Jack> Latest chat transcript is available here : Multiple Orgasm Trigger(tm) Discussion ChatBox Transcript of 20081129 CRUNKYEAH> hey mog, you a regular here? rumel> http://www.multiples.com/howtolastlo...smo-sigil2.gif is an image created in response to 'tiphereth's suggestion for a KSMO sigil (thanks 'tip' for the new word). Ageless> Hi Mog -- how goes it? Ageless> Rumel -- I like the sigil. Well done and thank you Laly> hi guys :) tiphereth> I like your Sigil Rumel. I think you could refine it a little further though. mog> Hi Ageless - sorry I missed you - it was dinnertime:) mog> Hi CRUNK - yes, I hang about here - don't post much though. Laly> I like that one Rumel Laly> other one was "too bright" for my eyes rumel> OK, Ladies and Gentlemen, here's another playful sigil, see - http://www.multiples.com/howtolastlo...9&d=1228089604 rumel> Oops, maybe this link will work - see http://www.multiples.com/howtolastlo...smo-sigil3.gif rumel> What should it be called? the KAZMOS? tiphereth> that last one of yours is very nice indeed ! Jack> Thanks rumel! Can you get the wipe move from left to right so you wind up at the BIG O's? Jack> I hope to see y'all in a little less than two hours for this evenings hosted chat. Gotta run an errand now. I'll have a few updates at that time re: Joomla / Versatility developments. ttyl! - JJ rumel> Jack, I could, but I had a reason for doing it the way I did. tiphereth> I don't know how to make it digital but here is one. tiphereth> http://my.att.net/p/s/community.dll?...iew=thumbs&ck= tiphereth> see if that works tiphereth> The link that is... I know the sigil is still rough=) Laly> it works tip Laly> and i like that image tiphereth> Well thanks Laly! tiphereth> They are..alot of fun to make. Laly> i bet--i like playing with the new template Jack's wanting to implement for the forum Laly> really get my creativity flowing tiphereth> I don't know much about it. Laly> well take what you see here -- the boxes n info Laly> and looking at that other template-- put the "stuff" where you'd like to see it Laly> in other words- organize it better :) tiphereth> Well that is neat~ Laly> yes Laly> Hi Drew Drew> Howdy rumel> Hello Laly, Drew & tiphereth Laly> hi rumel Laly> how are you today? Drew> Hi Rumel, Tip. rumel> I've just been working on revising the sigil to reflect Jack's suggestion, it's not ready yet. Laly> sweet. Drew> Cool! tiphereth> Hey hey. Laly> i "sense" that you are close tho rumel, am i right? rumel> Well... I am working in between keystrokes here. Jack> ***** Welcome to the Multiple Orgasm Trigger™ Training and Discussion Chat of 20081201 hosted personally by Jack Johnston MA Jack> Hello y'all. I'm glad you could make it! rumel> These animations are time consuming little devils to create, so many frames to be edited pixel by pixel. Drew> HEEEERE'S JJ! rumel> Hi Jack Laly> no rush rumel Jack> In the House! Jack> Thanks for conjuring the sigil, rumel! Laly> hello Jack. Laly> hi tandello. rumel> The Shaman made me do it!:) Jack> :D tandello> Hello everyone. Laly> who'd care to start? rumel> Hi tandello tandello> Well, i think that i have a topic, but I'm sure that I know the rssponse. Laly> you have the floor tandello... tandello> aFter reviewing some of the testimonials, I'm having a momentary sense of frustration in my progress. tandello> It has been about one and a half years that I Jack> What have you been experiencing thus far, tandello? tandello> I've been practicing KSMO and while there has been a definite increase in sensitivity and pleasure, there hasn't been anything like what has been referred as prolonged orgasms to date. tandello> Definietly increased pleasure of orgasm (ejaculatory) tandello> Increaesd sesitivity to touch in many parts of my body, esp. nipples. Jack> Please refresh my memory, have you posted a sample of your Key Sound™ articulation to the Private Free Validation area? tandello> Oragasms my last about one minute tandello> We spent about an hour discussing the key sound on the telephone. Jack> Thanks. About how long ago was that? (My memory's not so hot any more, very sorry!) tandello> THis was no more than four months ago. Jack> Please go ahead and post a sample of your current articulation to the Private Validation area. Let's find out how