is already up to his eyeballs in very graciously helping with the installation. CRUNKYEAH> I would love to help but I don't know much programming at all sorry. Jack> No tech expertise is necessary though to be an Author, since adding content to our Joomla areas is all form-based. CRUNKYEAH> Happy belated birthday! CRUNKYEAH> Ohhh, interesting. Jack> Hey no worries, about programming, yeah just help out as an article author, once we get it set up. CRUNKYEAH> Count me in :) CRUNKYEAH> How long do you think until it will be up and running? Jack> Ex tuh REEMLY Kewel!!!!Basically that just involves not only writing from your own experience, but also Jack> mining the hundreds of Gold Nuggets buried in the Forum and Blogs SINCE 1997! There are a TON of them, Jack> and the goal for Authors is to bring them to the surface, in effect, so that newbies, veterans, and visitors can read many many more of the wonderfully moving stories that people have posted in the last twelve years. Jack> There's no specific time commitment or anything, just poking around in the Forum using the Google search and the Advanced vBulletin Search tools to locate articles and Blogs where people are telling it like it is! CRUNKYEAH> Would I, as an Author, have to dig through the forums to find these gold nuggets? Jack> Of course by doing so, you'll learn a TON, and get even more inspired. :D CRUNKYEAH> Exactly what I was thinking :) Jack> Well the digging would be by using the search tools, as well as browsing the chat transcripts archives for stories and tips. Jack> All at your own pace. And of course we're here to help you get your wings. ;) CRUNKYEAH> Sounds great to me Jack, when do I start? Jack> You can start by Googling Joomla Author and reading up on how it's done in Joomla 1.5. CRUNKYEAH> hey anerosmith Jack> And just start keeping some notes in a text file or whatever that includes forum links when you stumble across posts that you think are cool and/or inspiring. Jack> Hey Anerosmith!!! This invitation goes to you too! Jack> Then I just set you up with Author access to the Joomla! content entry area, and away you go! Jack> Hey canuck75, your ears must've been burning. We've been talking about you! canuck75> ahhh hopefully all bad stuff ;) Jack> Actually, all good, dude! Jack> Just telling everyone what a cool guy you are for volunteering to help get Joomla up and running. :D canuck75> Tx Jack, but I'm not done yet. LOL canuck75> It's actually a really neat system but somethings Joomla hasn't automated canuck75> like adding a logo or graphic banner to the top masthead Jack> Yeah it's definitely a work in progress, but there are a LOT of people worldwide who are working on the Joomla project itself. Jack> Check google for Joomla plugins and extensions that might do the trick. canuck75> hopefully they can get jfusion working and make things more seamless between joomla and the vbb Jack> You can also browse / search http://extensions.joomla.org Jack> re: Jfusion. Yeah I think Alan Hartless at JFusion is up for it. It just may take a while - but meanwhile there might be components, plug-ins, or extensions that may do what you want - that may automate that process. Jack> I'm gonna need to scoot to a meeting in about 5 minutes, but will be back later. And canuck75, then I'll get you those goodies I've promised you to help you get the access you need, etc. canuck75> Sounds good, talk to ya a bit later Jack. Jack> Roger, copy! ttyl. Likewise to you Crunkyeah, and anerosmith! bfn. J_4> coach Jack> Hi mog, roderik, 7chiccan and Newest Newbie, J_4! 7chiccan> hey, Jack its sooo nice to be here thanks again for the help 7chiccan> Mog, thanks for the comments they are always welcome Jack> 7chiccan, you are VERY welcome!!! :) Jack> And yes, thanks very much, Grandmaster Adept OMG-MOG! Jack> Hey 7chiccan, did you know that Mr. Mog is 79 years young? What a role model, eh? 7chiccan> That is something to aspire too 7chiccan> Jack, when is your birhtday? Jack> Was yesterday, May 4, age 61. :D Laly> hi Marvelous Mog :) Laly> hi J 4 and 7chiccan Jack> Hi Laly! I'm just zoomin' thru but want to say Hey! :) Laly> hi jack mog> Hi Laly! Hope you're joyful and have had a good day in the library. mog> It's bed time here - Goodnight! Jack> Sweet Dreams MOG! zeitgeist> Al hail the Mog! zeitgeist> All, even! zeitgeist> d'oh..! mog> Hi Zeit! Progress is good I see. mog> Good to see you back again. zeitgeist> Yes, thanks! zeitgeist> it's mutual I see, after reading your latest piece. mog> Progress continues here, much to my everlasting amazement. zeitgeist> ...from 'Beyond the Zone...' zeitgeist> (do-do-do-do...do-do-do-do...) mog> Yes, I thought things would slow down after the Zone - but they've done quite the opposite! zeitgeist> its seems we were both in a stable interval up til recently.. mog> Leaps and bounds! zeitgeist> Mmm.. KSMO seems exponential in experience... zeitgeist> I love reading your descriptions.. keep 'em coming... zeitgeist> (if you pardon the awful pun) mog> Addiction looms large:o mog> I'm glad somebody reads my stuff. I feel that I'm being a bit repetitive about everything getting better and better - will anyone believe me? zeitgeist> Ha! zeitgeist> I'm the same; I wonder if people get bored about 'yet more progress' mog> Her downstairs is