Thanks for the comments on my latest blog entry. Epicurien> Hello Laly, sorry that Epicurien> I missed you Epicurien> and good day to all of you Buster> I would like to invite everyone over at KSMO to join a group of people at Aneros in having a session on Monday February 9 @ 9PM (in your respective time zones). We have been discussing the effects of lunar cycles and the full moon on Monday has some significance. There is strength in numbers. See the discussion thread at: http://www.aneros.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3791. I hope you all can join us. Laly> Hi Epicurien Laly> hi Mog Jack> ***** Welcome to the Multiple Orgasm Trigger™ Training and Discussion Forum of 20090207 hosted personally by Jack Johnston MA Jack> Hello! Laly> Hi Jack Laly> sorry was poting reply over in aneros forum to buster's comment left here Jack> How are you today? Laly> :) - much better Jack> I'm very glad to hear that! Laly> happier, full of joy (love) not sure what to call the feeling. Jack> When in doubt, call it ineffable :D Laly> :)--not doubt jack-- just not sure what to label it. Jack> http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/ineffable Laly> so much emotions just cycling right now. Laly> ah thanks for link. Laly> SO much has been going on with as you well know. Jack> You're welcome! Jack> Yeah, how goes boundary construction? Laly> umm...well how to put this :) Laly> it is out of mind .... Laly> that is-- I am not thinking about it-- letting it worry me. Jack> Living YOUR Life, sounds like. Laly> taken control back, if you will. Laly> yes - exactly. Jack> VERY Sage, M'am's'elle... Laly> :D Laly> I took a step to the side, if you will and really assessed what was going on Jack> Nice move! Laly> and let go of the mind noise that was playing in the background- the what ifs Laly> that was weighing me down- creating stress and worry I didnt need. Jack> For me, part of the Wisdom is learning that I may still have (sometimes painful) emotional responses to challenges such as ones like you're describing, but I can nevertheless get on with and enjoy life. Laly> i agree. Jack> Yeah it really sounds to me like that's what you've been doing! Laly> Yesterday at work I began noticing an Laly> "itch" that was driving me nuts all afternoon -- along my shoulders Laly> and ruler scratching wasn't easing it ...then it dawned on me Laly> was feeling echos all along the back , up and down the spine :D. Jack> lol! Laly> just sat there laughing softly as I was doing an online computer class. Jack> omg! Laly> rest of the day passed -- with smile on my face and a spring in my steps . Jack> no doubt! lol! Laly> btw-I spoke to a pastor at my church - regarding the rape and the current situation Laly> last month when I was up there. Jack> Was this the first time you'd ever mentioned this to him? Laly> yes-- also first time I met him - personally. Jack> Oh I see. How do you feel about his response? Laly> was a very emotional session for me-sharing how this incident really shattered my faith - in God and in myself too. Laly> Well, wasnt suprised by his shock...that's for sure Laly> i sensed what he was trying to say was very sincere Laly> but I know - that's it is up to me-and only me Laly> to rebuild the trust n faith in self and with God...altho-- either isnt gonna be easy. Jack> For sure... seems like Jack> over all though, although still painful whenever a new layer appears for healing, rumel> I HAVE FAITH IN YOU LALY Jack> that your way of moving through the challenges, using your support system - both your EXternal system, AND your INternal Support System, Laly> thanks rumel... Jack> seems to be generally smoother... You seem to be having an increasing sense of your own power to take care of yourself (including using your support system) as you meet these challenges. Jack> Hey rumel! Laly> Thanks Jack Jack> yvw! Jack> :) Laly> isnt easy to dispel the idea that feel responsible- or at fault for inviting a monster into the church zeitgeist> Hallo Alles! Laly> one I was attending so many years ago. Jack> Warm Welcome to Zeitgeist and gosnailgo! Laly> hi zeit (HUGS) zeitgeist> (huggs!) Laly> hi gosnailgo Jack> Hi Buster! Buster> Hi everybody. Laly> hi buster Laly> *sighs Laly> so that's my furball - if you wanna call it that-- that I am currently working throu Buster> Was it something I said? Laly> through. Laly> no buster---you came in mid talk with jack and I Laly> never you sweetie k :D Buster> Got it, sorry. zeitgeist> * sighs are impotant Laly.. Laly> heeeeyy -- never apologize!! zeitgeist> impORtant... Laly> lol rumel> Laly, One of the distinct advantages of rebuilding anything (faith included) is that you can built it the way you want it this time, without the