you're doing with it. Jack> That's always the first thing to verify, because without accuracy of articulation, it's pretty difficult to experience the Echo Effects™ to the OMG level. tandello> I will do so agoin, but I cannot do it from this computer. I'll post it later this week. Jack> Ok, great! rumel> You indicated you are having orgasms, though, correct? Laly> if i may say something jack? Jack> Meanwhile, you mentioned increased nipple sensitivity and so on, how about right after you articulate the Key Sound - during the time you're doing the relaxing breaths, what sensations and emotions are you noticing? Jack> One sec, please Laly... thanks1 tandello> I have come to really appreciate your comments about not doing the key sound at times other than when alone. Even thinking about the sound will send shivers and shakes up my spine. Jack> Ok!!! That's a VERY good sign! tandello> Somethines this is frankly pleasureable and other times neutral. Never erotic, however, Jack> That's pretty far along in the Awakening. Jack> What's the difference for you between pleasurable and erotic? tandello> Sorry aboutr my typing. I don't have my reading glasses today. Jack> lol, I understand! :) tandello> THe pleasure is not sexual. Much the same way that a vine ripened tomato can be deliscious without being a fruit. It doesn't taste sweet. tandello> It is pleasureable in the sense that it feels opening and there is some type of surrender that I haven't quite placed into words. Jack> Where in your body are you feeling the pleasure... the shivers, etc.? Jack> The feeling of surrender is also VERY good! tandello> It is also very filling. At times too filling. There are moments I wonder if I can handle it. Laly> :). tandello> THe pleasure begins in my pelvis and rises upward. Sometimes it rises to my head and others part way. tiphereth> wow .) Jack> A tinge of Terror at the Gates... re: wondering about handling it. That's ALSO a VERY good indicator of awakening of the response! Jack> Where do you need to feel it in order for you to consider it to be erotic? tandello> So it soulds like 'good things are happening, be patient'. tandello> It is not so much where as what. Frankly, it is not sexual. rumel> What constitutes erotic for you? Jack> Well if you're wondering about being able to handle it at times, that sounds rather well along, wouldn't you say? :) tandello> It feels more like that sense of warm intimacy after having a great tango experience. tandello> The sensation is full body with predominance in the trunk. tiphereth> I sounds like the energy is flowing well bot not much punch Jack> Well, rumel is on the same track as I... I just add that where is a non-trivial question. :) tandello> Shaking is usually in the trunk, but it may also be in one leg or the other. Never both. Jack> If I may ask, where do you caress yourself during the practice? Jack> It's ALWAYS ok to say you'd prefer not to answer any question I or anyone asks. :) tandello> I'm sorry, don't understand non-trivial. In quickly scanning the dialogue so far I don't see it. Jack> No worries, where do you caress or touch yourself typically during your practice? tandello> Carressing is everywhere I can comfortably reach. I start genitally and then progress up the chakras, ears, butt, face, and cycle through again. Jack> Ok, thanks! Laly has a comment... Thanks for your patience Laly. Please go ahead. Laly> Thanks, I was just curious when tandello mentioned reading the testimonials Laly> if he was comparing his practice to that Laly> which is "mind noise" imho Laly> (in my humble opinion) tandello> I read some a few weeks ago and noticed how some of the comments indicated marked results within a few months of beginning the KSMO practice. tandello> Thats' why I was stating that the response was going to be obvious. Drew> Tandello... It took me YEARS! Laly> tandello--sweetie...every person person progresses at his/her own rate. Drew> And I'm still not 'there' yet... There is NO 'there'! Laly> that sould read single person - not person person tandello> But it's not so much noise but a momentary wondering. Laly> ok-- thanks for clarification :). Drew> [sarcasm]Bloody 'journey' was absolutely no fun either! [/sarcasm] Jack> Yeah, thanks Drew and Laly. Both VERY good