calling me to lunch - must go - nice to talk again! zeitgeist> I crave (in a nice way) descriptions such as you give in your posts.. zeitgeist> BCNU! zeitgeist> so keep posting matey! zeitgeist> Bye! mog> I hope for another chat with you ITNTDF. Bye to you, friend. zeitgeist> The more info the better; especially the micro-detail! zeitgeist> Until then Mog! Jack> Warm Welcome to Newest Newbie slipperybugger! :D slipperybugger> Thank you! I'm here as a trio with fellow Aneros users J4 & Sky_Walker (everyone says, "aaaaAAAaaahhhh....!") J_4> Hello all, brand new user, two sessions under my belt. Sky_Walker> Sky_Walker here, please, no StarWars jokes, I was only looking for my Jedi, I think I've found him. His name is Jack! mog> Hey Fellahs! - we're being invaded! Sky_Walker> Hey, it was you and Pan that got us here remember? mog> Hi Sky-Walker, slippery and J4 from the Aneros forum! Nice to see you here (so long as you behave yourselves):D slipperybugger> We promise not to be too loud...at least not initially! Jack> Shake it up, slipperybugger! Jack> Cheers All, I do hope you'll join us for the live Training and Discussion Chat tomorrow. Time remaining til start, no matter your time zone, appears in red numbers at the top of nearly every page in our Forum... See you there I hope! Jack> Actually I should say: see you HERE! ;) slipperybugger> Hi, Jack! We're all impressed with your personal rapport. I'm just starting, so I probably won't participate this time. Maybe next? Jack> Hey slipperybugger, thanks very much for your kind words... it's ok if you're just starting, dude! C'mon anyway if you can, because you'll learn stuff and what people say may trigger some questions. If you can, slip in a practice session between now and the chats, and people's comments will trigger questions and insights for you. slipperybugger> If time permits, I'll drop in. There's much to read here, in the meantime. Plus the Aneros group has a chat going this weekend, also. slipperybugger> Hi, J_4! Be sure to mention the Full Moon Club! I believe some KSMO members participate. J_4> I will try do drop in also! Jack> That's great, J_4. Will chat with you then! rumel> Jack, I just wanted to let you know that I’ve credited you on the Aneros Forum for relaying the YouTube link to the “Bohdisattva in metro” video, see http://www.aneros.com/forum/viewtopi...r=asc&start=28 for the thread dedicated to good humorous items we find on the web. Other people have found the video rewarding as well. Jack> Thanks very much rumel... I just sent a screenshot of your post to dear friend who shared it with me. In the subject line I put: Ripples ... :D Jack> Hi Doctor of Rock and Bobbyonabreak! My hosted chat will begin in approximately 34 minutes from the time of this post, as shown by the red countdown clock at the top of this page. I hope I'll see you in the chat! All the best, Jack Laly> hi Doctor of Rock & Bobbyonabreak -- welcome Laly> hi J_4 Jack> ***** Welcome to the Key Sound Multiple Orgasm Trigger™ Discussion and Training Chat of 20090509 hosted personally by Jack Johnston MA™ Bobbyonabreak> hello Jack> Hi Bobbyonabreak... we'll start officially in just a few minutes. Bobbyonabreak> ok artform> HI Jack, Laly, J4, Doctor of Rock, and Bobbyonabreak. brb Bobbyonabreak> hello too Laly> hi ya artform Jack> Hi everyone, Welcome! Bobbyonabreak> :D Laly> hi jack Laly> would anyone like to start? Jack> Let's begin by going around the room and each of you introducing yourself briefly, while preserving your actual identity of course. Any or all of the following: age, where you're typing from, what drew you to this practice, how long you've been practicing, what you're noticing so far (in this intro just a sentence or two summary). Bobbyonabreak> Well I'm new first time!!! Jack> Warm Welcome to you! Tell us a little about yourself, and what drew you here. Jack> And of course, what your questions are! Laly> welcome bobby :) Bobbyonabreak> 29, from the UK, did my first sess today. Having real probs with PE and thinking that there is more to the male orgasm - all brought me here two days ago and now here Bobbyonabreak> sorry 28? Jack> Welcome! Be sure to use our Google Site Search tool and put the phrase premature ejaculation in double quotes to get a list of links in our forum where Premature Ejaculation has been discussed. Laly> 38 (oh where does the time go ) , ohio usa, female adept, been practicing KSMO for lil over 3 years Bobbyonabreak> I was wondering about the use of the key sound. I unrstand that the sessions are 20 mins and with a day or two between each session. Is it however okay t practice the key sound randomly throughout the day when in private? Jack> Sure! Jack> When the spirit moves you - as long as you're in private. Bobbyonabreak> I find that if I do it occassionaly, for example at my CPU, I seems to exprience stronger sensations then than during the sessions! Jack> During your sessions, are you using the single caress? Bobbyonabreak> no, not yet .. today was my first one. I was going to do the sessions for a week without a carass .. then start then - whats best? Laly> play with it- either way-- make notes Jack> That's fine. But in my view the caress is very important since it engages the autonomic nervous system which helps the Echo Effects™ system awaken. artform> Hi rumel! Laly> of anything you may feel-- any differences, if any Jack> So after that week or so, I think it's important to introduce it. Bobbyonabreak> thought it would be best to start slowly .. get more in the relaxations first .. think thats what be causing my PE  Bobbyonabreak> Ok, will do Jack> I've seen some recent posts where people are practicing for longer periods of time without the caress, saying it's a distraction... but I have some questions about what they mean by that. My sense is it might actually be an emotional furball trying to surface for healing. Jack> Yeah your intuition serves you well. Just go ahead and start with the relaxing part. Jack> Let's go ahead and continue around the room - newbies first - with introductions then we'll pass the Talking Stick to you and then the other newbies for more detailed discussions. Laly> oh--would love to get into THAT discussion at later time jack re: no caress Bobbyonabreak> do you think its best to start staright away with the single caress .. I can't remember what I read in the protocol.. for some reason I thought that is what I was supposed to do artform> I agree Laly. Jack> Either is fine... I think relaxing is the most important foundation, so your intuition is serving you well. Jack> < was to Bobby. Jack> Please, let's finish the introductions, then we'll delve more deeply using the Talking Stick tradition. Jack> How about you, J_4? Tell us a little about yourself. J_4> 48, male, midwest J_4> Brand new this week, 2 sessions in J_4> 10 month aneros user Jack> Warm Welcome to you, thanks! What drew you here? J_4> Found out about KSMO and recommended by the good folks there such as arform and rumel rumel> Hi all, rumel here, 61, from CA. been practicing for 8 mos. Thus far, I can get some echo effects during and just after a practice session. J_4> I've been on a 4 month plateau in my aneros sessions rumel> Incidently, ‘J4’ has introduced the idea of have regular Full Moon sessions, KSFMO, Kool Sonic Full Moon Orgasms, :) J_4> and looking for something to help move things along before boredom sets in Jack> :) J_4> let me tell you all, after just two sessions of KSMO its really beginning to break the ice!!! Jack> If you're getting bored in this practice then you may need a tune up of your techniques / Protocol! LOL! J_4> I'll be in and out today, I may have to leave suddenly in the missus gets ready to go... Laly> I dont think he said bored with "our" technique jack-- he said aneros Jack> That's GREAT news, J_4! Briefly, in what ways do you feel the ice breaking? J_4> I'm not bored in KSMO in the least. Last night I was wondering if I would even be able to sleep! Jack> no worries, Laly. :) J_4> whenever I lay down the pelvic pulse beat starts Jack> That DEFINITELY sounds like you're into the Great Awakening of the response! artform> Mrs. a and i thank J_4 again for the FMO Club! We have had two extraordinary months of sessions!:D J_4> soon after that I start cycling through erections Jack> Very cool, artform! :D J_4> no little o's or big o's yet Jack> (yes, pls continue J_4) Jack> Early days, J_4. Your system only gives you what it knows you can handle at the moment. :) J_4> but the p-waves are prevalent and spreading out from the genital region J_4> all very cool J_4> As for the FMC I will be looking forward to my session tonight! J_4> I'm hoping to bring my SO along for the ride J_4> but whatever she wants! It's Mother's Day after all! Laly> :) Jack> [FMC = Full Moon Club] Great idea re: your SO. Remember that this method works for all genders and orientations AND ages! (with a sly wink to 79 year-old Mog!). Yes, very cool! Let's continue around with the intros. Then get into more detail with all of these cool reports. Jack> Is Newbie: Doctor of Rock still in the house? Jack> (Mog's ears must've been burning!) Good Evening Grandmaster OMG Mog! Jack> Let's continue on around the room with the brief intros, for the benefit of those who'll be reading this transcript. Then we'll get down to the real nitty gritty. :D artform> J_4, you seem to have a strong early connection to the orgasmic energies. As you begin to have them visit you spontaneously in the days after a session, their expansion may well accelerate all your erotic responses. Laly> *squints to read artform's words J_4> artform, can't read your color choice :) Jack> c'mon artform. You need to pick another color and re-enter that one!:eek: rumel> artform, please change your type face color. Laly> -- recap-- _4, you seem to have a strong early connection to the orgasmic energies. As you begin to have them visit you spontaneously in the days after a session, their expansion may well accelerate all your erotic responses. J_4> It's ok if you highlight it with your cursor! Jack> Turn off your cloaking device please, artform! ;) Jack> Not really. We need text to be legible for the transcript. Jack> < was to J_4. J_4> I couldn't believe it last night! J_4> an hour and a half of an "out of session" session Jack> hold on please J_4. Stand by. Hold that thought. Let's finish the intros. Laly> *beems...it only gets "better" J__4 Jack> Very cool news though, J_4. Just stand by a bit til artform does a full de-lurk by changing font color and we get the other brief intros as