external enculturated values of others imposed upon you. Laly> ooh OW OW hurts to laugh ... Laly> (new exercise workout this morning :( ) Laly> i agree rumel--it's dispelling those "other" ideals that is my journey at the moment. Jack> Dispelling is the perfect word choice imho... Literally breaking the spell. Jack> Trance - ending the grip that spell had on you. Laly> yes- very true jack. rumel> Trance - forming int a new reality Laly> :) Laly> oo== hurts to laugh-- but dont care :D Jack> exactly that, rumel... :D zeitgeist> don't laugh too much...! zeitgeist> :D Jack> right, zeit, not tooooo much! Jack> Laly is there anything else you'd like to share about that issue, or do you care to offer the Talking Stick to someone else for a bit? Laly> crying too much to do much more of typing Jack Jack> Meanwhile, I hope it continues to go well with your new pastor re: what you've shared with him. Laly> of love-- not sadness k :) re:tears rumel> Readers Digest says "Laughter is the best medicine" but obviously we don't want to overdoese ourselves. :) Laly> thanks Jack...just wish I could get up there to attend church in person more often Jack> hmm Laly did I miss something in the transition from laughing to crying? Laly> bliss tears jack :) Laly> as everyone entered the chat-- the energy around me-- it changed zeitgeist> Abracadabra! Jack> k Laly, cool juhhhhhsss' checkin' ! :D Laly> entire body is "humming" with energy. Laly> thanks jack...k who'd like to share next?? rumel> Cool - what tune? zeitgeist> May I?? Jack> Notwithstanding a possible response to rumel's question, by all means, zeitgeist! :) rumel> It's OK by me Zeitgeist. zeitgeist> Brilliant! Thanks all... I've joined several chats but been called away many times recently so... rumel> Jack, I was just asking a silly rhetorical question, no response is necessary. Jack> And Z, for the benefit of new readers how about a quick summary of your history with this practice. You know, the thumbnail. :) Jack> Hey no worries rumel! ;) zeitgeist> (and it will be fairly short...!) Jack> K, Z. zeitgeist> Sure Jack: I've been KSMO-ing for just on 2 years... zeitgeist> And my progress has made solid progress over this time zeitgeist> many leaps and bounds... sometimes progress has been steady, then many jumps in progress... zeitgeist> I was reflecting before Jack asked, that my experience of sex was VERY limited when starting and.. zeitgeist> over that time my 'feelings' and experiences have taken on vaster dimensions zeitgeist> that I could not possibly have imagined before starting... zeitgeist> (I'm 51, male, English btw) zeitgeist> and that the experience, from shall we say, near enough 6-8 blips of pleasure... zeitgeist> has become a symphony of experience... zeitgeist> that sometimes defies description... zeitgeist> and that; I continue to experience new feelings, new experiences... zeitgeist> perhaps to say that the QUALITY of the whole experience is transformed... Jack> tnx re: the stats, was about to ask - :) ... re: symphony of experience (lovely expression!) If ok for you to say, what are some of those sensations like, physically, for example? zeitgeist> for example, I would not have expected in the beginning how the key sound could resonate the ENTIRE body.. Jack> Ah yeah that's a GREAT example! Jack> Please DO speak to that! zeitgeist> that is, vibration from the base of my feet to the crown of my head... zeitgeist> sometimes even, sometimes patchy zeitgeist> and the pleasure waves that started VERY gently... zeitgeist> (and neverless were felt(!)... zeitgeist> knurl the body... in a motion from top to toe... Jack> Yes! That Awakening Vibration from Foot to Crown (and Beyond) is the essential function of the Key Sound™.. Jack> [pls continue...] zeitgeist> and the electric pleasure... I used to catch a glimpse of at Orgasm+ Ejaculation is zeitgeist> with me from the word go... in fact it is so prevalent it feels almost physical... zeitgeist> that is another dimension to what was originally felt... yet I didn't know that at the time! zeitgeist> Do I still get furballs? Ocasionally... Although they might manifest in thought with very little emotion... zeitgeist> For example, something came up from my past... zeitgeist> I went through it one last time... And let it go. quite simply and it felt quite an elegant way to leave... zeitgeist> And I got a sort of farewell 'leaving' feeling and it was gone. zeitgeist> Result? I received an immediate jump in energy! zeitgeist> An 'unsticking' and I seemed to regain more Zip somehow! Jack> Funny how you keyed on the word leave as when you first said this I saw you releasing a leaf to float downstream in a little creek. Laly> i got same impression jack--not leaf tho --- like a