points. Tandello, Don't you feel that at least to some degree, getting to a point of not being sure if you can handle it = some notable results? rumel> That's the trap tandello the momemtary wondering. Jack> Yep, I tend to agree, rumel. Jack> It's natural to wonder, though. tandello> I'm definitely impressed with the changes. THis pattern has also been present in medication for many years. Jack> INTERESTING statement you just made! rumel> It is natural to wonder but when you focus on the wondering it is mind noise. tandello> In meditation the key is just to back off until the body settles down. I do the same with KSMO. Laly> i began my journey with the premise "no expectations". Jack> Your subconscious is teaching you here. Jack> Hey everyone let's see enjoy when tandello notices what his subconscious just about the pattern. Please let HIM discover it! :) tandello> So in reading the testimonials recently, there was a sense of ,"harrumph". I know it's momentary and I was just bringing it to the forum for a check in Jack> That's great that you did, tandello! Jack> [He still apparently hasn't noticed. ;) ] Jack> [... about what his subconscious said about the pattern.] tandello> This beginning to feel like an EST session Laly> hmm. Jack> I have no idea what that means, sorry. Drew> LMAO tandello> If its subconscious then I can't notice it. If its conscious I have probably already commented on it and its to obvious to bother with again. Jack> Take another look at the statement you made that appears in the transcript just before I said: INTERESTING statement you just made! Jack> Well, you can throw it in the trash if you want. It's up to you. tandello> The EST forum has a way of making the obvious very obscure. Jack> I told you right where to find it. tandello> I made the statement because of the obvious correlation. rumel> Hey tandello, your subconscious just spoke to your conscious, is your conscious listening? Jack> Timecode 02:39 AM is where the statement is. Jack> The rest is up to you. :) Jack> The obvious correlation between what and what? tandello> Listening is not needed. I drew the correlation to what is happening in meditation. tandello> The strategy for managing the process in meditation is clear. Jack> No that's not what your subconscious said. Jack> 02:39 AM tandello> I follow the same with KSMO. If there is some other process that you're noticing then please enlighten. Jack> That's not what your fingers said. tandello> It isn't what my subconscious said at all. It has been clear from the first time it happened. tandello> Fingers typed medication. Yes, I see that and deem it irrelevant, due to frequent other typing errors. Jack> No you can come back later and look at 02:39. For some reason the time is not quite right. I think that seems to go to your general question or concern as well. Perhaps it's an emotional furball. Jack> RE: "deeming" it irrelevant, like I said, you can throw it in the trash if you want. Jack> Just like all of those feelings you can at times barely handle but which are not erotic. Jack> Sorry, those last two words I typed should've been in quotes. tandello> Siorry guys no time for shamanic game playing,. Laly> game playing?? Jack> It seems like there's some kind of "fussy furball" afoot here. tiphereth> lol\ Jack> You can take a breath and take a look, or just bat it away. That's your perogative. Laly> (hi lava- welcome) Jack> HI LAVAHHHHH! Drew> Hi Lava. tiphereth> It's Lava the Libra! Hey=) Jack> Tandello, I'm not trying to torture you... My intention is to give you some breathing room to discover a little bit more about yourself and your relationship to your process of awakening, and to learn a little more respect for your subconscious and its role in this Awakening. Lava> Yo, y'all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just reading to get caught up... Jack> That's great Lava. Wonderful that you made it in, tonight! Tandello... My thoughts keep going back to what you said also about sometime Jack> wondering you'll be able to handle it. I think that might be related to the fussy furball. Lava> Hey, Tandello, what do you do in your real life? Lava> You seem very analytical, linear... Jack> I would say that you're right on track and continue to relax during your