well. artform> Sorry! With the colours only selectable by numbers, it is a blind shooting match. Jack> artform, that's a prob with Safari. Switch to Firefox and you'll have the colors. I know, it's very frustrating to not have the colors. artform> Thanks Laly for the transcription!:) Jack> no worries, mate! Laly> (YW artform ) artform> Great! Thanks Jack! brb Jack> yw artform! :) Jack> Please continue with brief introductions, y'all. Jack> Somebody? Laly> <already did artform> How's this? Bobbyonabreak> I've been! Jack> k, thanks Laly. rumel? artform in a readable color? ;) artform> 62, married, in 'm Laly> (better) Jack> artform, what is in 'm? artform> Ooops! I'll stick to simply black:rolleyes::rolleyes: Jack> Good idea! How long practicing KSMO, what drew you here, how's it going? rumel> OK artform> with patner in "mutual prostate practice" based on mix of KSMO and Aneros for 2 yrs plus:D:D Bobbyonabreak> Maybe I'll talk about my first session? artform> *partner* Jack> Hold on please Bobby, let's finish the intros! Jack> Just do a little relaxing breathing for the moment. ;) Laly> (hi neptune- welcome) Jack> Neptune56, intro please? And Monsieur Rumel? artform> Thrilled with orgasmic energetics to life force energetics to spiritual energetics journey to date!!! Jack> Wonderful, artform!!! Bobbyonabreak> sorry .. ust seemed like things were slowing and nobody was saying much artform> Hi neptune56 Bobbyonabreak> too quick again :-( story of my life lol!!! Jack> No worries Bobby, you'll get some nice practice here. Just do some relaxing breathing... you might be surprised what may happen when you do! Jack> Intros, folks, intros, please. M. Rumel? Laly> (pats bobby on the knee-- yeah -- juts breaaaathe) Bobbyonabreak> practising my key sound and plenty of belly beathing :) artform> Is Sir Mog at work elsewhere or present here at the Round Table? Jack> And Dear Mog, if you feel like a wee chat post. Jack> For everyone's info, Mog prefers Blogging and the like to the rapidfire style of realtime chat. But I want to extend the offer nonetheless. Jack> rumel, did you get a chance to intro? rumel> I already introduced myself earlier but here I am again, umel here, 61, from CA. been practicing for 8 mos. Thus far, I can get some echo effects during and just after a practice session. Jack> Also, neptune56? Jack> Rumel, thanks! Just a quick thought... if you're trying to get the response, it's the conscious trying that might be attenuating the further Awakening. Jack> Ok, is there anyone who is on a tight time schedule, that is, who has to leave within the next half hour to an hour? If so, I'd like you to go first, then traditionally we start with the newest newbie. rumel> Thanks Jack, but NO I am not 'trying' for anything, just being in the moment. Jack> Excellent! thanks. Jack> Have we heard from neptune56 yet? Bobbyonabreak> Well .. I had my first session today .. didn;t have anything major happen but when doing the key sound I felt an enerhetic movement going down my front into my groin and perinium area ... and I also found i got tingles in my toes .. felt quite relxed afterwards rumel> I get the feeling that 'Bobbyonabreak' is chomping at the 'Taliking Stick' Jack> Welcome to the Echo Effects™, Bobbyonabreak! :D Jack> Yeah, you right, rumel! ;) artform> That is a great early response Bobby! Jack> Bobby, are you ready for Lesson 1? Laly> (rumel-- he's a new newbie- not aware of the talking stick method for chats yet) rumel> Laly, :) yes I understand. Jack> RE: my question to Bobby: Hint: It's a tip for dealing with the greater challenge Between the Ears, rather than the lesser challenge, Between the Legs. ;) ;) Jack> So... Bobby, you ready for the Lesson? Bobbyonabreak> sorry .. my cpu booted me out there .. i'm back Jack> Yeah you have to click the Remember Me box when you log in, otherwise vBulletin software keeps asking you to log back in. Dunno why they haven't fixed that. Jack> Ok Bobby, here's Lesson 1 for Between the Ears... Bobbyonabreak> ok .. I'll remember that .. thanx Jack> ...that is, it's about making a Cognitive shift. Jack> The Lesson is this: Jack> Notice how you began your success report with saying it was nothing major. Jack> That's a cognitive trap. Jack> It's known as minimization. Bobbyonabreak> yeah .. Jack> i.e. unintentionally diminishing or devaluing the new experience you DID have! Jack> The statement also suggests your quite understandable attachment to wanting the BIG ONES right away! Jack> BTW, you don't need to feel badly about it. It's a VERY common early trap in learning this lifelong skill. Jack> And we're here to help you identify and dis-spell those between the ears challenges. :) Bobbyonabreak> I didn;t actually expect any big ones ... I get the impression its going to be a long journey for me Jack> So WITHOUT BLAME just notice any tendency you have, even when just speaking with yourself about your experience, to say stuff like: It wasn't anything major but... Or Not much happened, but... etc. Bobbyonabreak> but I am prepard to wait and not expect to much too soon Laly> if i may offer something here Jack? Jack> Sure. Just wanna make sure first, that Bobby heard what I just said. Bobbyonabreak> yeah .. heard you definitely Jack> In fact, and here's where it gets tricky, Bobby, even