bubble released in air-- watch float away :) zeitgeist> Nice! One can watch that float away... Jack> Yeah that's a very sweet image too! zeitgeist> not too quickly...! zeitgeist> :D zeitgeist> And that is my current progress to date! One more thing... Jack> Yeah Zeit, not toooo quickly! ;) zeitgeist> If it helps anyone else... I reflected that in the beginning I had some, shall we say, urgency to attemt to make rapid progress... zeitgeist> consciously (of course) yet; Jack> It may take a little longer, or perhaps begin to occur a little sooner than you might expect... zeitgeist> now I have ZERO urgency with regard to it all... Jack> ah the Empty Cup! zeitgeist> knowing that the process whether or not PROGRESS in small or larger steps is made... Jack> Empty Cup: http://www-usr.rider.edu/~suler/zenstory/emptycup.html zeitgeist> ...and acceptance.... zeitgeist> I'm being propelled rather than pushing... Jack> ...lovely! zeitgeist> and as Laly beautifully put it... zeitgeist> There's a degree of 'bliss' involved... zeitgeist> My 'map' of the territory has many extra perspectives... zeitgeist> . :D zeitgeist> And that is my progress to date! zeitgeist> (Wow! my energy's gone up!) zeitgeist> How was it for you? Jack> I really appreciate your description Zeit! Including the Very Important Point that the feelings awaken throughout your physical - (and emotional?) being. zeitgeist> Any other descriptions wanted? zeitgeist> Yes; It is WHOLE Body-mind-emotional. zeitgeist> One wouldn't think that at the beginning... zeitgeist> And one has that to look forward to! zeitgeist> :p Laly> sweet Zeit :) Jack> RE: Other descriptions... what came to mind? zeitgeist> There is a sense that space 'inside' expands... zeitgeist> and a nice Pleasant feeling of gently falling slightly; a sort of giddy feeling.. Jack> mmmm I like that inside expansion - like expanding from the inside outward... sweet! zeitgeist> yes, very much so... zeitgeist> and it doesn't seem to obey space-time although that begins to sound a little esoteric! rumel> I've also experienced that inner space expansion phenomenon. Jack> From the inside outward = radiant :) zeitgeist> And its nice to have that feedback of sharing similar experiences... Jack> That's a non-trivial observation about the experience tending to transcend space time! zeitgeist> . Jack> Rumel, would you say more about what this is like for you as well? zeitgeist> Mmm the perceptions change a bit in that altered state... Jack> Or does anyone else have anything they'd care to add or comment upon? zeitgeist> Anyway it must be time for someone else to talk; rumel> It is difficult to describe but there is a definite perceptual shift as if the sphere of consciousness around my head expands outward like 6" for short periods of time. Jack> Rumel when I read that, I immediately associated it to the portrayal of haloes around figures in religious art... Like there was this perception by people who were opening emotionally and spiritually of that expanded sphere such as you describe. rumel> Interesting, I had read somwhere that the halos were actually the visuall representation of the persons aura. rumel> I suppose it can be all of that. Laly> yes rumel.... Jack> Yeah, I think in the heightened state we're able to experience in this practice, that we access that kind of feeling... I mean Zeit's description was pretty analogous to description of a halo or aura. KSMO practice helps us ACCESS that energy consciously. Laly> ifi may offer something jack?? Jack> pray, do! Laly> if i Laly> re: these aura or halo descriptions...i'd like to add Laly> in my-oh do i call it my "side journey" or ... Laly> exporation of energy fields and/or energy healing learning Laly> rumel's aura is of a pale blue and zeit Laly> 's is of a shimmiering pink Laly> yours is a very pale cream or white Laly> that is what i am picking up -- just now :) zeitgeist> Cool! Side Journey - I like that description. rumel> Is there any particular significance to these color/energy fields? Jack> Thanks! I was seeing mine as a yellow-gold so in a similar range of the pale cream. Mmmmm! rumel> I know we're all part of the Grand Rainbow Coalition! Laly> i wasnt sure what color to call it jack-- was shimmering :) zeitgeist> Shimmering is good! :D rumel> I like that I seem a pale blue, makes me a limitless, cloudless sky stretching to the heavens. Laly> when this first occured- i thought i was in midst of orgasming-- since i'd only "seen" colors while in session Laly> but now am sensing them more and more Jack> Cool! Very nice Awakening! zeitgeist> Wow! Laly> Am now looking into learning Reiki. Laly> *chuckles softly-- got quite a few requests at last FC for massages :) Laly> and get quite a few comments about my "hot hands" at work zeitgeist> Sorry guys... I've been called away... A shame cos I'm sharing some good energy... Laly> awww Laly> take care Zeit :) Jack> Was GREAT to have you here today Zeit - and CONGRATULATIONS on your continuing Grand Opening. :D Laly> we can continue this when we're here together k :) rumel> OK, zeitgeist see you later. zeitgeist> I'll go AFK but stay connected I *might* make it back... :) zeitgeist> It was good to make the connexion with you all! zeitgeist> And thanks for the encoaragement zeitgeist> BFN. Laly> bfn zeit *waves Jack> You're VERY welcome, as always, Zeitgeist! Jack> Ok! Is there anything else anyone would like to discuss, or questions about KSMO practice, etc.? Laly> and thank you jack...ksmo is SO much MORE than wanting to achieve or have orgasms-- or even experience multiples :) rumel> Laly, I've heard that the color of the aura reflects one's emotional state but I don't know how the colors relate, do you? Jack> You are quite welcome Laly, and I'm VERY glad that you GOT the BIGGER Jack> message of KSMO! :) Laly> not yet rumel-still learnging about that re; aura's rumel> Jack I had remarked on the open chat how I felt KSMO was as much therapy as it was traing. rumel> ...training. Laly> i agree completely rumel :). rumel> I agree with Laly there is much more to this than orgasms, and I haven't gotten an orgasm from it yet. Jack> Thanks rumel! I'm really glad you get its healing intent! rumel> The fawn does keep coming around though and goosing me occasionally. :) Jack> Rumel, for newbies, how would you elaborate on your statement that this Jack> practice is more than just about better orgasms or the like? Jack> LOL re: the Fawn... ha ha ha... Stay tuned Brother! rumel> Well, I can't yet address "better orgasms" but the practice sessions are really directed meditations. rumel> As meditations they are allowing me to look inward to the "self" an examine my own life. Jack> The cool thing imho, rumel... is that your intuition is telling you that SOMEthing is (ahem) up with this practice... A cauldron is being stirred, a sleeping angel is being awakened. rumel> The examination process releases the emotional furballs to be viewed and dealt with. Jack> That self-examination is great Practice, imho, rumel. I'm glad you value it as well. rumel> The resolution of the furballs is the therapy and healing aspect. Jack> Yes definitely! rumel> So I'm am not pressing to achieve the multiple-orgasms, I understand that it will happen when it happens. Laly> yes Jack> Yeah that seems to be the way it works, rumel. :) rumel> I am currently just staying with the protocol to see where it all leads. Laly> something i was just impressing to Epicurien this morning in a post Jack> Meanwhile, when you do practice, do you ever incorporate the single Jack> erotic touch or caress along with the Key Sound™ and relaxing breathing, or do you just use certain components at this time? rumel> Oh yes I employ the single caress as per protocol. Jack> Great! Then the rest will happen in its own good time. It sounds Jack> like you continue to discover new understandings about yourself, and continue to address and resolve emotional furballs as you become aware of them. rumel> Yes, forgiveness and allowing myself grace has been very valuable. Letting the old guilts leave and cleaning the attic makes room for new experiences. Jack> I love that phrase: Allowing myself grace. That's lovely!!! rumel> Learning to be more open and receptive to the subtler nuances of life is an enlightening experience too. It fits in with a saying I heard many years ago "invulnerability without walls". Jack> That's another good one (imho, natch), rumel! invulnerability without walls Even a moment's consideration of that phrase has a strong impact on me! Jack> That's what I like about membranes. :) Jack> Smart filters ;) Laly> me too rumel> I imagine the Buddha and Christ consiousness as "invulnerability without walls". Jack> Thanks for those examples! Jack> Well... are we just about wrapped for this session? Jack> I'll be back 6 hours from now for the second hosted chat of this weekend. Laly> i am jack rumel> I'm good for now, Thanks Jack, Thanks Laly for the pale blue skies I can soar in. Jack> Thanks very much for being here, will ttyl! Laly> you are welcome rumel :) Laly> you are one providing the color -- Laly> not me :) rumel> I'll try to make it back later today. Bye for now. Jack> ***** END of the Multiple Orgasm Trigger™ Training and Discussion Forum of 20090207 hosted personally by Jack Johnston MA Laly> bye bye Jack> Great rumel... hope to see you later today. bfn!jj zeitgeist> Bye Jack! zeitgeist> Just made it back to say goodbye! zeitgeist> Bye Laly and Rumel...until the next time!