practice, and to enjoy what you are experiencing, and be open to being pleasantly surprised at some time, perhaps not too long from now. Jack> Oh and one other thing, the surprise may not come in the form you expect it to. Surprises can be like that. Lava> enjoy the journey of discovery... Jack> You might give this transcript another read in a few days. You might get even more pissed or maybe something else. Either is fine by me. I think you're right on the threshold. Jack> Actually maybe a little past it, in fact! tandello> Jack, I thought that I had signed out. I make any further comments on this sugbject until we have talked personally on the phone. Lava, I'm a chiropractor. rumel> I would guess tandello is much further than he acknowledges right now. Lava> cool... do you do reiki? energy channeling is something I learning about right now, and it has helped me with PTSD. Jack> One other thing re: the caresses... as the energy builds, you might gradually shift from full body caresses or caresses all over to just a wee bit more in the genital area from time to time. Just a suggestion. Drew> Good for you, Lava. Jack> You might also do a search of the forum on Terror at the Gates - put that phrase in quotes in the search box... and just do a little browsing of those discussions. Lava> PTSD was holding me back from a lot of things emotionally, or rather holding me in one place.... but I'm moving beyond.... finally! Jack> That is FANTASTIC Lava! Jack> Tandello is there anything else at the moment you'd like to ask or share before passing the Talking Stick to whomever would like to go next? Lava> It's the main reason I was absent from her for so long... I wasn't doing the KSMO because of the mind candy (the artist part of me liked the discovery of why I was allowing PTSD to control me)... I felt like I was a "hypocrite" for participating here when I wasn't "participating" on the protocol so much. Lava> "here" Jack> Ooh somebody else just got a little gift from her subconscious! Lava> (busted!) Drew> Must be something in the air! Jack> Don't run past the gift too quickly, Lava. Take a breath and FEEL the love from your own subconscious as she speaks her/your truth. Jack> Yes, and in the heart, Drew, eh? ;) Lava> I didn't mean to be harsh with Tandello, by the way, if I seemed to be... Jack> Lava I'm glad you trance-ended the hypocrite rationalization, because we've missed you! rumel> I don't think you were too harsh, we all need a kick in the pants on occasion. Lava> He seemd to dismiss the "impromptu", "happenstance"... now I know why... being a chiropractor, you can't be "impromptu" with someone's neck! :-D Laly> not kick in pants-- but a different way to look at things rumel. Jack> Sometimes rumel I think when someone is in a very vulnerable place, a kind word can feel like a kick in the pants when it's not. Lava> When I start blogging, I want to write about PTSD and health issues that pertain to perception of self on various levels... tiphereth> Place defines perspective right? Jack> Well Lava, let's give tandello a break and a chance to integrate and percolate... You seem to have the Talking Stick well in hand. What else would you like to share or ask this evening? Laly> true Jack. Jack> yeah Tiph including emotional place. Lava> oops.... sorry.... Lava> emotional and physical... Jack> Lava, shame on you for apologizing! tiphereth> Good point thanks! Lava> :-D Jack> :) Jack> Ok Lava, let it flow! Lava> I have too many issues to list here, and since I haven't been practicing, I'll give the talking stick to someone else... Jack> Geez what a TEASE! Lava> Well, to name a few things... tiphereth> Vesuvius... Lava> I live in a Katrina zone... everything I had worked on for several years for production/release in October 2005 went the way of the hurricane... Laly> ouch Lava> getting out of a bad marriage, getting back to who I am as a person, a woman, an artist, everything, was just gone... Jack> That Katrina was a serious Be-Atch! Hey I am VERY VERY sorry to hear she nailed you like that. Lava> I've since had to build back (metaphorically -- my house survivied with damage, but fixable)... Lava> so close... yet so far.... to getting out... Jack> Yeah. Lava> anyhoo.... the daily reminder of devastation was awful.... and