too much and too soon are kinda tricky that way. Jack> It's like there's some exterior standard that's being used as a measuring stick. Please NOTE: Jack> This is NOT a criticism, but a critique... that is, just an opportunity for greater understanding of the possible COGNITIVE traps, that might hold you back a bit. Jack> k? Jack> :) Jack> Thanks for your patience Laly, please go ahead with your comment. Bobbyonabreak> thanks Jack, what you said made a lot a sense with something else that going on there:) Jack> Oh yeah? What's that something else? artform> Another way to think of this is that the flip side of making the Key Sound is then being a good and patient listener, for your body's energetic responses... and any fawns that might appear into the clearing of your consciousness:cool: Bobbyonabreak> More with PE .. one of the things that brought me here .. the urgency to solve it creates so much tension by the time I am getting round to have sex I am completely unrelaxed which doesn't help .. relax and breathe .. relax and breathe Jack> VERY Wonderful point, artform! Thanks! Jack> [BTW, Very Warm Welcome to Veteran Adept Drew!!!] artform> And, if godzilla appears, DON'T PANIC! Drew> Thanks Jack! artform> Hi Drew! Jack> Very good work, Bobby... you're starting UNPACK the COGNITIVE tangle that is at the core of premature ejaculation. Jack> [y/w Drew, for sure!] Drew> Hi Art. Bobbyonabreak> Interesting point art form ..I found that listening to the key sound really made me listen to and feel my body .. which I have never really done before during sexual activity .. and I am starting to see this is the basis where I need to move forward rumel> bobby - wanting TOO much > pushing TOO hard > TOO much frustration > (return cycle) - Just relax and enjoy what drifts along beside you in the energy stream. Jack> LOL artform! Yeah very sage advice for Bobby... Yep you may be expecting a gentle fawn (i.e., mild Echo Effects™) when instead and without advance notice a Godzillic Rush of INTENSE orgasmic rushes may occur. rumel> Hi Drew Jack> Likewise very sage counsel from rumel, Bobby! Bobbyonabreak> thats the lesson I am trying to learn .. relax and let go .. relax and let go .. easier said than done though .. gonna be long journey Drew> Hi rumel. rumel> Bobby - why are you telling yourself it is going to be a long journey? You are programming yourself for delay with such thinking. Bobbyonabreak> more trying not to have have too much expectation .. I always expect and want things to quickly and when they don't happen I get fustrated rumel> It may be a short journey! you just don't know. Bobbyonabreak> IF I get there quicker .. it will be a pleasant suprise! Jack> Bobby, restate that last line you typed, without the trying to learn phrase - replace that phrase with learning. Retype it that way right now and notice the DIFFERENCE in HOW YOU FEEL when you say it the trying to way, and when you just say: ...that I'm learning. rumel> :) pleasant surprises are what make up echo effects...:) Bobbyonabreak> The lesson I AM learning .. relax and let go .. relax and let go .. Jack> Quicker implies: quicker than WHAT? Quicker than your expectation. See what I mean about the greater challenge being between the ears? i.e., Calmposting the COGNITIVE TRAPS! Bobbyonabreak> Okay .. a processing thats happening now rather than in the future .. ahh I get it Tao> Hi everyone! Jack> [Yeah rumel, thanks!'] artform> My early Echo Effects were much like your description of your first. Very soon they became more and more powerful ("insistent" too eh Jack!:)) and the key became listen relaxed and "allow". artform> Hi Tao! Jack> And Bobby, now just change the COMMAND: Relax and Let go to: I'm RELAXING and LETTING GO! ;) rumel> Hi Tao Bobbyonabreak> I'm actually having some while at the cpu .. not exaclty pleasant though .. Laly> (hi Drew n Tao) Jack> Yes indeed, artform. Sage advice, Brother! Bobbyonabreak> Okay .. I am Relaxing and letting go .. relaxing and letting go ... lol!!! Jack> What is UNpleasant about them Bobby? Jack> [Welcome, Tao!] Jack> GOOD ONE, BOBBY! Bobbyonabreak> Not really unpleasant in a bad way .. just like a tight spasm in a perinum area but the perimium itslef .. I am just etting it happen .. Tao> Thanks Jack! Jack> Bobby DID YOU NOTICE ANY EMOTIONAL CHANGE when you changed the language you'd been using prior? Bobbyonabreak> sort goes up my body a bit .. Jack> Bobby re: the tightness... whenever that occurs, BREATH is the answer. Breathe into that area... it's wanting oxygen to relax more and allow the energy to flow. Drew> Hi Laly. Laly> (patience is running thin) Bobbyonabreak> yeah .. starting to see it as a process that is happening now .. kinda felt a litle more positive .. seeing what is actually happening rather than on my expectation of what will Jack> Yeah, Bobby, as your Awakening continues, those feelings are likely to migrate further upward. You're body's opening the Energy Gates (aka the Chakras). rumel> B - Would the word "unfamiliar" be more accurate than "unpleasant"? Jack> ABSOLUTELY CORRECT, BOBBY! :) :) Jack> rumel, thanks... but why un ANYthing??? Why not just NEW??? ;) Bobbyonabreak> Rumel - possibly yes .. I think the following weeks will be interesting .. looking forward to reporting back .. your