there was TONS of survivor's guilt... Lava> in the meantime, a good friend of mine who lost his house due to Katrina, was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, Jack> OMG!!! Lava> he's an opera baritone... long story short he had surgery, they nicked his vocal nerve, he couldn't whisper let alone talk of sing... Lava> talk or sing... Laly> OH man Lava> (warning - I will sound like a nut here)... Jack> omFg! Lava> I tried to take on his pain so he could have room to heal... Lava> (Jack will get my drift of this).... (I think)... Laly> i do too Jack> The archetypal function of the scapegoat re: taking on another's pain. that's the archetype and history of a scape-goat. Lava> I starting having thyroid issues myself, but I stayed positive so it didn't get as bad as my friend's... but the effects have been devastating for me personally/physically... Lava> which brings me to my non-KSMO self of late... Jack> Are you still carrying his pain for him, or is there a way to offload it to a neutral zone where neither one of you have to carry it any more? Lava> with the Thyroid issues, I have gained weight, and cannot lose it the ol' fashioned way because the dysfunctional thyroid makes the brain "flip-flop"... I know that's SOOOO not technical... tiphereth> Break out! Jack> Sure, please continue. Lava> I would have to "go to cave"... Lava> And I'm on the brink of "breaking out" of this Katrina rut, personally and professionally... Lava> which is great... but my body is not mine... it is not the body I want, it doesn't feel like me or mine... Jack> Well maybe there is some non-destructive ritual you can do to begin grounding / offloading that negativity. Lava> when I touch it, it's like touching a stranger... Lava> yeah, maybe.... that's why I've been looking into the energy thing... EFT... Jack> That's great news about being on the threshold of breaking free of that Katrina rut. Jack> Yeah GREAT! rumel> What kind of artwork do you do? Lava> in fact, kundalini energy/ yoni puja is how I first found your site... Laly> ( i know that feeling all TOO well Lava) Jack> < re: EFT Lava> (I'm a singer, composer).... so I can express all sorts of things vocally (being Irish makes that easier -- HA!) Lava> but the body thing.... grrrrrrrrr.... Jack> That's a great heritage to be connected with - that Irish sidhe! Jack> Hey that sounds like a good ritual component - growling! Lava> I'm still girl-shped, but still..... I want my chakras spic and span to fully move on.... rumel> The idea of packaging the pain in a Grgorian chant to expel it from the body comes to mind. Jack> I was just thinking about growling yesterday, and about how my pet dog Zip would really get going sometimes when I'd tease him back when I was a kid. We'd growl at each other. Lava> the difference between being abused as an individual (molestation, rape) and enduring a natural / man-made disaster is that at least you have 150,000 of your closest friends who understand what you're going thru... Jack> And he'd be growling and sticking out his tongue over and over during his growling and it really cracked me up. Laly> (k i am off to bed..Lava wishing you best ) rumel> Gregorian chants can be like growling! Jack> Sweet Dreams Laly, thanks for being here tonight! Lava> Bye, Laly! Jack> Nice ideas rumel! Laly> bye rumel> G'nite Laly tiphereth> Why did it crack you up Jack? Jack> Yeah VGP re: 150,000 of your closest friends. Good to keep that in mind. Like the prayer goes: You're Not Alone and You're Not To Blame. Jack> re: cracking me up, tiph, because we were communicating with each other, I'd start doing the same thing and we were doing this tongue-sticking-growling conversation with each other. It was VERY therapeutic! Lava> Well, we're starting to see progress... but there was so much disappointment and betrayal because of gov. and insurance.... not to whine, but man, that's hard to see so many people screwed over... Lava> I howl with my dog, Jack. :-) Jack> NO SHIT, LAVA!!! Lava> So, not to prolong this, but that is why I was absent, and some of the things I'm moving past... tiphereth> I see. Jack> The N.S. was re: being F'd over by the greedy psychopathic not-sees. Lava> Yep, every full moon and twice on Sundays. Lava> HAHA Jack> Well like I said, hon... It's great to have your fiery self back on the scene here. Lava> So I'm glad to be back and hope to particiapte on a real level... Drew> What do you do when a full moon occurs on a Sunday? rumel> Lava, given the full plate of crap you having to juggle I am not surprised at setting KSMO low on the priority list. Drew> Jack> Girl, in my experience you've always brought the Real whenever you show up here. Drew> I can relate to that myself, Rumel. Lava> not "low" but "man, how do I fit all that in???" Lava> another mind candy note... I am Libra, ya know... I noticed that the guys would focus on the orgasm the end of the experience rather than the experience of getting to the experience, but being a woman, that's usually all we get -- the beginning and middle part... Lava> so obsessing about the end result wasn't something I was used to. :-) Jack> Understood! Lava> I've always been orgasmic alone, but not during sex (not always my fault, either! {:-)... I'm more familiar with the process of how people begin KSMO and beseech Jack for help, and I must say, Jack must be the most patient guy ever... tiphereth> Oh he is... Lava> I thought KSMO would be great to learn so I don't have to have toys when I travel... Jack> {blush} Jack> Yeah exactly, Lava! Jack> Saves all that $$ on batteries! Lava> Quick story: when I was going to visit friends on an Indian Reservation in South Dakota, I brought along home-grown sage for ritual... some of it was ground up.... Lava> when I was packing to come home, a voice in my head said, leave the chopped sage... but I grew it! I thought.... the voice repeated, leave the sage... so I left it... Lava> sure enough, I was flagged by security for a random bag check... Lava> for those who don't know, burnt sage can smell like pot, and no telling what those morons would have thought it was... Jack> Way to listen to your Spirit Guides! tiphereth> Sage is illegal? Lava> that was the moment, I wanted to learn to have G-spot/clit orgasms without needing a toy... tiphereth> Oh. Jack> If they want it to be! Lava> no, but they wouldn't know the difference... Jack> < re: sage being illegal Lava> so there's a testimonial for ya, Jack... "How I Found KSMO" Jack> Then when somebody pointed out the difference, they'd prolly just plant some of the other stuff on you so they wouldn't lose face. Jack> Yeah that's GREAT testimonial Lava! :D Lava> okay.... so I have confessed and been absolved... now I'm sitting back and relaxing... tiphereth> Always feels good to relax= ) Jack> Aymen! tiphereth> And it feels good to feel good eh? Jack> Whew that was a MIGHTY checkin Lava, thanks again for Brangin the Real! Lava> absofrickinglutely Jack> Aymen Uhggin! Drew> LOL Jack> Ok, looks like the Talking Stick is up for grabs. Any takers? rumel> I have a question? Jack> You bet! Drew> I would Jack, but I feel much of what is going on for me is much too personal to discuss in a public forum. Drew> Go ahead, Rumel. Jack> I hear ya Drew! Feel free to get in touch by phone some time if you like. rumel> The protocol has a maximun recommended frequency of every other day, rumel> do you have a minimun recommended frequency of practice sessions? Jack> Correct. Jack> The "correct" was re: the first part of the statement. Drew> OK Jack, thanks! Jack> Well, I'd say re: minimum number of sessions: When the spirit moves you. Jack> y/w Drew! Jack> Rumel, I'm not trying to be glib there either. If it feels like homework or something, prolly not the best time to practice - on the other hand, who knows??? Jack> The process seems to have a mind of its own. rumel> I know your not trying to be glib, I understand that it must be a variable amount of time, tiphereth> It's logical captain. ) Jack> LOL Tiph... Yes exactly - Except when it's NOT!!! It's really a function of checking in with yourself and getting the answer to: tiphereth> I was getting bored.. Jack> Do I feel like it or not? Or maybe that's not even the question. Either you practice or you don't. Whenever. That's all. Jack> :p Tiph! rumel> Yikes I keep getting kicked out! Jack> Rumel, what else comes along with your question? Jack> Rumel you mean you have to keep logging back in to the Forum? rumel> My question goes to whether one can lose ground by spacing sessions out too