advice has been quite helpful so far jack so thanks artform> That is great Bobby that you are experiencing them now as you participate in this discussion. Hlaser and others of us feel these energies too while thinking and talking about them. Another good sign for your journey. Bobbyonabreak> I think I may have been talking alot .. I think laly may want to say something rumel> exploring unfamiliar territory leads to knowledege and understanding, thus it is no longer "unfamiliar". Bobbyonabreak> Artform .. its s interesting I find that I experience stronger sensation here than during my first protocol sessions Laly> (forget it now bobby ...apparently wasnt important) Jack> rumel would you also restate what you just said and replace unfamiliar with new as a cognitive-emotional experiment? Jack> Apparently unimportant to whom, Laly? artform> I think that is a measure of your "openess", a key factor in the timing and nature of your sensing and soon being able to work with these energies. rumel> Exploring NEW territory leads to knowledege and understanding, thus it is no longer "unfamiliar". Jack> Laly I assumed it was probably important and valuable, but I needed to finish my thought before passing you the Talking Stick. Jack> Notice any difference internally, rumel? Laly> it was- at the time--but not now... :( rumel> It is more positive definitely! artform> openess > allowing > familiarity > intentionality; these have been key signposts along my journey... which continues with all those in the kitbag! ;);) Jack> [< Laly: hmm..] Jack> Rumel: COOL! QED, dude! eh? :) rumel> :) Jack> VERY cool, artform!!! Laly> (will discuss this later- privately) Jack> (k, Laly) Jack> Bobbyonabreak, may we now pass the Talking Stick to whomever would next like to share? Jack> You can always get another chance later, Bobby! artform> ...but hold off on intentionality until the energies respond to the lightest gentlest invitation you can offer!:D Bobbyonabreak> yeah .. sure.. I have one more q .. but maybe I can ask that at the end? Laly> bye Bobbyonabreak> thanks for all the answers .. I feel that has been a subtle shift for here is a few areas :D artform> Best, Laly! Tao> Bye Laly Jack> bye. Jack> That's GREAT Bobby! Bobbyonabreak> bye -bye Bobbyonabreak> this forum is a realy great idea .. being able to talk .. makes it all much more personal and accessable:D Drew> What time tonight, Jack? Jack> Great, Bobby! Yes check out the chat transcripts! They all the way back to 1995!!! Jack> Drew, just look at the Chat 2 countdown clock for time remaining, then do the math on your local time. :) Bobbyonabreak> will do - will do - any ones that you stand out that I should read first? Jack> i.e. the red numbers at the top of this page. That's all ya gotta do. :) Drew> < is lazeeeee! ;) Jack> [Hang on a sec, Bobby lemme check re: Chat numbers] Jack> < me too, Drew! artform> Great meeting you and chatting Bobby. All the best! Jack> That's why I went to all the work to build that clock! ;) Drew> LMAO Bobbyonabreak> you to dude .. I'm not going yet .. gonna hang around for abit Jack> Bobby, use the Google site search just up and to the right of here, and type in, IN QUOTES: "Chat 0083" Jack> There are many others though. Hit the Gold Nuggets link for lots more goodies. Jack> < Drew: ;) ;) Bobbyonabreak> thanks .. will do that when the chat forum closes :) Jack> Ok, who would next like the Talking Stick? Jack> k, Bobbyonabreak GREAT SHARING and GREAT WORK... you're making some very PRODUCTIVE cognitive shifts! Jack> k, whose next for the Talking Stick? Jack> (i.e., who... wants the floor, podium, megaphone, your choice. ) Tao> I have stuff to share but I'm the last logged in, then if someone waited for a bit, just go ahead! rumel> We haven't heard from 'Tao' yet. artform> Go Tao! Jack> Thanks for your graciousness, Tao! Anyone else want the Talking Stick first, or is it ok for Tao to step up? Jack> Ok, Tao, I think you have the Talking Stick! rumel> I yield any position I may have had to Tao. Drew> Go for it, Tao! Tao> Ok, I had a good session yesterday Tao> I think, I'm quite on protocol now Jack> Cool! Tao> I felt great sensations on my hotspots I tried to amplify Jack> and? Tao> but I don't know if it amplified whether because of the KS or Did I do it just mentally! Drew> What's the difference? Does it matter? Jack> LOL Drew I was typing the same thing you just typed! Tao> My first question is do you think that it's better to keep your hand on the hot spot during the Breathing in between the KS? Jack> Like... WHO CARES? You Got The Goodies! :D Jack> Tao, yes I do. Tao> lol I reckon that it doesn't matter! Drew> < will take amplified pleasure anytime... However it 'cums'! ;) Jack> Although it's not an absolute rule. But just think of it as a bioelectrical or bioenergetic connection to maintain that contact. Jack> < my comment was to Tao. Jack> I hear ya Drewski! Tao> ok, my second question is about the tone of the KS, should I do it low or high, or should I try to find what is working best? Jack> low Drew> I would play around with it, Tao... The key word is RESONANCE! Tao> OK Jack> When you vocalize higher notes, the energy is mostly in your throat, and the vocal chords are tighter. Drew> < didn't mean go soprano! Jack> As your note goes