far apart? rumel> Yes I was having to repeatedly login. Jack> It's a hard question to answer, Rumel, since what do you have to compare it with? rumel> Learning process in general terms. Jack> Everyone's timing and pattern is unique to them, and your own pattern will naturally tend to vary on its own. To me there doesn't seem to be any pat external rule that makes sense over the long haul. Jack> That's why generally I say no more than three times a week and pretty much always with at least one day between sessions. Other than that, it's dealer's choice. tiphereth> Added to that no masterbation on THAT day correct? rumel> That's pretty much the way I thought too, We are who we are, unique in our own little universes, with our own paths to fathom the depths of. Jack> Correct re: no ejaculation... as a general guideline. Jack> But if you do, you do, no biggie. It just tends to dissipate the energy but Lord willin' and the Crick don' rise, you'll get a nother chance! :) tiphereth> Oh I have a question...and LOL Jack> k rumel> "How high's the water Momma?" rumel> "5 feet high and risin'" rumel> Time to breakout the dingy! rumel> So I can still play with my thingy. Jack> And start bailin'! rumel> :) rumel> Ask away tiphereth! tiphereth> There is alot of talk on the ANEROS forum of "How long to go without ejaculating" and the like. Is it or can it be harmful to go far longer than usual? Jack> kewt Jack> < was to Rumel the sailor. Jack> Tiph, I have no idea. tiphereth> Im surprised @@ rumel> What constitutes "usual"? Drew> What is 'usual'? Jack> In other words, most of naturally have a tendency to make it into a discipline with some kind of externally-defined rules that ideally one should follow. But I don't personally think or feel that it is. It's a practice. You do it when you feel it. tiphereth> For me usual is twice a month. Drew> Ah, you beat me to it... Bloody slow computer! tiphereth> Well i dont mean like ..being sadistic or anything. Jack> :D tiphereth> It just seems that obstaining and practising gives me alot og energy. rumel> The recommended abstinence is to raise arousal level. tiphereth> So i was looking for guidlines. Jack> Tiph, when the Spirit moves ya, Brother! tiphereth> Lol Ok man Jack> Does abstinence make the heart grow fonder? Jack> Sorry couldn't resist. Lava> I'm very fondle all of you... Jack> Tiph, yeah I think you hear me now. :) rumel> Aneros use is slightly different in that some muscular tension is to be encouraged to heighten spasmodic action at the anal sphincter. Jack> Hot Lavahhh! tiphereth> Yes I do . ) Jack> kewl Bro. Jack> That's one of the big beauties of it, Tiph... it's so friggin simple. Jack> What else, y'all? Jack> BTW, I am LOVIN the feeling in this chat tonight! What a fantastic group you / we are! tiphereth> Ye are the spice of life... rumel> "Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, ... " flattery will get you everything. rumel> :) tiphereth> lol. tiphereth> It was a simple amazing (in my opinion)comparison. rumel> tiphereth, any further suggestions re: KSMO sigil? tiphereth> Nah...well..maybe some swinger music. tiphereth> Nah. Jack> Oy! Lava> cheezy lougne lizard muzak?.... grrrrrrrrroovy rumel> Jack, will you be able to embed some music files in the new 'Joomla'? Jack> ewwwww Jack> mos def, rumel. Jack> long as we respect copyrights. rumel> That will be nice. tiphereth> Doesn't audio always cause more glitches? and bandwidth? Jack> Yeah. rumel> Jack you should talk to the Magnatune.com people about using their artists. tiphereth> I think I would steer clear. Jack> Depends on what the music is... my inclination is to do an embed from a music or video site and let their server feed the bandwidth. Drew> I tend to be with Tip on this one. Jack> rumel, could you pls send me an email reminder about magnatune.com? I'd appreciate it. rumel> I believe magnatune.com can do that. tiphereth> I mean it's so easy to hit up Di.fm or whatever rumel> Sure, I would be happy to. Jack> Drew and tiph, steer clear even of linking or of magnatune? tiphereth> I am no expert it's just my theory that it would be more trouble thatn the worth. Jack> tnx, rumel! Drew> Yeah, that's my take right now too... I don't have any personal experience with magnatune. Jack> yeah Tiph re: hitting