lower, PROVIDED YOU ARE NOT FORCING, the vocal chords relax more and the apparent locus of the sound, or the vibrations move down from the throat into the chest area. Jack> Understood Drew! ;) Generally I'd say as low as you can go without forcing. Tao> I agree that the vocal chords are tigher, but why do you say that a high tone cannot come from somewhere else than the throat? Jack> Very good questions, by the way! artform> Booted off while trying to post... Tao> Yeh drew, I think it's all about resonance too! Jack> If the high tone works for you go for it. My mere 18 years of experience with this practice has indicated that for me and lots of others the lower tones have a greater tendency to open up the lower energy gates - the lower chakras. Jack> High tones - more tension in the vocal chords... Lower tones = more relaxation in the vocal chords, unless you're forcing. artform> I agree with both Jack and Drew! Go low and then play around with the resonance possibilities. I is amazing what you may discover or unlock!:D artform> *It* rumel> Brainwaves oscillate at very low frequencies, I think that is also helpful to know. Jack> Nice gift there from your subconscious, artform: I is amazing! Yeah you sho' is! Jack> Very good point rumel! Thanks for that! Yeah there's a greater tendency to entrain those alpha delta theta waves. Tao> I might depends of everyone natural timbre, I don't think a soprano can vibrate as much with a low tone than with a high tone! artform> cashengine> Hello Jack, Rumel, Artform, Tao, and Bobbyonabreak Jack> Nevertheless even a soprano's lower notes are generated by more relaxed vocal chords IF IT'S WITHOUT FORCING than will the highs. The vocal chords themselves I do believe (maybe I'm mistaken) will have more tension at the highs than at the UNFORCED lows of his or her range. artform> Hi cashengine Jack> The rule of thumb so far for me has been: as low as I can go while still remaining relaxed in the throat and throughout my body and mind, the stronger the Echo Effects™ tend to be. Bobbyonabreak> Hello Cashengine rumel> I believe you are correct Jack higher tension leads to higher frequency notes. Jack> Tao do you have any other comments or questions before we offer the Talking Stick to the next person in this First Round? rumel> Hi cashengine Jack> Thanks rumel. That seems to be my experience. Tao> All right, Jack Jack> Warm Welcome back, cashengine! artform> That rule of thumb works for me too Jack! Bobbyonabreak> Jack, could you say about more about relaxing the throat pls? artform> :D Jack> Also Tao... a BIG caution about not getting too caught up in the theory at these early stages. Tao> No, you all of you answered my questions, I think I'm done, thank you!:-) Jack> Men especially are often enculturated to try to THINK their way all the way through an experience before actually allowing themselves to explore the experience itself. Jack> Generally I'd say that's a cognitive trap. Jack> Ok, Tao, thanks VERY much for the great, heuristic questions, and for sharing your experience. CONGRATULATIONS! Jack> Who would next like the Talking Stick? cashengine> I have a question, but I just got here, so if anyone else wants to ask first... artform> It's the aesthetics of this that are a real key too, as opposed to rational theory. rumel> Ask cash... Bobbyonabreak> I find if Imlower the tne the ound moves lower n my body ... but my artform> Go cash Bobbyonabreak> sorry didnt mean to post that - ignore that! Tao> Yeah I know Jack, I always a bit too much into theory rather than just practicing, Thank you Jack! Jack> LOL you're very welcome, Tao! Thank YOU for your openness! Jack> AND flexibility! cashengine> thanks rumel, i think my question is close to the subject you were already talking about. I'm noticing that I'm able to feel resonance when I begin the KS in the low frequencies, but as I try to roll my voice up and then back down, I might lose the resonance or it will go into my chest. When I roll back down at the end of the KS, I can pick up the resonance and vibrations again. How can I begin to feel the resonance as I'm rolling to the higher frequencies? Bobbyonabreak> when does the frequency go up .. is that on ahhhh bit? Jack> cashengine, have you post a Key Sound™ sample to the Free Validation area yet? Tao> No worries! Jack> there is no ahhh in the Key Sound. cashengine> no, I haven't, what will that entail, a microphone? Jack> Post your Key Sound sample as .mp3 to the Free Validation area if you haven't done so yet! Jack> Yes, a microphone. Are you worth it? Jack> I'm not charging you for the consult on the KS. Bobbyonabreak> ? think I just spelt the phonetics wrong - i meant the second part? artform> I too have always heard it as HahhhhhAhhhhhh, with a rise on the Ahhhh, Jack. Bobbyonabreak> artform .. thats how it seems to me too cashengine> do you know, will the microphone connect to the usb port? Jack> artform, nope. Jack> ask the salesman re: USB or whatever port. Depends on the mic you buy and the gear you have. Tao> ok guys, I'm invited for diner and I'm already late, thanks to all you 4 the answers you brought to my questions!:-) cashengine> Later Tao Jack> ahh is still fairly tight vocal chords and the locus of sound still tends to be higher up in the body. Good news, artform! There