up fm. The podcasts I have in mind would be like interviews, discussions, q n a. videos similar. Jack> otherwise you put up a tune and somebody loves it and somebody else hates it, bla bla. tiphereth> Oh a podcast...thats a different story. Jack> But I'll check out magnatune, maybe they have some kind of jukebox or whatever. Jack> Mostly I'm interested in teaching people the KSMO skill which something they can't find elsewhere. tiphereth> Right. tiphereth> I think...you are realy gonna catch on. I dont think your going to believe what you end up pulling in. Jack> I've only got so much time and inner-ji and that's what I prefer to use it for providing. :) tiphereth> If your not already. rumel> http://magnatune.com/ is the website, it is really a cool place, with some good music. Jack> From your lips to God's and Goddess's ears, Tiph! :D tiphereth> Indeed. Jack> Tiph, nope not already (after 13 years)... mostly because of poor usability and skepticism. Jack> And I don't have a support staff. Just me here, and whatever people in the community are willing to volunteer and donate. Jack> But I'm ready and willing to accept a-bun-dance! Jack> LOVE that word! tiphereth> The skepticism will change. Jack> I'm getting the kinks worked out of the affiliate program too, so everybody can benefit by helping spread the word. It's a two-tier system. Jack> It's a little complicated for this non-techie on the setup, but I'm plodding away on it, little by little. Hoping that the new layout(s) will help thanks to everyone's input and efforts. tiphereth> Hmmm.. rumel> Guys it's been fun, so I'm going to sign off and play with the sigil some more, Goodnight Jack, Drew, tiphereth, Lava. Jack> BTW Here's a template that has a menu tab called Layouts that apparently lets users choose the layout they prefer. rumel> Take it easy and have fun! Lava> You do a great, Jack... BTW, loved the podcast with Patti Taylor. tiphereth> Have fun witht hat man. make a good one! Drew> Night Rumel! Lava> great "job"... good grief... it is late... Lava> Night all! Sweet dreams !!!! tiphereth> Night Lava. Jack> I've asked the Versatility programmer about this function and he ain't aware of it... But I'm gonna email Adria Richards and ask her if it's a plug in or what. tiphereth> I think I missed your previous..1 sec Jack> She has a YouTube demo HERE that shows it in action at about 7 minutes into the video (total video time 7 minutes and some seconds). Drew> Nighty night, Lava. Jack> Thanks very much for being here Rumel, and for your input about the templates and your work on the sigil! Drew> Shows what in action? Jack> Nitey Night Lava-licious! tiphereth> It looks nice. Jack> Drew - action - the ability for the user to switch template layouts from a dropdown menu. Some people want a simple layout, others want to see ALL the choices on one page. Lava> Nitey-Nite! tiphereth> I just think ...even though a defferent interface might help....need to plant seeds in specific places. Jack> Lava, keep feelin' and healin' Sister! Jack> Yes I agree re: places, tiph. Jack> People expect to see certain things in certain places. Drew> Gotcha... Is 'sans musique' an option? tiphereth> And people want certain things as well. Jack> Please post your ideas about all that Tiph to our Joomla Buildout thread. Jack> RE: Sans musique - bien sur! I wouldn't default music ON it could drive people batty! tiphereth> Alright. Jack> Tiph, which one looks nice? tiphereth> Are you refering to my earlier comment? tiphereth> If so ..ignore it I am no programmer. I only thought the colors were nice and warm. Jack> nice and warm colors on which template? The one showing the Layouts tab menu item? Jack> The default colors for Versatility IV suck quite a bit imho. Jack> But they can be changed. Jack> Mostly I like the Versatility one because it has the most boxes available. tiphereth> Well.. if that is most comfortable for you. tiphereth> Whatever allows you to express yourself through the site most efffectively ..LOL Jack> Ok kids, I gotta bail. It's been a GREAT chat! Please keep the site redesign dialogue going in the Joomla Rebuild sub-forum. And we'll keep tweakin' it so everybody's happy. Jack> It's VERY cool that Joomla gives us the options of offering different template options.