may be some surprises awaiting you!!! :D artform> After I mentioned that my G5 Mac's opening chime tone sounds to me like the key sound, you said then that there should be no rise and my sound is now more like Ommmmmm. Jack> You're very welcome, Tao. Enjoy din din AND your practice. I look forward to reading further reports! rumel> Ciao Tao, enjoy your feast to satiate the beast. :) Jack> Ok, who has the Talking Stick? artform> All the best Tao! Jack> lol Tao> OK, thanks Jack, Bye everyone!!!!!! Bobbyonabreak> cya dude Drew> I have a comment before we call it a day. rumel> I believe cashengine still has the 'Stick' artform> Yes Drew artform> Sorry cash Drew> Cash, do you have a question? cashengine> hi, i believe my question was answered. cashengine> go ahead and pass the talking stick, Jack> Please go ahead Drew. Jack> Thanks cash! Drew> Me? rumel> OK Drew go for it. Drew> OK Drew> I just want to take this opportunity to check back in with the KSMO community. Drew> I have not been 'practicing' for quite some time (for various reasons) Drew> mostly, the frigid mid-west winter and dealing with lots of challenges in my personal life. Drew> I have been moving through all that... Even though the challenges are still there, my energy around them has shifted (just like the weather) Drew> Last night, I had a session 'spontaneously' Drew> It was WONDERFUL... Drew> So, my comment/message to the community is... Bobbyonabreak> I have to go now .. thanks jack and everyone else for your comments, cya soon Drew> Once you've learned this skill, it doesn't go away! Drew> My body was very responsive... Perhaps even moreso than before. Drew> Bye Bobby! artform> Bes, Bobby! Jack> [You're welcome Bobbyonabreak! Thanks for being here and sharing. See you later. Please spread the word! :) artform> *Best* rumel> Bye Bobbyonabreak Jack> That's a VERY important point, Drew! And I'm very glad to hear you've had a chance to reinforce that learning viscerally! :) Drew> That's pretty much what I have to report. artform> I agree Drew! That is my experience too with some significant interruptions in my practice. artform> Last night we were at a farewell concert for a friend... rumel> That sentiment rings true for me as well. Jack> Well Drew, I really want thank you very much for sharing that. Especially since sharing this experience of yours with this community really helps you CLAIM it. Jack> (sorry to interrupt, artform!) artform> ...and although I am still recovering from a serious injury/reinjury and we have had longer stretches between sessions, the aesthetic response... Drew> I suppose my underlying point (for anyone feeling impatient) is also... YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME! artform> ...which has been welded to orgasmic responses even more strongly than before KSMO, and the emotional feelings triggered mental KS and and joyous internal reenergizing flowering of great scale and scope. Jack> Yeah, the more you hurry, the longer it takes! :D rumel> Hi murcof Jack> That is positively lovely, artform! artform> The capacity is always there once your body/mind have experienced it! artform> Thanks Drew!:D Jack> [Yes, Very Warm Welcome to Newbie murcof!] artform> Thanks Jack!:D rumel> "the hurrier I go, the behinder I get" :o artform> Hi murcof! Jack> Hey Drew, what year was it when you first became... as they say... happily involved with this Forum (in its earlier forms)? Jack> Exactly, rumel! Jack> You're quite welcome, artform! Drew> 1995 or 1996? artform> Whole-body Heartgasms eh! Jack> Yeah that's my recollection, Drew! Drew> The blink of an eye really, Jack! Jack> lol, I hear ya Drew! Jack> Ok what's next? Jack> Who's next? Jack> murcof? Jack> Are we finished for this Chat? Jack> Next hosted chat begins in a little less than six hours from this post. artform> One last comment... rumel> I need to leave soon, so since this is a Full Moon, to quote Van Morrison - "What a marvelous night for a Moondance", I wish you all some good Moongasms. Drew> I'm good for now... I think it's time for some field practice! :D Jack> Right on Drew! artform> ...through the process of healing and physiotherapy over the last two and a half months... Jack> You too rumel! Tis indeed a beautiful Moon! artform> ...KSMO and the ability to call upon and encourage these energies has been both... artform> a direct healing contribution and an experiential joy beyond the pain in a whole being way.... artform> while also dealing with old injury associations and emotions... artform> ...rather like orgasmic Rolfing therapy:p... artform> and while not all fun... artform> has made it a far more creative and constructive/reconstructive experience! ...If all that makes any sense to anyone... artform> So, thanks on that front too Jack!:) artform> And an energetic Full Moon evening to All!:D rumel> I think I get your drift artform, KSMO helps! :D artform> In strange and funny ways all over R!;) Jack> Thanks for that eloquent soliloquy, artform! Jack> lol rumel. Jack> Ok boyz, are we wrapped? Jack> rapped and wrapped? rumel> Ooooh, I like "strange and funny ways" :) artform> Bye All and Thanks Again! artform> :D R! rumel> Good afternoon gentlmen, You too Jack, artform, Drew, cashengine, murcof. Jack> Thanks rumel! Jack> Bye y'all for now...
